Our family stay went well, Kashin and his dad are very kind , to our little care and very responsive Villa is as described with maintained pool Great location near Monchoisy Beach, Grand Bay Shops The owners made it easy for us by arranging airport transfers and caring for vehicle rentals A little noisy during the day because of the roadside, but given the quality of the home you can ignore I recommend it. The place is excellent! We are family of 5 people with kids and it was perfect place for us. If you have a car you can reach 2 beautiful beaches in 5-7 minutes and shops. Thank you!

Very nice villa in a very quiet area of Grand Baie. Ease of access to many beaches (peyrebere, Monchoisy, the bowl) as well as the many shops in the city. The villa is really comfortable, the pool is very nice. The owner is very kind and responsive. A good place to stay to discover Mauritius to the rhythm of Mauritians, away from luxury hotels.

Beautiful garden, gorgeous pool, very peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need. I would recommend this apartment and Florina was very helpful.

Wonderful stay in a quiet, secure property, surrounded by sugar canes. Tropical birds and plants punctuated our days. We felt at home: ultra complete kitchen equipment, including a Weber BBQ grill... hot water booster... Canal Sat. The pool oscillates between 26 and 30 degrees. What about the hospitality and kindness of the owners, Ginette and Martin? Always listening, good advice, we were welcomed as guests! Anyway, great! A car is essential, ask Ginette for advice.

We were welcomed to the apartment by a wonderful host. He took care of us every day and was always at our service. We are very grateful for such an amazing stay.

From start to finish our stay was perfect! Bobby and Venise welcomed us on arrival and made us feel at ease. They had left milk, tea, coffee etc so we didn’t have to rush to get supplies. The house is clean, well kept and comfortable with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. There is on site security and automatic gates to access the site. Bobby even brought us new garden chairs for the beach as the old ones were a little rusty! Beach towels are supplied and there is a swimming pool on site. There are plenty of things to do locally in Grand Baie with bars and restaurants, shops, street food stalls and of course fantastic beaches within a very short drive. We highly recommend Venise and Bobby as hosts and the accommodation is first class!

Firstly, thank you very much indeed for the flowers and food pack - Really appreciated - THANK YOU! I must also say that Brendan (Manager) was brilliant and has the patience of a saint, but made sure we got what we needed and gave great advise in the process. The icing on the cake was the proactive approach he took to recovering my phone, which I lost on the beach. A god send. I also have to say that the daily servicing of the apartment was excellent and appropriately done - we never felt an invasion of privacy or interruption. The lady has a very respectful attitude and thorough in her role and duties. As for the apartment and the location was perfect for us, taking full advantage of walking between 10 - 14 KLMs of beaches daily - E1 was perfect and loved the location within the complex. The complex is clearly very well managed and the pool in perfect order 24/7, clean tidy, well presented. Small things but make the icing on the cake for an exceptional holiday. Will be back!

Our stay with Laurent and his wonderful family exceeded all expectations. The home was impeccably clean, peaceful, and ideally located. Each morning, I enjoyed working on the serene patio, which was perfect for staying productive during this working vacation. The fresh breeze and tranquil surroundings made it an inspiring place to start the day. In the evenings, we loved walking to the nearby beach for dinner, discovering a variety of restaurants—10 nights wasn’t nearly enough to try them all! During our stay, I had an unexpected mishap and needed to visit the hospital for stitches. Laurent and his kind-hearted daughter didn’t hesitate to assist. They personally took me to the hospital and helped communicate my needs, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a manageable one with their generosity and support. I can’t imagine a better place to call home on this beautiful island. We can’t wait to return and experience Laurent’s and his warm hospitality again.

Very very nice home in quiet and beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come again if we are going to Mauritius.

The penthouse apartment is spacious and has three bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom/toilet. The biggest bedroom also has a spacious terrace. Meals with several people can be taken outside on the balcony at the dining table available there, but it was quite warm during our stay. The pool is great and in the sea you will find great coral benches if you swim a little further out. We did not identify dangerous currents. There are many sea urchins near the shore, so you should be careful.

Romain’s place was perfect for our family holiday with two young children. The apartment is beautifully appointed, the beds were really comfortable and everything we needed was there-even down to kid-sized cutlery! The housekeeper Pooja was also wonderful and took great care of us. The pool is huge and there are stunning sea views. We found it very easy to get about and visit the many beautiful beaches which were only short drives away. There are lots of handy amenities nearby including a big supermarket and great restaurants, which also offered takeout. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it.

We had a great 12 night stay at the property - very nice accommodation, modern and well maintained. The swimming pool is also very nice. The property is conveniently located with a quick walk to nice beaches. Communication with Sabrina was very good, with a quick response time and very helpful. I will definitely recommend this property!!
