Everything was great, amazing location and the space was very clean and perfect for a semi larger group

The owner went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We were celebrating a birthday and she had birthday decorations and treats all over the house. We will definitely stay there again

I moved into Aprils place as a solo guest. The bed I chose was quite comfortable, and all basic household items were on the ready. It was a quiet, pleasant stay. April was also willing to work with me when I cautiously contemplated extending my stay for one month. She was very helpful, responded quickly to any questions I had, and this made for an excellent stay. I will look to book her place every time I return to this job site. The comforts of home, and a private driveway for my truck are worth their weight in gold!

Spotless and with a real homey vibe. Loved morning coffee on the beautiful deck overlooking the tree lined yard. Theater seats for watching tv in the basement was great. Cool little trampoline for children. Rocker in one of the bedrooms. Really liked the place. Would easily accommodate six with enough gathering places to allow spreading out. Unfortunately they were booked for the last days of my visit to the area. I would have loved to spend the entire time there!

Second time staying at Sara's place. As the first time, it was clean, efficient, well-equipped, perfect for our family reunion in Kirkwood. Bright, cheery and snug.

Great location, easy to get into and out of. Very nicely decorated in the bed was comfortable.

House was very nice and very clean. Abundance of towels, everything was well stocked, even though I brought extra tp, dishwasher soap, paper towels and trash bags I did not need them as there was extra there along with many things in the kitchen (plastic wrap, zip bags, misc spices and everything for coffee). I would highly recommend this house for a family needing space and a nice place to stay in the area.

A few colleagues and I stayed at Emily’s place while in town for a conference. It was perfect for a group and has so much space. The house was very clean, well equipped, and a very restful place to return to after a long day. Emily was exceptionally responsive- we had a small challenge at check in and she solved it immediately (and was very friendly while doing so!). The neighborhood was very quiet at night and even though the street is fairly small, we had no problem finding parking out front each evening (there’s also parking behind the house). We enjoyed eating at The Golden Hoosier down the street and were about 15 minutes from everywhere else we went. Highly recommend a stay at Emily’s place!

Place was as described and check-in was very easy

The property was absolutely fantastic! The space was exactly as described, clean, stylish, and comfortable. The location was perfect. We were there for Holiday and were less than a block away from family and good food. A block close by has a Christmas decorating competition which was fun to walk thru. The property has good parking, location and was in safe location. I would highly recommend. They even decorated for Christmas! Thank you!

My wife and I (and our small dog) had a wonderful stay at this property. It was easy to find, and access was even easier. It’s in a very quiet area, and we never felt unsafe. We found it to be walkable to many places in the neighborhood, and a quick Uber/Lyft (less than 10 mins) to almost anywhere across the entire city. Would stay here again next time we’re back in STL!

Great home. Would definitely stay here again. Host was fantastic and did a great job making us feeling at home. There is a homemade instruction book with local recommendations that was very helpful l. Great experience!

Great location, close to local amenities with good recommendations for local spots. The space was comfortable and very pretty looking out the windows into the trees. I didn't use the kitchen much, but it was well stocked. The bed and floors are squeaky, but it's an old house so the floors are to be expected. Located in a very nice neighborhood for walking. Daniel has an interesting collection of books, I wish I had some more free time while I was there to page through some of them. Overall a very nice stay with no issues.

Great place!! Super safe!! I walked to the gas station! Felt safe!! despite the gas station guy being behind bullet proof glass lol but everyone I passed by was vary polite and NOT asking questions like, can I help you…. (It’s a trap) so definitely NOT!! the ghetto!! Nice parks and shops in walking distance! also!!! NEVER HERD A Gunshot and I was there for several days lol so it’s super safe people! And they have everything you need! just ask and the host is vary quick to respond, at least for me!

Last minute rental and everything was as promised or better. Located right near Tower Grove Park in a great neighborhood, the space was comfortable and clean. Matt was super responsive and would recommend to anyone. We will stay again when we return to St. Louis.

Awesome little airbnb perfect for 2 people and their pets! Everything was clean and comfortable - it was easy to find and easy to get in. Parking was easy with a spot usually available right in front of the unit. Quiet neighborhood - even on mardi gras weekend! Would recommend!

Another great stay! Great location, clean apartment. Just little request for some laundry detergent/pod and drying sheets which were kindly provided at my previous stay.

Loved it so much we just booked again for our next trip to St Charles.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at Libby's place. Had an issue with the neighbors staying in the space above ours, but that was handled quickly. Great location very close to Forest Park. Easy drive to downtown St. Louis. We took the MetroLink and felt very safe and comfortable. We actually preferred not driving, so that was a very enjoyable day. What we loved about this place was the quiet neighborhood: no obnoxious road noise, especially at night. If you enjoy a place with some old charm then consider staying here.

Danny was a great host. Directions were clear to location and check in. House is as shown in pictures. Beds in both rooms comfy. Plenty of items in kitchen for cooking and dining if you want. Very clean and tidy. Location is close to the Gateway arch and Anheauser Busch if you are taking in those sites. Thanks for a great rental.
