Beach house holiday rentals in Pagham

Fabulous stay at Claire's for New Year. Warm and comfortable with fabulous views out to sea. The bedrooms are on the small side, but we were a small adult party so plenty of space for us. Quiet area. Easy parking and close to the pub. Perfect for a seaside break.

A cute little house straight onto the beach. Had everything we needed for our two night stay including kids toys, books, plates, cups etc. The boys loved the bunk bed. Carl was a great host and kept us updated with information needed for our stay. Even though it was wet and windy outside, we were cosy inside and already spoken about coming back in the spring/summer. Thanks Carl.

We could not have selected a better home or host! Karen was incredibly helpful, communicative, responsive, proactive and flexible. We could not have asked any more of her and the welcome of Prosecco and home made mince pies was fabulous. The house was stunning, lovely open plan areas, wonderfully sized bedrooms and everything we could possibly need, with a lovely fire. Being so close to the beach made for wonderful walks with the dog and family and the weather was very kind to us. Thank you so much for everything, we really could not have asked for more and we have a most wonderfully relaxing time.

Roxanne's place is absolutely fantastic! we are super happy to stayed at her place for Christmas! The place is very cosy, has all the amenities, bed is delicious, very clean, quiet area. Heating and TV works fine. The Christmas tree touch made our day! kids loved it! Distance to the beach is perfect. Thanks Roxanne again, and we are looking forward to visiting your place again!

Beautiful house, the large dining table and upstairs sitting room meant it was great for spending time with family. Thoughtful little extras like fresh milk in the fridge, and useful things like dishwasher tablets in the kitchen meant we didn’t have to go out and get everything for a 3-night stay. We felt like we were staying with friends!

This is a great house, spacious and comfy, with well equipped kitchen. The house warmed up really well and the heating system (important in January!) was highly responsive upstairs and down. Walking along the sea path is literally one minute away and there are good walks especially towards Littlehampton. We found the local buses and trains were well able to get us back to the house. Good eating places for brunch all within walking distance and a nice looking pub round the corner that we never actually went to! Local food and drink shops leave a little to be desired but there are the usual range of supermarkets not that far away.

Five stars all round. Great place, even better than the pictures and everything we could have hoped for for a holiday with the kids. The beach is 5-10 mins slow walk and easy (even with 3 small kids!) and the restaurant, entertainment and amenities at the main complex were relaxed and enjoyable. The pool was great - never needed to book (but was a quiet time of year) and again really relaxed environment. We’ll come again. The lodge is really well equipped and incredibly spacious with lovely welcoming touches. Thanks Mark & Emily!

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

We had a fantastic stay at Whitecliff Bay, the caravan was exactly as described/pictured on the Air BnB site. It was very clean and tidy, and had all the essential items there that we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfy and the Wifi worked well. The location of the caravan is very handy for the facilities on site, and so easy to get to all the various days out on the island. Crystal was very quick to respond to any messages before and after booking. Overall extremely happy and would definitely recommend the caravan to anyone else looking to book.

An ideal location during an excellent summer week for me, my wife and our family, including young grandchildren. Welcoming, with excellent and extensive facilities our host made every effort to make our stay an enjoyable and relaxing time. Edwina responded promptly when we had a question and made it clear she would be there, if we needed any assistance. The description and numerous photos left no unwelcome surprises, we were very pleased with what we found. A generous and thoughtful host. A beautiful area with a range of activities, to suit all ages, supported by a peaceful home with plenty of things to amuse and entertain you if you want to chill out in between days out. All round great success.

A lovely house, homely and comfortable, very well-appointed and nicely maintained. Ria and Adam look after this place and do not scrimp on what they provide for their guests, which is very nice to see. The house is spacious and has three separate downstairs living spaces (that can be easily isolated) so you don't feel like you are all on top of each other. Bedrooms are light and airy (especially the large master) and the bedlinen and towels are top hotel quality and fresh too. The outside spaces are clean and clear with a lovely heated pool to the rear. Lots of space for guests to relax. Bathrooms are similarly well-appointed with nice high-end electronic shower controls and very clean and fresh-looking. Location is great and it takes about a minute to walk down the road to the beach access gate. There is a sea view from the master bedroom. All in all we had a great long weekend stay. Ria and Adam were very responsive and helpful.

We’ve just had the most wonderful few days at Mulberry View celebrating my birthday with my daughter and family over from Australia. The house was perfect for us in every way and in such a great location, right on the beach. The kitchen was superbly equipped and the underfloor heating was a joy. We absolutely loved every moment of our stay. Thank you again for everything Philip and Maxine, including the welcome pack on our arrival which was such a special touch.

Arranged this stay as a early xmas family get together. When we arrived the house was warm and inviting. All we could possibly need was there for us to use. Our party was 6 adults 4 children and a baby Plenty of room for us all to gather together Everything we requested was set up for use Bedrooms very comfortable and lovely modern bathrooms Welcome pack was a lovely surprise and very tasty Had a great weekend and would definitely recommend as a lovely holiday break

This is a beautiful home, very stylish with lovely design, furniture and artwork… but also super comfortable We had a fabulous Christmas here, with all ages enjoying the living space The location is wonderful - peaceful but close to local amenities and walkable to the beach We couldn’t fault the house or the host Jane Thank you!

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

The house was as described. It was perfect for our group with three different generations. The house is close to a pebbly beach and few restaurants. West Wittering beach is a short drive away. We had a lovely stay in the Bay House. Thank you Alex and Sara.

Immaculate, characterful and comfortable house and a beautiful and wild location. Host made us feel very welcome. Excellent dinner at The Lamb Inn 5 minutes drive away and great day on the beach at Wittering 30 minutes away. Can also recommend the Beach Cafe in Pagham itself. Five stars all round.

Great house for the 8 of us adults plus a small dog and baby, for a couple of nights. Decent living room space and we enjoyed the festive Christmas tree & decorations. Thanks for a good stay!
