Great location - close to the beach, off beaten trails and cute restaurants/cafe. Peaceful and wonderful for some quiet time before the new year :)

Todd was great in communication. He helped us relocate during the Palisades fire. Plenty of space and lots of rooms.

Nice place to live. Hosts are really responsive! We had a nice time at their place. Everything is located near from the house.

Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. Danna is an incredible host! We stayed here a full week and absolutely loved it. The accommodations were comfortable, well-appointed, every detail was mindful – comfortable beds, clean, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable common areas, fast internet, peaceful reading spots on decks and porches, a fun cedar hot tub, pool and outdoor shower. Sanctuary and refuge are the perfect descriptors. Tucked up Topanga Canyon, it feels so remote. The grounds are whimsical and inspiring, filled with succulents, eclectic art, and wild nature. It's perfect for dawn meditations on the big rock behind the house, evening recaps in the hot tub, beautiful strolls around the neighborhood, cooking, puzzles, games, movies, and reading. So peaceful. But plenty to do in the local area also – great restaurants, spectacular nearby hiking, and wonderful beaches along PCH make the whole area fun. Maggie was a great hostess – very responsive and offered great suggestions. Overall, a great place to stay. We have many great memories there!

The location of this house is truly special, with breathtaking views that we never got tired of. Waking up to the sunrise over The Valley and the surrounding mountains each morning was pure magic. The pool area is fantastic - perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. We also loved how peaceful and quiet the surroundings were despite the proximity to the busy Ventura Blvd. Our host was easy to communicate with and very helpful throughout our stay.

We had an amazing stay with Vanessa in Malibu. A really gorgeous place with an incredible view surrounded by wildlife and tranquility. Really good bird watching opportunities from both the deck and the lower viewing area. Incredible sunrises. This was also the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of everything, especially in regard to kitchen supplies. I highly recommend this Airbnb - you won’t be disappointed!

This was our second year staying in this place. We absolutely love it. The views and sunsets cannot be beat. The home is private clean safe lots of space and great activities. My kids love playing pool great for family barbecue. Rooftop views of the ocean make it worth every penny!

Melissa's home was amazing! I loved every minute of it. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. She is so thoughtful with her service and as well as her beautiful home. The beds are truly the epitome of rest with amazing pillows of all kinds of levels from soft to medium to firm. My kids and I especially enjoyed the warm pool (with electric cover for safety) in December, not to mention enough towels and blankets for days. My mom and I loved making breakfast in their beautiful entertaining kitchen and sitting in their beautiful table to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The house was spotless, pure, clean and welcoming. You won't regret staying here, don't delay!

We had a wonderful stay at Jo’s house. It’s a great house, just as shown in the photos. Great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub was a hit for everyone, outdoor BBQ grill, and we felt right at home. Jo responded within seconds to questions, allowed us to check in early, and surprised us with bubbly wine to celebrate the New Years! Highly recommended!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Patty’s house. Her house is so warm, welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen is amazing and fully stocked. What a treat to be able to cook family dinners during our stay! The location is peaceful, serene and convenient to hiking, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Thank you Patty!

This was truly the most wonderful of stays and host. Susanna was wonderful and the place is AMAZING. We loved about everything about it and even extended an extra night as we simply couldn’t bear to leave. Thank you Susanna we have to come back.
