Amazing place to stay while visiting San Diego, so close to everything and no worry about parking. Walkability and peacefulness were great!

Great location and great property. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Pacific beach is very close and we found the walk the best part of the stay. Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend some time in this beautiful property

Judith made the whole process seamless, from check-in to check-out. The space was perfect for our needs and centrally located for all of our planned activities. We would definitely book this space again when we visit San Diego. An added bonus was early check-in. The only recommendation would be a small trash container in the bathroom. Otherwise, the kitchen and bathroom were well appointed with everything we might need.

In a very nice area. Easy to find easy to walk to the beach. Not far from restaurants. The unit is as described. Is small but doable for a couple or solo traveler even with a dog. Sofa could use replacing but otherwise is very nice. Would recommend

What a wonderful surprise this place was! We came to town for an event and stumbled on this listing. It was a beautiful clean space, and just steps away from a huge glorious beach. We took a long walk on the beach and saw seal pups, many people picnicking with their kids, a wedding, and a stunning sunset. The coffee place around the corner was also delicious with a friendly vibe. The kitchen was well stocked when we made a dish for a potluck and the unit has 2 bathrooms which feels like a rare feature. We would happily come back again.

We had a great stay at Ashwini’s condo. It was clean and comfortable. Fantastic location with great coffee shops and restaurants right next store. You can’t beat the location between the ocean and the bay. Ashwini checked in on us to make sure everything was good and was very responsive. Highly recommended

It is a beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean. The Sunsets are especially spectacular! Watching surfers meditatively floating and playing in the ocean too is a real treat. It is wonderful to walk on the beach. These leisurely walks filled our hearts with joy and quietude. The kitchen has the basic cooking utensils and serving ware. The kitchen pantry is not equipped with any food ingredients like cooking oils, salt, tea/coffee etc. Once equipped, cooking is a pleasure. The coin laundry washer and dryer facility is on the ground floor. The beds are comfortable and so is the large lounging sofa in the living room. It is a safe, quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. Anissa’s list of restaurant recommendations is wonderful to explore. Anissa is most responsive and prompt to all querries. We loved our stay! Thank you.

Carl’s place looked exactly like the pictures. It was perfect for my boyfriend and I. Very walkable with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Carl was friendly and very accommodating when we had to leave early due to family emergency.

Very nice condo in a great location. Managers were very prompt with responses to all questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this air bnb was awesome! I was in San Diego for a work conference at the convention centre and it was within walking distance. The little bar downstairs is great and has an awesome happy hour. Ryan was really helpful and quick to answer any question we had. Felt really safe and happy to be able to have such a perfect spot for the week. And they’re dog friendly! Such a score!

We met with friends to tour San Diego. The property we set up great. We did cook breakfast and supper there. Ample cooking tools and even some staples supplied. The location was great walking distance to the water front. But the uphill home was tough but even my old knees made it. As described the planes flew overhead. But really was that bad. And truly my husband loved it. Great, homey space. We will definitely book again if we have the chance. Thank you for sharing your property.

Nicole was a fantastic host. She was responsive to all of our needs and replied quickly. The neighborhood is really cute and we loved staying there. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at Beach Bungalow 4 from 1/31/25 - 2/14/25. The location is ideal - close to shops, restaurants, activities and the beach! Living room & bedroom were spacious, along with the well-stocked updated kitchen. Plenty of paper products (toilet paper & paper towels) for our 2-week stay. Great bed & bath linens. I especially appreciated the washer/dryer with provided detergent - so convenient to not return home with loads of laundry to do. There are 4 Beach Bungalows in this complex. It’s very quiet - never heard any of the other folks. Private parking was a huge plus. Well-lit at night with motion-detection lighting to our bungalow. I had one question for Rose pre-checkin - she answered promptly. The Welcome Book has everything you need to enjoy this unit, along with some recommendations for restaurants & activities. Instructions for operating the 2 TVs were helpful - we were able to watch the Super Bowl. I would stay again at this great bungalow! Thank you, Rose!

Great place! Nice and safe area! The house is a little smaller than pictures but was still perfect and overall I would stay again!!

Fabulous location overlooking the San Diego Bay. Steps from the beach, and endless activities. Justin’s apartment is nicely stocked from the kitchen, to bedrooms, and the balcony is superb. You can’t go wrong with this rare find! Justin is an outstanding host.

The condo has spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, the PB pier, dolphins (binocular provided), and the best boardwalk in San Diego. The boardwalk has a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, charming beach houses, and gift shops and it stretches for miles along the ocean. The underground parking was fine for our RAV4 and there is plenty of street parking nearby. It was surprisingly quiet at night with respectful neighbors. The jacuzzi was decent with hot water, strong jets, and fits four comfortably. The bed was very comfortable and the firmness can be adjusted. We loved our stay there with the waves soothing us, surfers, sunsets, dolphins, and the best walks by the ocean.

The jacuzzi and pool are a great perk. The parking spot is super nice to have. We felt like there was enough space to work.

Extremely kind, responsive, and communicative host. I was displaced due to the LA fires and was completely disorganized and out of sorts. The host was understanding and so helpful. They went out of their way to offer assistance. 5/5 recommend staying with them. Location of the property was also very walkable and the people in the condo complex were nice and friendly. The condo complex also felt very safe as entrances and parking was all gated

great location with a beautiful view! parking was surprisingly easy to find while we were there. martha was friendly and checked in when weather was bad to make sure we were okay, which was very nice. overall a wonderful stay!

We stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed it! The condo was very cozy and felt like home. We even enjoyed the hot tub one night, which was really nice after a long day of walking. The location is really nice because it’s near the freeway and was conveniently near everything we wanted to do. Cresentia was very friendly, responsive host, and had clear instructions about where everything was. Thank you for having us!

Perfect location for all local activities-beach walks, surfing, watching football at sports bars, cute coffee shops, and great food!
