Cottage holiday rentals in Panama City Beach

The location is very convenient to the beach and the included bikes and beach gear were extremely valuable. Courtney was a great host!

We stayed at the cottage for my friends bachelorette trip, and it was the perfect place for our group! From the bikes, to the comfy beds, spacious kitchen and living room, and adorable back porch, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host is quick to respond and answer any questions. I would stay here again! It’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean, with plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen supplies, and is an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, less than 10 minutes. Lovely little cottage!

My friends and I had a great stay at Jason’s place! We had so much fun around 30A and it was the perfect size little house for four people.

Beautiful house! Very clean with everything we needed right there. We had a small hiccup, not the house/host’s fault and host communicated with us promptly, and got it fixed. The hot tub was very hot & private with the fenced yard. Kitchen had everything we needed. The house is absolutely beautiful. We will return to the area and will book this property again.

The place was exactly as advertised. We had a great time and will definitely consider coming back.

I was very impressed with this place. It was small, but it was quaint. It was super clean. Everything was exactly as described. I love the location. Super good air condition. The bathrooms were in perfect shape with plenty of towels. The bed linens were clean. I would definitely stay here again, not to mention it’s very close to everything. Community watches out for you.

We loved this place! I don’t usually actually want to go back to spots I visit, but we hope to be back to Let it Shine Cottage. It’s in a central area but feels very private. The pool, beach and shops are so close! The cottage itself is beautiful. We were there at a busy time (Labor day weekend) and you couldn’t even tell. Rhonda was communicative and flexible. Would highly recommend!

Perfect cottage near the beach with cozy spaces to chill out in. Beautiful outdoor space for cooking out and lounging. My little pups loved being outside and making friends with the cat next door. Walking the neighborhood was so fun, looking at the other cottages and, some ginormous new homes. The kitchen was beautiful and had a perfect breakfast table where we also held some fierce dominoes games at night. Location is still so very important and this cottage is perfectly situated for walking to the beach, shopping places and terrific restaurants with ocean views. A place to remember and revisit!

Second time staying here, it’s never disappointing. Beautiful atmosphere and very clean. This is a little vacation spot that I will continue to come back to.

Cassandra was amazing! She was quick to respond, helpful with suggestions, and just made us feel right at home and an extension of the family. The cottage was adorable, functional, and very easily accommodated our family of 4 plus pup. The location was perfectly located in proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The outdoor shower is a cool and functional addition to the house. 10/10 Definetly Recommend!

I found this spot to be the perfect location! It was walkable to so many great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, the pool, the beach. This is a private community with the most charming houses. It’s clean and safe and walkable. The pool was large and well maintained. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. You can walk to the beach across the street, and Alys Beach area is just half a mile west with Rosemary Beach shops just half a mile east. Seaside is just a short 15 min drive west which is yet another chic and beautiful beach town. I wish we had more time, this has been my favorite location in all of Florida. The Airbnb itself was all we needed, and felt comfortable for two of us. It was clean and cozy and Amy was always quick to respond if we had any questions.

Our stay was wonderful. The home has everything that we could have possibly needed and is great for a family traveling. The location was perfect for our softball tournament and all the activities surrounding it. Angela was a great host, and very responsive to any questions that I had. I would book again 100%.

Heathers house was so cute and cozy! Great location, and literally 1000ft from the beach. Everything inside the home was very clean. It’s such a good home that you can almost picture yourself living there. My only con- and maybe it’s listed and I just didn’t see it, but there was not enough bath towels for everyone and we had to go buy some towels to get us through the week. There is also not any beach towels or beach chairs, so you do need to make sure to bring those for yourself. It’s not a big enough issue to lower the star rating to 4 because everything else was truly so good. I would 10/10 recommend- perfect space for a big family and the home doesn’t feel crowded at all. We had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway during the holidays! Thank you to our hosts for offering a place that was peaceful and comfortable inside and out. We loved being steps from the beautiful 30A beaches and nearby store. We also appreciated the backyard seating options to soak up the sun and enjoy views of the lake and fountain. This is a special Airbnb - one of the nicest we have stayed in!

The cabin was clean and perfect for a quick weekend getaway. We used the fire pit while we were there and watched the stars. The owner is quick to respond and gave us awesome recommendations close by. The only downside to the property is the well water has a smell to it. The description on the listing mentions it though so we knew what to expect.

We had a blast, it was the perfect size and had everything we needed. The golf cart was very convenient we used it all the time. Everything was very clean. Overall, it’s an awesome place and was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at Tanya’s beautiful home. The home is very comfortable, extremely clean and was perfect for our stay. We were able to walk to nearby restaurant for dinner high was so convenient. Communication with Tanya was amazing too. Thank you so much.

Such a cute place to call home for the night! The Sea Bean was fun to take to the beach and zip around in. Super close to beach access and on a quiet dead end street.

This was our second visit here! We love Kelley’s cottage. The golf cart, upstairs loft, & outside area are our favorites. We spend most of our time in the back yard whether it be cooking, relaxing in the hammock, playing with the dogs, or just watching tv. Kelley’s cottage is also clean & cozy. The neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely return for a third visit!

We had the absolute best time staying at Samantha’s place! We had 6 girls and didn’t feel like we were crammed! It’s a spacious area and the bathrooms were amazing to get ready in. The beds were the most comfortable beds out of all the airbnbs I have stayed in! She had every cooking appliance and tool you could think of. We rented a golf cart and it was super easy to get to/from the beach/pool. The neighborhood is STUNNING and in a great location. We cannot wait to book this place again!

My husband and I and our 2 year old stayed here about a week. As others have said, the space is bigger than you would think. The location is unreal - SO close to the beach, like a 3 minute walk across the street. Not to mention a private pool! The home itself was clean and had plenty of umbrellas and chairs for the beach and even a fold up wagon you could use. It was very quiet and peaceful and we had no worries about our safety. Although it is a pool house and in close proximity to the main house, it felt very private. The home had all the basics.
