Townhouse holiday rentals in Palma

We spent the winter months here. A charming original village. The house is well equipped, you have everything you need. The roof terrace is great! However, it should be said that everything is also a little old and brittle. The old TV did not work, the internet was very unstable (until Ambika took care of it), a bed has collapsed, the fridge sometimes does not close and then gets warm, fixtures in the shower are broken, the water pressure is quite weak. All the things you can live with, but you should know it. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable here. Above all, Ambika welcomed us so warmly. If we had an issue, she was always just one phone call away. It was great to have her as a neighbor and contact person in the village. With her tips and contacts with other villagers, she helped us out in many situations. She was really a great help, thank you! We will be happy to come back!

We‘ve been overwhelmed by the friendliness and the care of Joana. She is genuinely interested in making you feel good. The House is nicely located and it is well equipped with everything we needed. The construction site next to the house wasn‘t that disturbing, but we still wanted it to be mentioned that there are constructions going on. lovely place walkable to restaurants but also peaceful. We were 4 people who stayed comfortably in the house. Communicating with Susan was easy and great. Would happily stay here again.

We had a fantastic time as a family with a toddler at Maria's house. It is exactly as described, and on top of that, incredibly clean. We got in so easily, and Maria even allowed us to check out later. And there are three great seating options outside: in front of the house where we enjoyed a lovely breeze and sunshine, in the back, right next to the kitchen, sheltered, or up on the balcony with a nice view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning!

Beautiful house right in the middle of Llucmajor. Very well maintained with a quick walk to shopping and restaurants. House has fiber internet. I was getting speeds over 500mbps consistently.

We liked very much the bright light in the house and the nice and comfortable furniture. The wonderful beaches nearby and good restaurants made our holiday perfect.

There were many places that we contemplated staying for our first trip to Mallorca. We finally landed on Pollensa and so glad we did! Domus Lleo is a stunningly beautiful and traditional villa in Old Town. It is modern while maintaining its original character and authenticity. There are multiple outdoor terraces to enjoy an evening glass of wine. Housekeeping came once to tidy, make beds and replace towels, which was wonderful. Upon arriving, Margarita greeted us at a predetermined meeting point on the outside of town. We followed her to the villa and she explained everything you would want to know. The location truly cannot be beat! We had a 5 minute walk to the town square with numerous restaurants and shops. The beach was only a 10 minute drive away and was easily accessible. My family and I have stayed in many AirBNB’s across the globe, but Domus Lleo was something special. Thank you, Margarita. We’ll be back’

We stayed for 5 nights and the apartment was perfect. Great space and in the heart of Santa Catalina. The apartment had great showers with plenty of hot water. We were able to have a few meals at home as the kitchen has everything you need. Great outdoor space for a coffee in the sunshine. Thank you.

Silvia and Harald are wonderful hosts. We will be happy to come back. Everything was just lovely. Hopefully soon in 2025 if it's still possible. We would be very flexible in terms of time.

We loved our stay. Lenka so responsive and helpful. The house is charming and the outside terrace is a wonderful place to just sit with a cup of tea or to have a BBQ. Everything was comfortable and felt very welcoming. We’ve already decided to come back in the summer if we can! A couple of points: it’s a very steep (but very quick) walk back from town and if you have toddlers I would not recommend as the stairs are very steep. We have a 7 year old and a non-crawling baby so found it fine but I think a very small kid on the move would be stressful! A wonderful week with a great host.

Lilja has a beautiful home in Fornalutx. I would suggest meeting the caretaker to be shown to the house for the first time. The route down the mountain is preferred vs coming to the house from in town. The house was perfect size for six adults and a baby. The pool was a great spot to relax for the day or after a day of adventuring. Walking to the village for meals was convenient and fun. We would definitely return.

The place is beautiful and totally unique with lots of options for privacy even with 5 people. it is located perfectly. A gym, restaurants, supermarketstown square and pharmacy all very close.

Beautiful accommodation directly on the sea with everything you need. Super clean and well equipped, impeccable communication. We felt completely comfortable and had a great time. I can recommend the property in all aspects, we will be happy to come back!

Just returned (August 2024) from a wonderful stay here with our two children aged 5 and 7. The house is perfectly situated a 5 min walk from the main part of Cala Rajada with all its restaurants and shops, about 15 mins walk to the harbour, where you’ll find restaurants & a couple of good kids playgrounds. It’s a peaceful spot with a beautiful view. Warm welcome from the host & the place was clean, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Air con in all the rooms was great too. Thank you - we’d love to come back one day! Recommendations for families: - Cala Agulla beach (15 min walk, lovely but busy, go early) - Cala MESQUIDA (little drive away but less busy, perfect swimming beach for kids) - Bar Sa Cova - 5 min walk, fantastic seafood, sitting right on the water & kids can swim in the little cove by the restaurant -Cala Rajada Express boat from the harbour, took the short round trip to Cala Millor, kids loved it

Marisa is super reactive and takes time to find a solution for us (parking nearby etc…). The house is very charming, with a really nice terrace and big enough for 6 persons. The kitchen is fully furnished, we enjoyed cooking all together and dinning in the living room. You will find everything you need in the house, AC available in all rooms. The house is good located in Pollença, perfect for a day trip to the nearby beaches and to explore the city center

Had a great stay at Hajo's. The house is great and you can get everywhere quickly.

We stayed with 7 people (including 2 children 1 & 5 years) in Susanne's apartment and had a great time. The location is a dream - you are in 5 minutes by the sea and on the promenade and also to the supermarkets it is not far. On one or the other wall could be painted or renovated again, but that did not bother us and is often the case with apartments in southern countries and close to the sea. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well laid out and the washing machine was really helpful! We never had any problems getting parking right in front of the house. In the evening you can sit nicely on the roof terrace. Susanne recommended us restaurants, some of which we also tested - and ate well everywhere! Our time in October in Mallorca was really nice! We booked the place very spontaneously, Bridgette was super nice and left the things for us before the specified time. She was able to answer any questions quickly. The place & the place were very charming & the mountains beautiful. Highly recommend

Spacious, clean and well-decorated accommodation. The rooftop terrace was a real plus at this time of year and already allowed breakfast outside. Well-connected pools, close to the sea. The house is very well-equipped, everything was there.

We were travelling as a group of seven family and friends from the UK and Dallas mainly as two of us were racing at the new Utmb Mallorca trail running race which was taking place. Colin’s place was ideal as the house was just a few minutes walk from the main square which was where the race was starting. We loved the house and garden, stylish, comfortable, and an ideal location for shops and restaurants. The wine, milk and snacks were a very welcoming addition on our arrival even though the wine didn’t get drunk as the wine drinker in the group wasn’t drinking due to their upcoming race:-) We had a wonderful stay in Soller and enjoyed a local olive oil tour at Can Det, dining out at some fabulous restaurants in both Soller and Port de Soller, hiking is stunning in the area and pottering around in the shops was fun. Mallorca is a favourite place to visit and we always enjoy our visits to the island. Colm’s home is beautiful. We also would like to thank him for being so responsive to us
