This was our first annual mother daughter vacation and the condo did NOT disappoint! The condo was so beautiful just like the pictures. Everything was clean, and the bed was really comfortable! Highly recommend this condo!

It was a delightful experience to stay in a 1980 architecture jewel. This beauty of a place is equipped with exquisite furniture matching the buildings vibe. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get and so much more. It was a magical experience for me and my wife. We couldn’t spend our honey moon in a better place. The value for the price is absolutely incredible. Well, kept property, comfortable bed, very clean bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, dining room table and a comfy TV sitting area. We could’ve stayed longer, but I had to leave for work. We would 1000% recommend this space. It’s easy to get to downtown and the beach. But you don’t even really need to leave because the pool is awesome.

This little studio was perfect for me, my Mom, and my 3 year old in the cooler November weather. The sandy courtyard and covered carport (with a hot/cold shower!!) were absolutely perfect for him to play with the toys we brought and all of the toys in the bench storage. We also used Navarre Beach Golf Carts, so we easily (and fun!) accessed the public beach down the road. A few days we just cruised and walked the beach, but we also used the seemingly new chairs that were available. It’s an older building, but Jade has done a great job trying to update it. The fridge was a great size (not a college size mini fridge like some places have), and no one was staying above us which gave us privacy and unlimited access to the washer and dryer. Jade responded quickly to all of my messages before and during our stay and gave recommendations when I inquired about golf cart parking. I’d stay with her again!

The Launch Pad was amazing! It’s located near Palafox Street where we shopped, dined and attended the Paw Gras parade. It was also super close to Maritime Park for the Chocolate and Cheese Festival and Joe Patti’s. Everything we wanted to do was right at our doorstep. I absolutely loved the place—the side balcony and rooftop deck were perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. Clean and well decorated. This was truly a memorable stay…and I highly recommend it! Thank you!!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The views are even better than the pictures can capture. Kathy was very responsive and even left the light on for us since she knew we’d be getting in late on our first night. We absolutely loved the space and hope to stay here again soon!

We spent a lovely two weeks over the Christmas holiday with friends and family, and the house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook family dinners, and the knives were sharp! The living room is really welcoming and comfy. It was too cold to spend much time outdoors in the mornings and evenings, but the outside space is large with lots of seating. The house is a short walk to downtown, and near our favorite brewery (Odd Colony) and many good restaurants. Overall, a great value and a pleasant experience!

The time spent was wonderful! I absolutely loved the space and immediately felt comfortable and safe in the peaceful environment. The studio had everything needed and more. I am especially grateful that my little dog was allowed. She loved the yard and taking walks in the neighborhood. Glen and Deanna are terrific hosts. I highly recommend staying at this location.

I definitely enjoyed my stay with Jordan! You have your own private space upstairs, a personal parking spot, and everything you need for comfort. The area was quiet which created a nice relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed my stay so much that I even ended up extending it! Everyone there was so nice and friendly, definitely recommend it for the price :)

My boyfriend and I rented this airbnb for the long valentines day weekend . It was super cozy, felt like we were at home. The decor is simplistic but we appreciated it because it fits the airbnb wonderfully. Wanda is very responsive and hospitable, she makes sure all your needs are accommodated. The kitchen is perfect to make a meal, she provided all things necessary to cook. The bedroom has a good amount of space and a nice closet for you to put your bags or hang up clothes during your duration there. The bathroom is neat and clean. Wanda provides a lot of towels and even soap and shampoo/conditioner if you forgot to bring your own. Wanda has a notebook that people who visit can write in. I really liked that because in a way it made me feel connected and a part of all the people that had been in the city from wherever they came from. Overall we enjoyed our stay, theres a lot to do . nothing is super far. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone wanting to visit Pensacola. :)

Perfect place for a thanksgiving visit. The kitchen had all of the equipment we needed and the proximity to the beach couldn’t be better. Diane clearly communicated and gave us all the information we needed to have an exceptional stay.

This condo was perfect for a girls weekend trip. Clean, quiet, convenient parking and is close to everything in OBA.

Great place for a quick getaway. The unit was beautiful and the views were amazing! Loved the smaller building - plenty of room at the pool and beach with no wait for the elevator. Will stay again!

I had an absolutely great stay I had some family over for a birthday celebration and my hosts were more than accommodating and made everything personable even responding to my questions late at night. Making sure we all had parking and even customized our hot tub lighting I can’t say how thankful I am to these two for making the trip memorable and a great one and will definitely be booking with them in the future!

We loved our stay except that we always arrive before check-in just in case it's ready early. There was a miscommunication and the cleaning crew didn't arrive until well after check-in. This has happened to us before, not with Pat, so I encourage to be proactive and make sure the cleaners are there! Otherwise, the condo was perfect, walking right out on the ground floor makes such a huge difference! Romar Place was a nice complex, the pools were empty most of the time, the beach was a just down the boardwalk, everything was perfect. We may book a house next year but if not we will definitely try to book with Pat again!

I can't say enough for this place! We were already looking to see if dates were available next year to rebook. Fun decor, very clean, spacious, huge balcony, great location. I was so excited to finally find a beach place that wasn't decorated in cheesy beach decor! We stayed in January and we practically had a private beach. Quiet, peaceful and great location. Allison was amazing - very responsive! They had even decorated for the holiday coming up (Valentines). We never cooked so I can't speak to whether the kitchen was well stocked or not - other than there were plenty of glasses, mugs and the coffee pot was ready to go. Super thoughtful "care package" with the basics to get us started (roll of paper towels, pack of laundry detergent, pack of dishwasher detergent). Just enough for us to have time to get settled then get to Walmart which was right across the street to get what we needed for our stay. Really can't recommend this place enough and we'll be back!
