As advertised, great location, close to the beach and a short walk to local cafes! Amazing ocean view.

David and Ginger are good hosts. They allowed us to get in earlier than the stipulated time. We made good their home and the easy access to Long Beach. They were flexible to us in exiting the home so we could wait there instead of the airport. Thank you

A great place to gather the family both near and far for Christmas. Very easy to get to some great beaches, restaurants, the Malibu Pier and Adamson house, canyon hike.

This was the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The house was clean, comfortable, and cozy. We loved all of the thoughtful touches like the coffee bar, beach towels, and throw blankets. The kids played all day with the sand toys provided. The master bedroom has incredible views. Jennifer was very communicative, informative and quick to answer.

Fantastic host! Stocked the fridge with water and left us some fruit and chocolate for our arrival. Gave us early check in and late checkout. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. The upstairs bathrooms even have bidets. Would 100% stay again. The only negative worth mentioning is the house is on a main road so there was car noise audible in the mornings. But that's the trade off for being directly across from the beach entrance.

This Seal Beach house is everything and more! The location is perfect and the rooms are very spacious. The host lives in the unit above and goes above and beyond to help you feel at home and or assist with any of your needs. Would definitely come again.

The location is great and the ocean view from the balcony and living room was my absolute favorite part. The bed and couch were comfortable and the place was clean and quiet.

Amazing historic home. It's so special to sleep in a place with so much history AND have as many amenities as this house has with all the upgrades made to the house. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed. We loved the kitchen and had all the things we needed to cook meals at home. In addition, we absolutely loved the location. The LB Museum of Modern Art & Claire's restaurant are walking distance, so is the beach and multiple parks. Gusto Bakery is walking distance and it's by far one of the best cafe/bakeries we have been to. We walked to bookstores, vintage stores, galleries etc The house is very clean and despite it's age, is in great condition. Hosts communicate clearly with a lot of instructions. Check in and check out are super easy. We will stay here again.

Ardie was very responsive and extremely accommodating. We were traveling for work and it was a very charming and elegant place to come home to after days of work. All of the furnishings and features were really nice. I would to come back to the Malibou Lake cabin, the scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

We loved staying here, we requested a slightly earlier check in, and a later check out, and were accommodated both times. We did have a little trouble with unclear parking instructions the first day/next morning. But it was quickly cleared up, the host stated they would update instructions for future renters, which is great. The only thing that was bothersome for us was the lack of heat. When booking I didn’t realize we wouldn’t have access to a thermostat, and it was very cold at night. They offered to bring us another space heater which was nice, but the one already there really didn’t help a lot so we declined. That would be my only suggestion, maybe update the listing to state that they will not have access to a thermostat, so renters know to be prepared. I would have brought more things to bundle up with had I known! Other than that it was a great trip, great place to stay. Thank you!

I booked last minute and the host was helpful and responsive. I had a good stay at this place. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the up to date ameneties and Smart TV/Wifi. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure I had everything I needed. The check-in process was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable convenient stay.

I wanted to do something special for my girlfriend for Valentines Day. I did a ton of research going in and am super happy I chose Robert’s place. I was ready to give him 5 stars before I even arrived- he had arranged flowers and set up gifts for when we arrived. The place is stunning, the view is stunning, the pool is stunning. Absolutely breathtaking. Major plus for us was Garfield, the local outside cat, made an appearance. Had an amazing time and super grateful for Robert and his place!!

Scott's place was perfect for a family! It's a quick drive to Redondo Beach and is ideally located to enjoy the LA area. We were 30-40 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to the Long Beach Aquarium. By far, the best attributes of the house were the outside grill and hot tub area. The backyard is fantastic for a family that wants to spend time outside. We grilled on the Weber grill and enjoyed the hot tub, which is humongous!

This experience was everything we hoped it would be. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and were very friendly. Check-in was easy, the home was exactly as advertised and the spa was exactly what we needed. Really appreciated the white board with helpful information and restaurant recommendations. Would absolutely stay again.

Great host. Wonderful location with beautiful views. Slept every night to the sound of the waves. Very clean house with spacious balcony. Stocked very well with basic and high quality necessities. Would highly recommend!

Loved staying here. Beautiful home, actually better than it is in photos. We loved opening up the big doors and enjoying the sun and view of the ocean. We had two couples and 3 kids, all super comfortable with everything we needed. Michael and Brita were really helpful throughout, would stay here again.

Location very walkable to restaurants, beach, lagoon, and parks/playgrounds. Nice grocery store on the corner with good breakfast burritos. Well stocked with toiletries and toys/high chair/pack n play for toddler. It is on a busy corner/street so street noise can get loud especially on weekends.

This is easily the favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Only reason I contemplated leaving a review, is because I don’t want others to fill the slots 😂😂 Will definitely be back soon. Thank you to the hosts!

The house is beautiful! The furnishings, fixtures & decor are really well done. The beds were comfortable, & we had lots of room to spread out, but also gather together. There are great places to sit and visit or read a book, and we really enjoyed the putting green in the back yard & the ping pong table in the garage. The beach access is literally across the street, and walking down to shop or grab Holey Grail Donuts was easy & fun.

This place absolutely blew my mind. Stunning views, massive space and secluded from the rest. I most definitely will revisit this place. A gem hidden in the hills of Malibu.

We celebrated my daughter’s Long Beach wedding weekend here and it could not have been more perfect. Spacious and calming environment was excellent for hosting a family dinner and locale for bridal party hair, make up and brunch prior yo the wedding. Four bedrooms and four baths handled the bride, mother of the bride, mother of the groom, and 6 attendant that day with a crew of 3 hair/make up artists. Thank you for this beautiful property!

I live near Bixby Park, and I booked this for four friends and a dog who were in town visiting me. It was super convenient, clean, easy to check into... exactly what we needed. Philip was very prompt in communicating, and also very helpful and accommodating when we realized one of my friends left her Airpods! Definitely would recommend, and I plan on using Philip's place again when I have people in town whose pets my cat can't hang with :)
