House holiday rentals in Palmilla

Clean, cute gem tucked away in a great neighborhood. This place is close to everything you need. There is no laundry, but honestly there are so many close lavenderia's around for a great deal, it wasn't needed. The pool was cold, but I'm sure in the warmer months it would have been great. Carlos was quick, super responsive and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay in this regular Mexican neighborhood and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Carlos for hosting us.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. My friend and i stayed for 10 days in Cabo at mark's place. It was so clean ,very well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, towels and phone chargers in every room. The backyard was awesome with your own pool. It is very private. If i had a vacation home i would want it to be exactly like this one. I recommend this place if you are taking a vacation to Cabo. It is beautiful inside and out. Also David and Rudy who take care of the property were amazing. They were always available to answer all your questions ,concerns, wants and needs. Check in and check out was a breeze. Wonderful stay! Dawn was super helpful and made sure everything was taken care of for our group. The place is gorgeous, plenty of room, clean, and well taken care of. I also highly recommend utilizing the services of chef Adrian… amazing huevos rancheros homemade in the kitchen for breakfast.

Michelle's place was great. It's located just outside of downtown, so it is a nice quite place to retreat from the busy Cabo area, and there are some really good restaurants just down the street. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family of 4. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Cabo who wants to stay in a quiet more relaxed area.

Spacious home for family or larger group. Home is located on a busy street with some noise during the day. The walk to downtown city center is about 10-15 min, some routes may not be suitable for strollers or ones with accessibility issues. I would recommend the home if proximity or walkability to downtown is priority.

We loved our stay at Asli home. It was a wonderful location with a grocery store walkable and friendly attendant security at the gate. A quick drive into town. Home was very spacious and has several bathrooms. Issac was quick to help us with reservations, recommendations, chef and checked on us several times throughout the stay. Pool was great and had lots of room. Can’t recommend enough!

The place was clean and quiet. Good for our 1 night stay. The kitchen could use some new pots/pans as the teflon was very scratched up but otherwise we managed to cook our meals. Jazziel was friendly, helpful and answered fairly quick to my questions. note the directions are a little bit off. Just keep driving up the hill until you see the big Joayes De Cortes sign, turn left, then right. that will take you to the gate and security will let you in.

A wonderful location up against the desert/arroyos with plenty of hiking and nice vistas (birding was quite good!). A well designed, solid, quiet house with nice in-door and out-door areas to sit + and to eat. Very secure and private. A very nice escape from the buzz of San Jose and San Luca. Enough parking on the street for two to three cars. Well equipped kitchen. Two fridges! Firestick + smart televisions. Good laundry room. You can't go wrong with this choice.

This house is in a great location. There are great views of the town, marina, bay, and mountains. The neighborhood (Pedregal) is beautiful and charming, with excellent security. It is a modest walk to the downtown/Marina area (with many restaurants). It's a bit of a hike to get to the beach, but the Pedregal beach is wonderful (no swimming though). We also were able to hike from the house to Lover's Beach/Divorce Beach (must climb over some rocks), and to Mt. Solmar (great views!). The space itself is very nice. We liked the modern hacienda style. It is a separate floor of a larger "villa", with good privacy. The kitchen is nice and well equipped (with dish washer), the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and attractive. The living area in comfortable (though not large). The terrace is very large and well furnished (I only wish it had more shade). There is a washer/dryer. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Unit is centrally located but right on the main road, so can be noisy. Unit itself is nice and clean but could use some maintenance. The property is very nice. The grounds are stunning with mature landscaping and well maintained. The pool is nice but colder than it should be. There is a pickleball court we used every day. It would be nice to have some paddles and balls with the unit. All in all a great stay!

Arsen was great to deal with, but his on-site rep Jorge was also amazing. Jorge arranged our airport transportation and an excursion, met us at check-in, was there with maintenance when a quick repair was needed, and made sure our check-out process was flawless. We really appreciate Jorge and his attention to details.

Lovely home with a beautiful outdoor area and beach view. We felt extra safe in this gated community. A little ways from down town Cabo, so a car rental was a must. Quiet neighborhood very much appreciated. Pool access was wonderful, but would recommend a gate for little kids. It would also be nice to have the heated jacuzzi/pool included in the price. Nonetheless, our group enjoyed our stay in this breathtaking home.

We loved this unit 2101. It was spacious and convenient to have a bath in every bedroom. Beautifully built and decorated. Comfortable beds are very important to me the beds and linens were great! Thanks for having us!

Super easy and extremely reliable. Our first time in Cabo and this made it a great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed the home for a week. Very open, spacious, and light. Grounds around the home were spacious and lovely. Comfortable to be inside or outside on a comfortable patio. Very secure and visually private; home and spacious surrounding grounds are inside very high walls with locked walk gate and automobile gate. The spacious home and its lovely exterior grounds all surrounded by high walls with secure gates make it a private enclave. It's directly on Calle Cabo San Lucas. The GPS will try to take you up a hill behind the property where there is no entrance; stay directly on Calle Cabo San Lucas to find the gated entrance. Calle Cabo San Lucas is a very busy street with walking distance restaurants (Mi Casa is great) and only 5 minutes drive to anywhere in downtown Cabo. Some sounds come from the street but mostly muted by the high walls. Traffic dries up at night. Been going to Cabo since 2002. Glad we found Casa Greg this time. We will definitely stay again .

if you want to feel at home this is definitely the place right , I think what we most look for as travelers is to have privacy and feel at home and this is the place in addition to the friendliness of the host

We had a great time during our stay. The views were absolutely amazing especially at night. The fire places perfected the night time vibes. We loved the location as it was close to everything and it is in a secure upscale neighborhood. The outside of the house could use some tlc but, it was still a 5 star experience for us. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a few days & it was a peaceful neighborhood. The house was spacious & had plenty of amenities. Dulce had quick responses to our questions and was very helpful

The house is as spacious and as pretty as it looks in the photos, really comfortable with everything you may need ! The pool area is beautiful and the bbq is a big plus, and Jessica is super friendly and accommodating! Thank you will love to be back

The pictures really don’t do it justice. This place was beautiful and it was so clean. The rooms were a great size and we had everything we needed. We ended up staying at the house most of the time because it was so perfect. Geraldine was so helpful from the day I booked up until the end. The chef they had selected for us (Ulysses Cabo Experience) was truly the best. Ulysses and Miriam were so nice and such a pleasure to be around and cooked the most amazing food and would leave everything spotless. There were no bad things to say about the house. The neighborhood was beautiful and had food nearby. The neighborhood had very friendly people and we met other air bnb guests from other homes that were very nice. One neighbor did tell us we were loud but we just had to be super mindful of the neighbor which isn’t a bad thing but harder to do since the fun things to do are in the front of the house. Since we loved the house we stayed as chill as we could. It was safe and a good time.

This place is really beautiful and roomy! There's room to wander around the yard behind the gate and it's a very quiet, sleepy little town. You can see the whole town and the ocean from the seating up on the roof. I recommend you wake up early and grab a blanket and watch the sunrise from up there -- it's an awesome thing to see.

Maggie was a gem and she made our stay feel like we were number one all the time. Our place was so great and next to a basketball park where kids played daily. There are restaurants near by and a huge shopping center ten minutes away that has way more than anyone could ever need. The corner store up the street is owned by an English speaking family who also does Uber. So convenient. We had a perfect time and would do it all again. We spent a month and we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you to Carmen and Maggie.
