Cottage holiday rentals in Panama City Beach

We had a great time with my kids and parents. The kids loved the pool and easy access to the beach! Our first visit to this area was wonderful.

What a fabulous stay! Courtney’s place is so clean, free of clutter yet has everything you need - from plenty of beach towels and beach supplies to several blankets to curl up on the couch. The location is fantastic. An easy walk or bike ride to the beach. In fact, we LOVED how she made going to the beach and getting around so easy. We rode the bikes to seaside everyday to avoid the road traffic. Beach access was super easy and she has plenty of chairs, towels and beach toys to use. We are willing to pay extra for a nice clean stay where you really can relax and feel at home. This is it! Highly recommend! She is super responsive as well!

We stayed at the cottage for my friends bachelorette trip, and it was the perfect place for our group! From the bikes, to the comfy beds, spacious kitchen and living room, and adorable back porch, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host is quick to respond and answer any questions. I would stay here again! It’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean, with plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen supplies, and is an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, less than 10 minutes. Lovely little cottage!

Jason‘s place was just as described. We loved having use of the bikes, beach, chairs, cart and proximity to all of the things we wanted to do Jason is by far the best host I have ever experienced. Anytime I had a question or needed something he was very responsive. I would highly recommend staying at Jason’s.

Our family had a wonderful time at Elizabeth’s house! We enjoyed walking to the beach, getting in the hot tub, and checking out lots of good restaurants nearby. We went to Seaside a couple times as well as Panama City! Her house was just as advertised. We only used the golf cart once but that was a lot of fun too!

My family of 3 had a wonderful time. I wish we could have stayed a month. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of storage and hooks for everything. Great location to get from beach to beach and restaurants. I loved the app Heather sends you with all the info on the house and how things work. Heather always communicated and answered messages in a timely manner. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, when our child took a nap we could relax in pool. Neighbors were friendly and always quiet. Very easy check in and check out.

Great place, you can feel secluded yet close to everything. House as described. Host communication was great. We did not experience any problems. Will stay again. Will recommend

I was very impressed with this place. It was small, but it was quaint. It was super clean. Everything was exactly as described. I love the location. Super good air condition. The bathrooms were in perfect shape with plenty of towels. The bed linens were clean. I would definitely stay here again, not to mention it’s very close to everything. Community watches out for you.

Perfect cottage near the beach with cozy spaces to chill out in. Beautiful outdoor space for cooking out and lounging. My little pups loved being outside and making friends with the cat next door. Walking the neighborhood was so fun, looking at the other cottages and, some ginormous new homes. The kitchen was beautiful and had a perfect breakfast table where we also held some fierce dominoes games at night. Location is still so very important and this cottage is perfectly situated for walking to the beach, shopping places and terrific restaurants with ocean views. A place to remember and revisit!

Cassandra was amazing! She was quick to respond, helpful with suggestions, and just made us feel right at home and an extension of the family. The cottage was adorable, functional, and very easily accommodated our family of 4 plus pup. The location was perfectly located in proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The outdoor shower is a cool and functional addition to the house. 10/10 Definetly Recommend!

Loved everything about Amy's place. So cute, comfortable & clean. Everything we needed for 2 of us and our pup.. Amy was extremely helpful and responding quickly to all my questions. The location was perfect. So much to do within walking distance - restaurants, shopping, beach, farmers market. We really enjoyed the outdoor live music, food & drinks right at the end of the street. We loved Rosemary Beach and will definitely make it a point to stay at Amy's again.

We stayed here a month. It was the perfect place for us. We didn’t want to leave. Will definitely come back again. Great host, great place, very clean, close to everything, definitely recommend!

Great place to stay with a family! Big and spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Having the golf cart was an extra bonus. The place was very clean and even had dog beds placed out which was so thoughtful.

We had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway during the holidays! Thank you to our hosts for offering a place that was peaceful and comfortable inside and out. We loved being steps from the beautiful 30A beaches and nearby store. We also appreciated the backyard seating options to soak up the sun and enjoy views of the lake and fountain. This is a special Airbnb - one of the nicest we have stayed in!

Very comfortable! Covered carport when it was too warm to sit in the sunny backyard in the afternoon! Fenced in backyard was welcome on windy days. Great location away from the bustle of the crowds. Mary was very accommodating with our check in. The adjustable bed was great! We would definitely stay again.

A cozy little place to stay in while visiting PCB. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Living room sofa was moderately comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a small place that is perfectly located to the beach, Thomas Donuts, and the Carousel.

Erica was an AMAZING host. We had a couple set backs trying to leave the day of our check out and she was kind enough to extend our stay by 2 hours and it helped us TREMENDOUSLY. she was very responsive when asking questions. if i travel back to PCB this is the first place I’d look to stay in!

Beautiful little home with elevated finishes and decor. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-stocked, comfy beds. The host was kind, welcoming, and provided great local recommendations. The area was private and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing stay. We stay at a lot of Airbnbs, and this one definitely stands out. We would absolutely return. 5 stars!”

This was our second visit here! We love Kelley’s cottage. The golf cart, upstairs loft, & outside area are our favorites. We spend most of our time in the back yard whether it be cooking, relaxing in the hammock, playing with the dogs, or just watching tv. Kelley’s cottage is also clean & cozy. The neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely return for a third visit!

Perfect location in Seaside. It was a short walk to the main shopping area and the public beach access was right down the street. Perfect accommodations at a reasonable price.

Amazing place to stay! Close enough to the beach and although youre in town it seems very private! Comes with a lot of stuff! More than I thought! Very comfy and felt like home! I would definitely stay at this property again!

Everything about “Crab Pot” was easy and relaxing. There’s something about the place that makes you feel “right at home”. Martin has everything covered; soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper and paper towels etc….and there was enough for our entire stay. (As opposed to the usual “starter kit” that you get at most places.) The house rules are not overwhelmingly posted everywhere. A level entry without stairs into the house made it easier on us with our 2 year old granddaughter. We enjoyed spending time on the porches, walking around in the yard, and an evening stroll to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!
