Holiday rentals with a patio in Palma Nova

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment immensely! Very lovingly furnished, plenty of space, cozy and sufficiently equipped. The sea can be reached very quickly and you can start great hikes from the apartment. Virginie is a great host - we will definitely be back!

Beautiful house and garden, we appreciated the apartment and the proximity to the center of Soller. Soller is a charming village perfect to start your daily cycling activities. Highly recommend it, we will be back.

Antonia's apartment is spacious, quiet, very pleasant and super well equipped! There were even beach games that made our children happy. It is also ideally located to enjoy the port of Pollença as well as to discover the beautiful surrounding area. We highly recommend this apartment where we are already thinking of returning :-) also, Antonia was a perfect host, very available and accommodating. Everything was great, thank you!

Very nice apartment..

Pure luck that this apartment was available on the days we wanted to explore the old parts of the charming city of Palma. The apartment was a perfect fit for us. What you could say is that it gave us some extra training as it is at the top and with 91 steps. Good for body and heart. Close to grocery stores and restaurants with good food. Very clean, good area and good communication!

The apartment was freshly renovated and in great condition. It is very nicely decorated and everything needed was available. The terrace with beach view was beautiful. Each room can be heated or air-conditioned separately. There is also a beautiful electric fireplace, which creates a cozy ambience. The location is perfect, right on the beach and many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies etc. are in the immediate vicinity. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Perfect location, around a 15min walk to the cathedral/restaurants etc. Really quiet and private. Stunning view from the balcony and two sets of keys which was super handy. Martina was a lovely host!

We had a fantastic stay at Miquels house for a week of cycling. The house is exactly as described - very spacious, very well equiped and right in the heart of Sa Pobla. Only few meters walking from many cafes and restaurants, but still in a quiet side street. Miquel was always friendly, responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay and can recommend the house.

Everything was as we planned according to the characteristics of the house. Pool, BBQ terrace. Consell is a very quiet and cozy place. I recommend that they try the experience of this house and Mallorca.

We spent 4 nights in Antonio’s house at the beginning of November with two 8 year olds. It’s a beautiful house which is spacious, comfortable, clean and elegantly decorated with high ceilings. We loved having breakfast outside, using the cold plunge pool in the morning followed by a hot shower downstairs. We would have loved to have used the log burning fire but the temperature wasn’t cold enough for it. There are some lovely restaurants nearby and a beautiful square in the town. We also managed to visit Binissalem, Pollensa and Palma easily from the house. It was a perfect base for exploration. Antonio was easy to communicate with, offering lovely suggestions and quick to reply. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Beautifully designed townhouse, very close to the sea. Bakery is across the street. The rooms and especially the big bathroom is very chic. The house doesn't have a dishwasher but besides that the kitchen is well equiped. Check in and check out procedures were perfect. We would book the house again.

This place is my dream come to life. The house is gorgeous and the grounds are incredible with a great pool and the vegetable/fruit garden has everything you could want! My daughter and I loved picking vegetables for our salads every day. The kitchen is massive and has multiple ovens and all pots/pans you could need. It was great for cooking. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom which is incredible and makes this place perfect for family or friend trip. The location is great and we loved Soller as well as the surrounding towns (all an easy drive from the house). Finally, James is truly the most gracious and kind host. He has thought of everything. He was nice enough to have some snacks waiting for us and was super responsive with any questions. We can't wait to come back!!

The place gave us exactly what we needed. Without a car, however, it would have been problematic and the pool was missing. The hostess was very friendly and easily accessible! We felt comfortable

We were very excited about the house, especially the beautiful terrace. Everything was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We had a great time and would come back any time. The key handover went smoothly and the place was quiet, with a beautiful beach nearby. Our host Alenka was extremely friendly and always easily accessible. Overall a great place to stay that we can fully recommend!

Communication with Gabriel was friendly, straightforward and quick. I was always able to quickly resolve my concerns. The apartment was clean and as expected, only the sofa in the living room I found uncomfortable, very narrow seating area. This could be replaced by a more comfortable one. In itself it was quiet and also close to the beach/harbor. Would recommend the appartment.

Perfect, we had great time at Ralf's place

We had a very nice stay here. We used Port de Soller as a base for some great cycle rides and hiking in the surrounding mountains. The apartment is very nice, bright and clean as can be seen on the pictures. The terrace is wonderful and has great views over the bay. The terrace has sunlight during the morning making a great place to enjoy breakfast. We were here in February which ment that not all supermarkets and restaurants were open on our side of the bay but we enjoyed the walk around the bay to the markets and great resturants on the opposite side. The owner Matthias was very quick and easy to comunicate with and provided all information necessary to make our stay here easy. Highly recommended.

Pedro is the best host an avid traveler could ask for. He deserves 10 Stars on everything. We travel the world about 3-4 months every year and Pedro’s place was perfect in every respect. Well equipped kitchen, ultra clean. Great washing machine. In addition, Pedro is incredibly friendly and will to share his detailed knowledge about the best places to visit on the island. You won’t regret reserving his place. Book it now!

We had a very nice stay and felt very comfortable. Apartment is stylishly furnished and corresponds to the photos as well as descriptions. In addition, it has a great location, just a few 100m from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Maxim and Akim are very friendly and welcomed us warmly and took a lot of time to explain everything to us in peace. Also during our stay they were always available and very helpful. Thanks for everything - we will be happy to come back 😊

Horst was an amazing host. He was very kind and nice, we had a wonderful stay. I recommend to stay at his place, you will enjoy a beautiful garden with swimming pool, a friendly host and beautiful beaches close by.

The appartment is a wonderful getaway for families. Very spacious, clean and with wonderful views of the Tramontana mountais. Location was perfect for us, in a quiet neighbourhood yet very short walk to the beach, promanade and restaurants. Great and very timely communication with the host. We very much appreciated and enjoyed a little welcome gift.
