Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Palm Valley

The property was excellent and as advertised. The location as walkable to the beach, grocery store, etc was a great convenience. The host, Seth, was very responsive and provided clear help for our needs. We'd strongly recommend anyone with a family to stay here for the amenities and beach access. We had our 15 month old with us and didn't have to worry needing high chairs, pack n plays etc. Saved us from having to bring on our travels. The convenience of the Publix nearby is a great help too as we do a lot of our own cooking for the family. Thanks to Seth for a great stay and a beautiful property -- we plan to stay again if we come back last this year. Thanks again!

April was spectacular and very helpful. Her house was in my old neighborhood and I would rent it again. I would give April an A-+.

Extremely satisfied, with everything in the house

This space is so welcoming, fun and had something to do for everyone! Our entire family enjoyed the outdoor spaces most, our toddler twins loved running around and playing on the turf and bonus there was a pool fence we put up! The home was beautiful, updated and clean. There is a great bar/restaurant at the end of the street that we walked to…great wings! Highly recommend this Jax beach home and will be returning! Thank you!

perfect getaway is the best way to describe Mario's place, it was by far the cleanest, well stocked, Airbnb I've been in. location is great and both Mario and Claudia were great at keeping us updated and informed of everything this place had. 10/10

Dusty has an incredibly beautiful home.Easy to get to, accessible to lots of beach entertainment. Well worth the money to stay here. Thank you Dusty for another wonderful stay. See ya in the summer

Excellent clean, centrally tidy place

Valeries's place was just lovely! A good sized, clean and comfortable 2 bedroom. The place was situated perfectly to walk to town, spend some time and walk back. We usually walked back in the evening for dinner and to see the lights. It was a most enjoyable visit, and we will be back. Thanks Valerie!

This was our 2nd time staying here and had such a wonderful time. We love being right on the beach. The morning sunrise just over the dune on the beach is amazing!! Enjoyed being greeted by our favorite cat outside on the terrace! Great place, great location, great hosts - love it!

A quiet, cozy house, we were able to rest and feel at home. We enjoyed our stay getting to know several places in St. Augustine.

There are some pros and cons to this location. The pros: the bed is super comfortable. There were plenty of pillows, blankets and extra sheets if need. There were plenty of towels as well. Anything we needed in the kitchen was there and the TV was amazing. It was definitely a very Quiet location and we appreciated that.. As far as the cons go, I did forget to mention to the host that there was dust on the plants and also the closet doors in the bathroom. I don't necessarily feel like any issues we had were his fault, I feel like it's more so the cleaner's fault, unless he is the cleaner then maybe lol. Overall whoever cleans I feel like needs to do a little better of a job when it comes to details but overall I think everything was pretty Fine. Any issues I brought up were fixed immediately which I appreciated. The unit itself, I feel like it is a little overpriced, however it could be because of the location. Overall i give the rating a 4.5! We would return!! Great location!

This was a perfect place to stay in St. Augustine , very close to bars and restaurants , very walkable. Very comfortable bed and very clean! The only thing I would say is if you are there during week days / school hours you can hear a lot of noise from kids at the school down the street, otherwise great place and would stay again.

While the weather wasn't the best - we hit town during the cold snap - our AirB&B was everything that could be hoped for. It looked even nicer that the pictures, with retro decor, a separate sitting room and a full kitchen even better-equipped than ours at home. The king bed was so comfy! The historic Lincolntown location was across the street from two fine restaurants, and easily walkable to every place we wanted to go. Two possible drawbacks, an early checkout time, and no place to store luggage for our final day, were easy to remedy. (Hint: the Lightner Museum is used to accommodating luggage-toting tourists.) We had a great stay - highly recommended.

My family and I had a great time! We love how convenient it is to get on the beach. It is located on the south end of St.Augustine and less crowded. The unit itself was located on the first floor close to the pool and parking lot making it easy to get to. We love the area and this place. We will definitely be back!!!

Great location close to everything very clean and comfortable

We absolutely loved our stay and plan to come back soon. The view is breathtaking. The condo is very close to Saint Augustine. The hosts were extremely accommodating and pleasant. They always responded quickly. Can’t wait to book this place again and have another relaxing vacation!

When we walked in, the view took our breath away! It was beautiful to see pictures and incredible to experience in person. After several days staying in the hustle and bustle of Old Town, this oasis provided needed rest and relaxation before our return home. Thanks Luke and Joslyn for thinking of every detail and hosting us at your lovely place!

We stayed for 5 night and this condo was perfect. Well equipped and close to things to do. Todd communicated really well and addressed any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Spotless beach side studio, large bath, well stocked, with beach chairs and toys. gated and secure. I was able to cut thru Sawgrass CC once I had my temp parking pass. (saves time going to dinner/shopping). beach access, with shower at the sand. excellent. 2 beds w/ pull out sofa.

We had a wonderful time at Doug and Lori's place! It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and St. Augustine. The heated pool worked out great and the larger (nonheated) outdoor pool would have been great in the summer. The apartment itself was decorated very nicely and there was plenty of space for the five of us. Doug and Lori were quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay again.
