Holiday rentals with breakfast in Pakkret

The location initially gives you a jolt being in a very down to earth location but which is a 350 yo community close knit friendly clean and bustling around the concepion church and beautiful statue. Once you get to PK’s place you realize what a marvelous piece of heaven he has carved out here and true to his creative spirit designed and maintained it beautifully. I was with friends traveling from around the world who lived and enjoyed the best of the best places and PK’s place with its gorgeous views literally on the water makes for phenomenal coffees and breakfasts ( Grab makes it so easy ) and outstanding sunsets and gorgeous evening lights and parties . Loved the place and really enjoyed our stay Thanks PK for being so responsive and thoughtful in all the little details you provided at check in

Very comfortable stay, also quite on the inside side, very good experience!Supercoffee and small treats were also provided.There are four rooms with private bathrooms ~ Great for family stay.The decoration is also very goodLike, I will stay here again next time ~ (* ^ ω ^ *)

Yao is an amazing host! She is very friendly and super responsive. Her home is really nice and beautiful. The fish pond outside is amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed feeding the fish daily. The house is very well equipped for your every need and we even got some really nice jelly from Yao. Highly recommended if you like a little bit of peace and quiet a little bit away from the center.

This was one of the most memorable stays we have ever had. So charming. So picturesque. The house is such a beautiful old teak home. It has been in the family for generations and is lovingly cared for. The best part about our stay, though, was the auntie who owned the house and stayed on the property next door. She is such a gem. She treated us with a huge smile and hospitality every day. She met us on the dock the first night, walked us into town the next morning, and was there waving goodbye as we sailed off the dock to our next adventure. She is a treasure. The breakfasts were incredible. All local food, which we prefer. Make sure to bring small change for the ferry to the island. Follow the directions and you will easily find the house. If you arrive late, then your only good option may be an expensive hotel next door. Eat before if you are arriving late. Island of Koh Kret is super charming and this house is perfectly located. a bit loud with boat traffic, but real Bangkok.

This is located in the back of the Davis Hotel, so you get all the features of a luxury resort (daily cleaning, turn down service, transport, restaurant) with the privacy of your own place. A huge living room and dining room along with three very large bedrooms, this was the perfect spot for creating a “home base” for a vacation. Best part? Step right out your front door to a private swimming pool (cleaned daily)! Best spot in Bangkok.

Very nice place. The landlord is friendly, very helpful. The room is beautiful, clean, the layout of the furniture that is exactly as the Function. Overall very satisfied.

I finished my stay in Chalinee's very nice apartment, after extending twice. It was a very pleasant experience and Chalinee remained a very gracious host right through to the end. I would recommend staying in any property offered by her.

This apartment is perfectly located. It was really clean inside. The linens were even better than in a lot of hotels. Very good quality. The location is perfect. The condo is a bit old, but you don't come there to make pictures of the building block. The apartment and furnitures were really clean. So, in conclusion I will glady come back for my next business trip in Bangkok.

Na Vayla Paplern is a pearl. Cool, luminous and rare. It's honest and warm beauty hugs you once you reach the green leafy welcoming entrance, and continues to entrance you in these jaded times of cookie cutter monotony. Pros: Where else will you get such spiffy, neat rooms? Such real welcoming smiles? Such a real ambience - far away from the glitz of monotonous downtowns with a canal flowing next door! Such a breakfast my goodness, such a fresh breakfast every single morning. Thai, Korean, Japanese curries and what have you; crisp fritters, flaky doughy creations, mangoes - yes, yes, in mid February that too- and light freshly made confectionary! Such a generous, kind and helping couple, the owners Tuck and Plaen. Cons: Can't think of any! Those of you who wish to smell, feel, and eat real Bangkok, look no further. 'Cause the day Conde Naste features these two wizards - what with the two super cool vegan restaurants too that they run in Bangkok - they may just be booked out!!

We really enjoyed our time at Ann's place. Everything looks like in the photos and the bed is very comfortable. During the day, some vehicles on the water are very noisy until early evening. But when you're on the road all day, you won't get it. We slept well with Ohropax. We can definitely recommend the place!

She quickly replaced the mattress when I pointed out the springs were uncomfortable. This showed that she cares about the guest’s comfort. Everything was clean and as described. The shower was spacious. I felt secure.

Very easy to find with clear instructions. Great, peaceful location. Exactly what you need after long and exciting days. Breakfast included and it’s delicious! Owners are fast and good with communication.

A great place to stay in Bangkok! Environment: very large room, very bright and clean bathroom and feel private. Location: close to famous night market and university, walkable to Siam shopping area. Service: breakfast included and pickup service at the airport. Will definitely come back for another stay in my next trip to Bangkok.
