The place is great, quiet and peaceful. Great for relaxation. The host/ owners are very accommodating. Their place has electricity already and a backup generator. Nothing to worry about the effect of typhoon, they are ready to serve.

Amazing place , would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a peaceful home with natural beauty all around. Peter is an excellent host, very responsive, friendly and made me feel like home. The apartment is inside a private compound with a nice pool overlooking the ocean , it’s almost like having a private resort all to yourself. the place is a 20 min drive from Alona beach/ bars and restaurants. Overall had an amazing time and would definitely be back again.

Beautiful surroundings, lots of trees and plants. Very calm which is rare in Philippines. No roosters, dogs or car noise. Perfect place to relax, AC was powerful, good quality towels, hot water and the ladies at the reception were very helpful. Was the best accommodation I had during my two weeks in this country.

Beautiful resort with a nice clean pool. Property well groomed. Staff friendly and very helpful. Owners are friendly as well . We stayed in a one bedroom unit that is very spacious. Big refrigerator and functional kitchen. Hot Shower works well and bathroom is modern and spacious. Patio/Balcony is also nice with a table and chairs Location is great and a few minutes to Alona Beach via tuk tuk. Place is quite and perfect for relaxation. Grab transfer works and Grab food delivery although choices are limited. Wifi is reliable for working remotely. I averaged 20mbps down and up. I would definitely stay here again.

Andi's place was exactly what we were looking for! Quiet, private and well served. Many tuktuk or scooter by reservation are available nearby. The pool is accessible at any time, and is large enough to accommodate a good dozen people. Andi is a caring host, who seeks to know if everything is okay and does not hesitate to make us recommendations if needed! I highly recommend this place to relax with ease.

It’s not the closest to the restaurant but the place is quiet and perfect for getting a restful stay and waking up to the sound of distant birds.

The location is difficult to get to using Google Maps, but the host gave us good enough direction to lead us to people that can point us to the right direction to reach the place. Its nice and clean. Its a quiet and peaceful place to stay in. If you plan to go out at night, you can do so by walking. The Alona Beach is about 300 meters walk from the place. Its a little bit dark on your way out and there are lots of stray dogs. Be safe and just bring a flashlight and a rock. 😁 The place is nice really and Venus is very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Would have stayed longer but it was totally booked. Host is really kind and helpful. Staff is amazing. Large bungalows clean and well equipped. Very secure. This is our first trip to Philippines and I had a few questions that maybe you have too so I will try to answer them. Transportation is everywhere. You can walk out onto the street and there will be tuktuks everywhere. You don’t need to arrange them. If one is not in sight there will be one within seconds. It cost 150 pesos to get to the beach. We walked a couple of times. Took 30 minutes. A grocery store 20 minute walk in the other direction. Lots of fruit and vegetable stands between both. Can get drinks etc. scooters everywhere. 400-500 pesos a day. Rental cars across the street. 1500 P/day. That is standard everywhere. Expect to use cash. Card use is rare. hard time doing much of anything with cards. ATM 250P fee to draw cash and max is 10,000 P. all banks the same. Cash exch everywhere.
