Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pacific

We stayed at this cozy cottage on the hill during a family dance competition weekend, and it was perfect! The home is full of charm, comfort, and thoughtful touches. Located in the heart of St. Louis’s Italian district, we loved exploring local bakeries, delis, and especially DiGregorio’s Italian Market. We picked up fresh ingredients and had a blast cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The dining table was great for meals and family games. Waking up to the smell of authentic Italian food we made the night before was unforgettable. The neighborhood was welcoming, peaceful, and rich in culture. The decor was lovely, and everything was clean and well-maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. Huge thanks to the host for creating such a warm, inviting space. Highly recommend—this stay was more than just a place to sleep, it was a whole experience!

Deborah's house is a great alternative option to a hotel! We booked it for the private indoor pool and numerous positive reviews. We were not disappointed!! All of the kids and adults loved the pool, and Deborah had supplied an amazing array of pool toys, floaties, and towels. There were clear directions on how to get into and exit the pool area (there is an alarm for safety). The kids' rooms were made up in such a cute way (sheets, blankets, and decor), we were very appreciative of all the extra little things at the house for the kids, including snacks and treats, games, coloring books, playdoh, and toys. Also, Deborah was always quickly responsive to messages and clearly answered any questions we had. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much anything you need to cook, serve, and store food, and overall the house has everything you would need if you forget any toiletries at home.

Spotless and with a real homey vibe. Loved morning coffee on the beautiful deck overlooking the tree lined yard. Theater seats for watching tv in the basement was great. Cool little trampoline for children. Rocker in one of the bedrooms. Really liked the place. Would easily accommodate six with enough gathering places to allow spreading out. Unfortunately they were booked for the last days of my visit to the area. I would have loved to spend the entire time there!

Nice home. Great location!

I booked this location because the Airbnb that we had rented fell through and I’m so glad it did. The house is so much nicer than I had rented before and I can honestly say it’s one of the nicest homes that I’ve ever rented from an Airbnb.

A few colleagues and I stayed at Emily’s place while in town for a conference. It was perfect for a group and has so much space. The house was very clean, well equipped, and a very restful place to return to after a long day. Emily was exceptionally responsive- we had a small challenge at check in and she solved it immediately (and was very friendly while doing so!). The neighborhood was very quiet at night and even though the street is fairly small, we had no problem finding parking out front each evening (there’s also parking behind the house). We enjoyed eating at The Golden Hoosier down the street and were about 15 minutes from everywhere else we went. Highly recommend a stay at Emily’s place!

The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. House was well stocked with everything needed and is spacious. Our kids loved the basement and backyard. It’s was priced well for families and on quiet road. I heard no outside traffic or noise at night. It’s a quick 25-30 minutes to St Louis. We would definitely stay here again!

Brandon saved our Spring Break. Our other Air BNB did not work out and within hours we were able to book with Brandon and get into the home. Everything was clean and in a great neighborhood that was walkable to a great area with coffee shop and restaurants.

Loved our stay at Jim and Sara’s place! Plenty of space, apartment had all the essentials, great communication and instructions, and a very convenient location close to 44 and 64! Enjoyed jogging through tower grove park a couple streets over on Saturday morning, greeted by a lovely farmers market in the middle of the park! Parking was ample, and it was a quiet street! Had it been warmer I would have loved to have sat out on the back deck/yard sipping on my coffee (Keurig was a nice touch!) and reading—really a cute oasis in an urban setting! Thanks!

Demi was an amazing host to work with. She was accommodating and helpful with recommendations for places to go in the area. She responded quickly and gave thorough instructions, and made sure I had everything I needed and then some. Her location was clean, peaceful, and nicely decorated. I hope to stay at one of her locations again in the future.

This place has always been my first choice when I visit St. Louis. The home is clean and the host is extremely helpful and polite. To top it all off, the kitchen is loaded with everything you need to make a home cooked meal. I love this place!

The apartment was spotless. It was a great base for our spring break trip with our kindergartener. The apartment is centrally located and makes it easy to get to restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, close to local amenities with good recommendations for local spots. The space was comfortable and very pretty looking out the windows into the trees. I didn't use the kitchen much, but it was well stocked. The bed and floors are squeaky, but it's an old house so the floors are to be expected. Located in a very nice neighborhood for walking. Daniel has an interesting collection of books, I wish I had some more free time while I was there to page through some of them. Overall a very nice stay with no issues.

This was a great stay. The host was very responsive and I want to just comment on the paintwork in this apartment because it was impeccable. the breeze that you get from opening the front porch. Door and the backporch door is divine

Awesome little airbnb perfect for 2 people and their pets! Everything was clean and comfortable - it was easy to find and easy to get in. Parking was easy with a spot usually available right in front of the unit. Quiet neighborhood - even on mardi gras weekend! Would recommend!

Great spot in a peaceful neighborhood. People were out walking with dogs and strollers, so never felt unsafe.

the ability to walk out and medicate in the morning and evenings on the back deck was a blessing! i was under the impression I was in a non cannabis smoking bnb ( it is ), but Mike said as long as it is outdoors or was cool. MAJOR PLUS. Thank you so much Mike and Nonni! JayMc

Very nice place and very responsive host.

Jennifer’s place was perfect for my sister and I. We stayed two nights while in town for a concert. Everything about the place was great. The kitchen was fully supplied for cooking, with plenty of coffee pods and creamers, condiments and other essentials like storage bags, dish soap. Dishes and utensils were nice quality. The living room has a really comfortable couch and two recliners. The entire property was tastefully decorated making it super comfortable to hang out on our down time. Everything was as pictured and described. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place close to Washington University. Great walkable neighborhood full of restaurants and entertainment. Janet's place was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We didn't prepare any meals but the kitchen was well supplied if we had wanted to. We had some difficulty opening the lockbox when we arrived but Janet responded immediately and got it sorted out. Would love to stay here again.

Lindsay was an excellent host and very easy to deal with. The studio apartment was so comfortable and in a great location. She was fast at responding to any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I hope it’s available the next time I come back to visit.
