Family-friendly holiday rentals in Palm City

Our stay at Frans exceeded our expectations. The home was cozy for our family of five and had an awesome beach theme (the pullout couch wasn't super comfortable it worked). The community was full of fun activities that could keep your family busy for weeks. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you might need. Also Fran had all the beach gear including a umbrella and beach chairs and toys as well. Fran was super friendly and accommodating. She was able to suggest a neighbor who rented a personal golf cart which was brand new and litterally saved us hundreds of dollars. The neighborhood is quite large and the ocean is across the road (not a long walk) and I would suggest a golf cart to get the best out of the experience. Unfortunately our kids came down with a nasty cold at the beginning of the trip but Fran allowed us to extend our stay another night to allow us to recover a bit for the long trip home. 10/10 we would absolutely stay here again when we return. The stay at Darryl’s condo was perfect. The beds were soft and comfortable and the screen porch was sunny and bright in the morning. The heated pool was the icing on the cake.

Perfect place to stay while vacationing in Nettles Island. Very clean and quaint little home. Bed is very comfortable. Full kitchen and supplies were on hand as well. Beach bag, towels and best of all the golf cart! Golf cart is a must and we appreciated having it to get around the island. Everyone is very friendly and helpful! We certainly will be back. I give 5 stars out of 5 stars : )

Sonya was a kind and gracious host. Her home was exactly as described, clean and a perfect fit for our family. I grew up going to nettles island and it is exactly as I remembered. I loved being able to share a piece of my childhood with my own children. We will be sure to book with Sonya again.

Condo is very nice and was incredibly clean. We enjoyed the location, quiet and a quick 3 min drive to the beach, with plenty of parking. Theoretically, you could walk, but with the heat, humidity and beach items, it’s a better idea to just drive! We had a TV issue in the guest room and they were over the next morning and took care of it (with a new tv), they did offer to come out that evening, but it was not necessary for us. 100% would stay here again in the future! The customer service was exceptional!

I’ve stayed at Castle Pines close to a dozen times and I’ve always had great hosts… Chris was easily the best. Amazing instructions from when you 1st arrive to local recommendations to who to call in emergency. He had everything down to a tee and was proactive in his communication with me, that was a first for me.. top notch host.

My family and I had a great time at this property. It comfortably houses four people and provides lots of privacy. The gated community is beautiful and well kept and the location is central to many attractions and shopping areas.

We absolutey enjoyed our stay in may 2023. The house is a gem, so colorful and perfect to stay with children. You have everything you need and the kitchen is very well equiped. The communication with Trish was great and we'd come back anytime.

Patrick's house was very clean, spacious and inviting. Great layout with master bedroom on one side of house and the two guest bedrooms on the other. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware. Nice fenced in yard, quiet neighborhood with walkable sidewalks. Close to downtown Stuart with plenty of restaurants and shopping. We look forward to staying again.

very beautiful house. nice view and relaxing patio to watch boats pass by in the mornings. saw a manatee one morning! house was very clean and the host was extremely responsive when I had questions.

Staying at Romantic Treetops was a great experience so private so quaint Very at home feeling loved the motion lights in both kitchen and bathroom Overall wonderful get away from the cold up north weather Also provisions for beach such as chairs wagon umbrella etc

Our stay at Lullaby was wonderful. The house felt like a home: clean and cozy. Plenty of love has clearly been put into caring for this charming home, and it is only minutes away from all manor of amenities while still being situated on a quiet street. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need for cooking during the holidays and the beds were super comfy. A pleasant surprise: the primary bedroom has a king bed, not a queen! Lastly, Colin and Andrea were prompt with a response when we communicated with them, and look forward to staying at one of their properties when we return to the area in the future. Highest recommendation!

This was a great place to stay with the fenced in yard with pool and hot tub being worth the money alone! It is in a great location from the beach and local restaurants. Kathleen was very friendly and responded to messages in a prompt manner! Place was clean and dog friendly! We will be coming back for sure!

Our stay at Enid’s was super comfortable! Everything that we needed for our month stay was provided. She was easy to communicate with.

If I could give this listing more than five stars, I would. Tammy is a great hostess! She is very hospitable, knowledgeable about the area, and made us feel right at home. I especially appreciate her attention to detail and friendliness. The property is beautiful, quiet, and just a short drive from restaurants, shops, gas stations, grocery stores, etc. I would recommend Tammy's Airbnb to anyone planning a stay in the area.

Denise was very friendly and accommodating. Her home was clean and adorable! And had so many amenities. In fact, we were taking family photos and needed an iron and ironing board...well Denise had that as well! Kitchen was fully stocked and there was nothing we needed that she did not have! It was also lovely looking out at the swimming pool and the canal! GREAT neighborhood and super quiet and friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. P.S. Her husband, Mickey, was also friendly. There was a small leak in the bathroom sink and Mickey came over immediately. Wonderful people who care about their property!!

Super cute guest house. Reminded me of a cottage. Roomy bedrooms with their own bathroom. Brought our two small dogs, which was such a relief they could come. Home is on a dead end street which was great for walking the dogs! Felt safe and was beautiful having the water just out back. Hosts were great. Liz gave us some restaurant ideas. They left us a bottle of wine as a welcome and even had a doggy bed and bowls set out for the pups, but yet they let us have our privacy. I thought maybe with it being a guesthouse on their property they would want to chat a lot, but they let us do our own thing. Wonderful stay.

Not only was Laszlo’s house everything we could have hoped for and more, but it was absolutely fabulous. The house had everything we could possibly need, and the communication was top-notch—10 out of 10. I’ve rented many Airbnb properties, and I have to say this one is my favorite. We loved it so much that we’re already planning to re-rent it in November. Everything was perfect, and as a former Airbnb owner, I rarely give perfect reviews without a few suggestions for improvement, but this stay truly exceeded all expectations.

The Airbnb has a beautiful view of the pool and backyard paradise! Susan was personable and responsive to questions regarding the Stuart area. Our stay was delightful and relaxing.

Lisa's home helped to make our trip a great Florida stay. It is well kept and fully stocked . My family and I enjoyed the personality in the home decor and how cozy the home was. Lisa was quick to respond to our questions and provided clear instructions/requests for the stay. A quick 10 minutes to grocery stores/restaurants and 15 minutes to Hutchinson Island beaches.

The space was perfect. One of the best beds I have ever slept in!! Super quiet and cute puppies!!!
