Holiday rentals with a patio in Palaiseau

This is a very well located quite modern apartment in Paris XVIe arrondissement. We loved how close it was to the Passy market, and to an excellent array of shops including La Grande Épicerie - an offshoot of one of the best food shops in Paris. The host was excellent and flexible. The apartment had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. One caveat was that the apartment may not be suitable for very young children - the stairs are steep - and there is a very high (around 2 metre) drop from the top floor without any guardrails - we needed to be very vigilant with our 3yo and block it out with suitcases. Despite this our kids loved the large smart TV, the kitchen was well appointed and the dining area is perfect for family meals - and I can imagine that in the summer the balcony would be marvellous.

Fabulous stay at Caroline & Romain's, family home, very warm and comfortable. Caroline & Romain were responsive, anticipating all our needs! I would recommend it without a second thought! We'll be back soon, what a beautiful Parisian stay!! Thank you again

Perfect location! Perfect host! Nathalie's apartment is comfortable, fully equipped, and a good size for one or two people. Nathalie made the check in and check out process very easy and was 100% responsive if we had a question. She was, indeed, the perfect host, and we can't thank her enough for listing her apartment on Airbnb. The apartment, located in Châtenay-Malabry, is literally across the street from the ville of Sceaux which has good shopping and restaurants and a beautiful chateau and parc that is open to the public. The apartment is also a very short walk to the RER Line B which puts you in the center of Paris in just over 20 minutes. In short, the apartment ticks all boxes for either a short or longer visit.

A pretty little apartment with good metro connection. Unfortunately, there are areas that are better not to visit alone at night that are also not really pretty. But we had no problems with that The apartment itself has everything you need and the host team is very thoughtful and kind. We got an immediate answer to every question and also a few nice tips. On New Year's Eve we found a tray of flower arrangement, champagne, glasses and champomy (for children) in the apartment. It was very cute. Right in the building is a LIDL which was very convenient. The apartment's own parking space in a locked parking garage is appreciated by anyone who has ever been to PAris by car and was looking for a parking space there. From our side, this apartment gets a positive recommendation.

I loved staying at Jacqueline’s place. It felt like being in a beautiful home rather than somewhere impersonal- filled with beautiful things to look at and interesting books. My two children came to stay for a couple of nights (I was on a work trip for my stay) and I was a little worried that they might damage something, but all was fine (just needed to move a glass coffee table). There are lovely places to eat around- I bought fantastic food on Rue Lebon and hardly needed to use the metro. I loved the restaurant Le Paris 17. It was a very safe and quiet area to stay in, I often had to walk home from work late at night.

A very clean, spacious and very lovely place. It has everything you need . The apartment is located in a very quiet area but not far from bakeries and supermarkets . We really enjoyed the apartment and communication with Lara. We were well received. A place to definitely recommend!

Very pleasant independent accommodation and good location in a quiet location. Pleasant layout, it's a shame the bathroom is a little small. Well appointed and convenient kitchen, comfortable bed.

David and Linda were great hosts who communicated proactively and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The little house is tucked away in a quiet spot and felt very cozy. The place is very accessible and a quick train ride from the center of Paris, which made getting around very easy. Pharmacy, Bakery, Minimarket were all within a quick walk. There was a park only 5 minutes walk away which was great for our kids. It was great having this much space which is rare so close to Paris. We had a very comfortable stay there and would choose this listing again given the chance!

Awesome place, quiet and residential with free parking spots available in the street and the station is 10 minutes walk or less, pretty easy to go to Paris center. The house is also really nice, felt being on an authentic french house. The host were extremely friendly and nice and made us feel at home, loved!

Tarik is a great host. He was responsive and pleasant. He answered all our questions. The space was spacious, functional, great for a family who meets but where everyone wants to have their own space. The breakfast products offered were a nice surprise and much appreciated attention. Being able to park on site was a plus. Metro line 7 is less than a 10min walk away and allowed us to visit Paris quietly. The bedding is great, the place is extremely quiet. The games available, foosball and billiards made it possible to take care of the family in the evening. We will come again!! ☺️

The perfect place for a three generation Christmas celebration! We had lots of room for everyone. The location was convenient to great restaurants, the weekly markets and other shopping. Train and bus transportation into Paris was nearby. We all loved our time here together.

We stayed for 4 days and we were very happy about the place. We had enough space and the sauna was amazing.

Great place away from all the tourists but close enough to get to all the sights of Paris by metro and bus. Plenty of good restaurants and small grocery stores in the neighbourhood. The apartment is quite spacious by Paris standards and has a large very well equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and uncluttered and we felt very comfortable and slept very well in the large bed and quiet surroundings. Olivier was always quick to respond and always very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in amazing Paris.

Eva's flat was very charming in a location really easy to get to. We often just walked rather than taking the metro but when we wanted to take the metro it was super accessible. The neighborhood is quite urban and lively. We jogged along the Canal Saint-Martin, enjoyed meandering around the city and also relaxing in her cozy flat. The bed is very comfortable, we slept really well. Her flat is lived in which brings an added charm, with good light on the 5th floor. She always answered my messages really quickly and had great restaurant recommendations. We especially appreciated her flexibility with check-in. We arrived on the last train and picked up a key at a hotel around the corner from her flat. Eva is friendly and easy going and we would absolutely stay again.

Great apartment and really top-notch Airbnb experience from start to finish. Kazumi met us at the apartment and told us everything we needed to know within about 5 minutes then left us to it. The statement has a lovely little balcony which was great for breakfast and a few drinks in the sunshine. Nice view over the Parisian rooftops and the Eiffel Tower beyond. Well appointed apartment with everything you need for a short stay and with a few extra touches which were very nice. Located in a well-heeled part of the city and you’re a short walk from the centre. Honestly couldn’t fault the apartment or the great service and communication from the hosts (Sebastien and Kazumi). Very nice accommodation, clean and perfectly in line with the listing photos. The hosts are warm and the interaction with them was seamless and responsive. The apartment, located on the ground floor of their house, is completely independent, offering comfort and privacy. An experience that I recommend it without hesitating!

The house is very warmmmm and nice, very recommended house if you travel in Paris! The landlord is also super nice!

We spent two days at Hélène's for the Rock en Seine festival, it's the perfect base: close to the metro, the neighborhood has all the amenities of many restaurants. The apartment is very quiet, Hélène is very attentive so that her guests don't miss anything. The bedding is comfortable. I would this property.
