The place was exactly as described and as shown in the photo. The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of the building and is not equipped with an elevator. Inside the apartment is very welcoming and spacious, although, having the sloping roof in some places, as above the beds, it is not very comfortable for those who are tall, but it is not a big obstacle, just pay attention. The house has a large living area where the first double bed is located, a double bedroom with a skylight and a bathroom equipped with everything you need (also the music that comes from the speakers in the ceiling). The only drawback is perhaps the pillows, too soft, and the fact that there is no closet in the room, but only in the entrance The owner, even if not present at the time of check-in, made us find on the table a bottle of wine and a chocolate per person, which we really appreciated. There's not much in the area, but it's very quiet and comfortable to get to Munich

We were looking for a place to escape the New Year's hustle and bustle of the big city and the place was perfect for it. Quiet, clean, cozy, close to the lake, parks, hiking trails, a few cozy restaurants and cafes. Wonderful place to stay in the heart of the Alps foothills with a great host, unconditionally recommended.

The apartment is located on the first floor. Above the apartment is a second apartment. The hostess lives on the ground floor with her family. The apartment is located in a quiet street and about a 20-minute walk from the center of Garmisch. The apartment was very clean and from the balcony you have an amazing view of the mountains. The host is very friendly and always has tips for the area.

My girlfriend and I vacationed here for a week and were very satisfied. A small nice room with everything you need and an outstanding location. The hosts were extremely friendly and we felt very comfortable there. However, if you exceed the usual body dimensions, you should be prepared for a cozy shower experience due to the sloping roof;)

The apartment really looks just as beautiful as in the photos, if not even nicer. You have a view of the mountain on all sides of the apartment. The apartment is so nicely decorated and you immediately feel at home. Just wonderful. And nice places to sit everywhere. In addition, the apartment is very nice, you can reach everything wonderfully on foot and it is still just really quiet and you can sleep well. Great equipment (shower gel, coffee, etc.) so you don't have to bring much. It is all sparkling clean, great bathroom. You always reach Emre immediately and he is a really great host. The price is proud, but definitely worth it compared to other properties. Especially if you stay a little longer, the fees are also put into perspective. All in all, a great stay. Thanks Emre!
