This Airbnb is located in a fancy, luxury apartment complex and comes with all the necessary amenities. It feels more like a hotel than an apartment. The lobby area features a vehicle rental desk, a tours and travel desk (where you can book day tour packages), and a cute coffee spot. The host is very responsive. However, the apartment complex has a somewhat deserted feel, we barely saw anyone around.

We had a very comfortable stay and it had all the amenities we needed. My sister loved the softness of the bed in the smaller room while I found the hot and cold shower system to be efficient. There’s a co-working space and a gym to use. Having a 7-11 across the condo was also bonus. The host was very responsive and addressed concerns promptly. They even provided bottles of water and some coffee capsules which we really appreciated. Overall, it was better than booking a 5 star hotel room for me. Great value for money.

My stay at this condo was fantastic! Everything was exactly as described, and the complex amenities were excellent. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was such a satisfying accommodation that it couldn't have been better. The host was always quick to respond and meticulously until I entered the accommodation. When I went to the accommodation, the manager took great care of the breakfast and whether I cleaned it, and he prepared the necessary supplies right away. The place was so beautiful and comfortable that I wondered if I could enjoy this luxury. There was no place to blame the pool and spa, the big beds and comfortable bedding, the freshly filled water and towels every day, as well as the amenities. I wanted to live here with beautiful landscaping and plenty of space. It's worth 5 stars. If you found this place, go now. No need to hesitate, it's a recommendation, a recommendation, and a complete recommendation!

Very comfortable standalone cabin with complete facilities and convenient transportation, located close to Pai Walking Street. It is cleaned thoroughly every day, and the communication and responses are very prompt, ensuring a great travel experience for you. Highly recommended!

Karittha is a responsive and proactive host. This property is same as in the photos. She also shared the local recommendations and they came personally at night to receive us at the property. She also send a car to pick us up from the airport. The pool is nice and clean without chemicals in it. Overall a very nice place to stay.

This place is very peaceful. It’s away from the busy part of town but easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Very quiet morning and peaceful evenings there.

We had a really enjoyable time staying at this apartment. It was small, but perfectly practical and well equipped with all you would need. There’s a lovely pool and well maintained gym downstairs. The apartment block is very secure and in a safe area. The kitchen has a good cooktop and a full size fridge for self catering. Lots of restaurants and cheap eateries nearby in Maya Mall and along Nimman Road. The washing machine was very useful during our longer stay. Apiwat and his co-hosts are quick to respond and give great information for your arrival. Love that this is a non smoking block. We Thoroughly encourage any single or couple looking at staying in Chiang Mai to use this apartment.
