The place was easy to find and accessible. Sir Gian and his team (Angel) was very accommodating. The place is very clean and cozy. The amenities are complete. You just have to basically bring your clothes lol Bathroom is great and clean as well. We love the heater! Overall, our stay is enjoyable and peaceful. I recommend this place and we will comeback!

The place was very nice It would be the best place to stay for smokers But there are too many red ants. I struggled for a few days because my whole body was bitten from the bed to the floor.

Highly recommended. Great location. Great in communication. Close to everything. Condo unit is well kept! Will check in again in the future. The only problem was the securities were not helpful. They were looking for a Guest Pass. Coming from abroad unaware, with no internet connection. Securities did not want to call the front desk to veirfy. It was really hot and told us we can’t go in. I had to pay for the wifi in order for me to get the guest pass from the site. Like I said, I was unaware of the policies and securities could have been more helpful.

I stayed at Bryans place for a few days before flying back to London. The instructions leading up to check-in were clear and helpful. I enquired about parking and was informed promptly by Bryan and his management team. The property itself was spotless, the decor very cool and colourful just like in the photos. I loved the big, firm bed which was great for my back. Having the balcony was great to eat on, with a great view. The rooftop pool was an amazing way to keep cool on those hot days. I would highly recommend a stay here if you’re looking in the area. It’s close to restaurants and SM City Clark. Thank you again for a great stay. I will be back.

highly recommended, loved this place. host is very accommodating and has exceeded expectations with request and there is an honesty store in the place where you don't have to go out to buy drinks. Host also provided contacts if there are things needed and instructions on where we can find sari sari stores and 7-11. enjoyed staying here and hoping to come back soon

I would like to start with the things me and my friends did not like. First was the smell of rust in the water. However, I read previous reviews and the host was already able to address this. It is beyond their control and it is because of their provider. There was also a stray cat wandering in the place but when I sent a message to the hosts they were very responsive and had kuya richard take care of it. Things we liked about the place starts with the parking space. it is big enough to park 4 vehicles, pool is clean, you will also have a beautiful view of Mt. Arayat at the top floor. We were not able to take advantage of the bonfire as we spent most of our time in the karaoke. Place is also covered with CCTV. Would definitely book again in this place if we plan on visiting Pampanga again.
