This cozy cottage is nestled along the bank of the Atchafalaya River, a few miles south of interstate 10 and half way between Baton Rouge and Lafayette, La. Drive through your own little private swamp as you enter the property before it opens up to the cottage. The front porch is only steps away from the river. Maps says 15 minutes to Downtown Lafayette, 10 minutes to Downtown Youngsville, and 12 minutes from the airport! One queen size bed, one fold out twin bed in closet, and a sofa. Sleeps up to three. Comfy and cozy get away. I am NOT LOCATED IN LAFAYETTE, so if you stay here please understand that you could be 10 to 20 minute drive depending on your destination
