Holiday rentals with lake access in Palhoça

Our stay at this house was spectacular. From the first moment, Marcia was a great host: always attentive, friendly, and willing to help us with everything we needed. The house is beautiful, as shown in the pictures, with comfortable, clean, and well-equipped spaces. Care is noticeable in every detail, from the decor to the functionality of the rooms. In addition, the location is very good, in a quiet environment and only a few blocks from the beach, which allowed us to enjoy the sea without the need to move too much. One of the great points in favor is the outdoor area. The pool is great for cooling off after the beach, and the quincho allowed us to enjoy great outdoor moments. Everything is very well maintained and designed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Definitely a perfect choice for unforgivable vacations. We hope to be back soon!

the house is excellent, we went in 11 adults and accommodated super well, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, all kitchen items ( blender/electric kettle/freezer and refrigerator/refrigerator/ items for barbecue), the pool is sunny all day, well lit, the cars stayed inside the lot and closed, has a washing machine and space to extend clothes, pillows and tbm sheets, microwave and oven in full operation, Huli was extremely attentive with us, as well as his Tbm parents, including providing a new ventilator, the house has a beach and a sun guard chair, we are super wills! We are finally back! the beach is super close ( you can walk) but we prefer to go on the Embaú guard that even with the holiday traffic we arrive in 8 minutes! access to the house is great just like the neighborhood! Perfect Lugas! Fully equipped house, well between Pinheira and Guarda. 15-20 minutes walk was on the beach either at Pinheira by the city or by the Guard via the trail (flat, quiet through the back of the house). Near the centrinho and markets, we did everything by walk! Decompression site and Carol a sweetheart, since the arrival, gave us tips entitled to mapinha!

We were some families, with children, and the weather in the house was exceptional. We lived for 15 days and we were all comfortable, the area is safe and quiet, very close to the beach, so the children could walk. The house is well equipped. There are some markets very close that made it easier to shop at the last minute. It is also close to other more crowded beaches within 10 minutes by car and 40 from shoppings. The family was always in touch and available, with guidance and kindness. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely like to repeat!

It was all wonderful, Anderson super solicitous responded quickly, the wonderful pool to the very well equipped kitchen, air-conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom if you leave the door of the room open the house is well ventilated. We were very well taken care of.

The place is quite peaceful, close to several beautiful beaches. Alexandre was super helpful, we had a problem with the shower and he came very quickly to solve, in addition to referring us to several places to eat, shop and even health posts.

I went with four cousins and had a great time in our stay. The Nety that received us and she was very solicitous at all times, answered me quickly when necessary and still brought us a filter for coffee, which we had forgotten! The rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning made all the difference on these hot days. The pool was clean and we enjoyed a lot, in addition to the beach tennis court that is well-lit and gave us the opportunity for good games. The only thing that ended up bothering us was the presence of workers on the site all weekend, but I believe this is an atypical situation. In general it is a great place to stay, the space is beautiful and very well taken care of, it is worth it for groups of friends and family, we will think about coming back!

It was GREAT!!! By far the best place I've ever been to rest and make a home office also the place is amazing, the space is completely beautiful and surprising, little monkeys, toucan and I enjoyed every little piece. Patrícia is also super friendly, helped us with everything, sure I'll be back soon ❤️

Our stay was very peaceful. We had some setbacks on the way and the Mahana was understanding and we were able to check in much later than we had initially agreed. The space was very clean and tidy when we arrived. All that was in the description was there. The house is in a very quiet region. Even with several restaurants and bars nearby, there was no noise from the neighborhood at night. If I return to Floripa, I will definitely consider booking again.

We spend wonderful days among friends and children. The house is very comfortable, excellent dishes and pans, very smelling bedding, comfortable mattresses. Suite with plenty of space the other 2 smaller bedrooms, all with air conditioning. Room with toys and activities for children. Closed and safe yard for kids and pets. Spacious party area, comfortable and great barbecue. Each little corner thought with affection. For those who enjoy river bath the place is this. We also visit the wonderful Resurrection waterfall.
