The apartment is perfect if you are working in Seoul. It is a perfect location, clean and very comfortable!

A few mins walk from the Gangnam station. It’s a newly built building with access to conveinence stores right around the building. Recommended if you are in town and need a quiet place.

Santa was super helpful, sent me clear instructions of how to self check in, lovely apartment :) Worth every penny! Super nice area with lots to do and a really good mall only 15min walk away

I liked that it was clean and in a good location. I contacted the host a lot, but he responded quickly and was very kind. I had a comfortable stay before heading out!

A great stay close to a bus stop and with a lovely view. A dustpan/vacuum cleaner is not provided and the toilet often had a strong smell but amenities were provided to minimise this.

Absolutely love this place. The apartment is amazing, location is great, amazing view, 2 minutes walk to Seoul Station, 2 stations away from Myeongdong Street. There’s CU Mart, Coffee Shop & Olive Young available downstairs. So it’s very convenient if you’re hungry in the middle of the night. The bathroom with bidet & Aesop soaps is a plus point for us. The host is also friendly and reachable. Very very responsive. Job well done. Only that you might need to bring your bath towel because the towel provided are face towels tho. Other than that, we had a very comfortable and amazing stay. Definitely will visit this place again!

The check-in process was smooth and Gladi gave clear instructions! We love the location, it’s in the middle of where all the actions are but peaceful going home to after a long day. There are subways and bus stops 2mins away. There is a C U convenience store where we get our card loaded and hand warmers, and Olive Young just on the GF of the building and some cafes and restaurants. I would not recommend them but they are there if you need, but most of them closes when we get home so not very good for us. There is a mostly covered path going to the seoul station lotte Mart, about 15mins walk. Overall excellent location! What we love most is there is the view, we instantly know the weather outside and it’s cozy when we’re staying indoors. The washer is infinitely handy since we didnt bring much clothes. The host was a bit preoccupied for some duration of our stay maybe because of the Seolla but the overall experience is spectacular nonetheless. We definitely recommend!

I had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn't be better—just a one-minute walk to the MRT station, making transportation a breeze. Additionally, there are numerous interesting restaurants within a five-minute walk, offering a diverse range of delicious cuisines. Moonhyung was incredibly welcoming and provided fantastic recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable experience in the area. I will definite book the same apartment for my next visit to Seoul!

The location is awesome.. I don't think it can be more awesome.. The subway can't be closer than this.. All the amenities were so comfortable. It looks like a much more useful place to stay if you travel a little longer!! It was clean and quiet, and the bathroom was spacious and nice! And the host was really kind. We had a 5-day vacation in Seoul. Farida's house was very clean and tidy. The location is strategic at walking distance to Seoul Station. Farida was very friendly and welcomed us with gifts of rice, vegan noodles and seaweed. We had a wonderful vacation in Seoul. Thank you very much Farida.

This place is a really nice walking distance to so many cafes in the Yeonnam area and so easy to go to Hongdae too! The hosts were so responsive and helpful with our problems and even gave us a pastry too! Would definitely stay again

This trip in Korea, we stayed at Heaven-seongsu homestay on 2/1-2/9 o'clock, the host first provided us with the service to drop off luggage, and then came a great accommodation environment, the internal facilities have a washing (dryer), microwave, and very well equipped kitchen equipment, etc., so we can buy food outside, it is also very convenient to warm up the food, there is also the drinking water prepared by the host inside and outside the refrigerator, which is very considerate, so that we can drink with peace of mind. There are also thoughtful places like our late-night hungry, need to order fried chicken, food out, etc., the host is also very enthusiastic help to order or recommend, which is very helpful for foreign tourists, and can enjoy the local food. The location of this homestay is very close to Ngashima subway station, it takes no 5 minutes to walk to, there is also a lot of food around, Oliver young, Daiku, and convenience stores, etc. are very convenient, if you want to go to the holy water hole shopping district, it is very convenient. Thank you host for taking care of us for these 9 days, would recommend a stay for a friend from a peripheral or a tourist coming to Korea to stay here and have a very nice memory. Grateful🥹

The park walking/biking paths (just steps away from the building) should not be missed. Impressive rooftop views as well. 10 min walk from subway station.

We had a fantastic stay with Do Eun during the Christmas and New Year’s week. Do Eun is an exceptional host—proactive, helpful, warm, and incredibly welcoming. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a home. The space was comfortable and spacious, perfectly accommodating the three of us and the heated floors were a treat. Plus, the views from the terrace were breathtaking! The location was convenient. We had no trouble getting Uber rides and loved exploring the nearby coffee shops and cafés. We extended our stay by an extra day, and Do Eun went above and beyond to make the process seamless for us. If we visit Seoul again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and clean apartment. That’s located right in the sweet spot of a bustling city. Walkable and great subway access. Tons and tons of incredible restaurants right outside the doorstep! I loved this apartment because of my longer stay. Hopefully will come again!
