Rebel Roost Carriage-House Studio-Oxford Farm Stay

My husband and I loved Rebel Roost! The location is perfect - very quick drive into town, got everywhere in Oxford in 15 mins or less. We felt right at home and enjoyed the cozy apartment! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable stay with the bonus of sweet animals to love on. Leslie and Gerald’s sweet pup, Buddy greeted us every time we came “home!” The donkeys, goats, and their guardian pup loved the treats Leslie left for us to give them! Can’t wait to come back!

Pied-à-terre on the Square

Jennifer was a really great host! She provided a lot of assistance with a special parking situation we had, and I greatly appreciated her care and concern. The condo really needs a mattress topper for the sleeper sofa. Luckily we had one for our daughter, as we were moving her into her dorm the next day. Had we not had that, I don’t believe she would have been at all comfortable. The cleaning crew could also have done a better job. I won’t go into detail, but drawers should be checked/emptied, and the condo needed vacuuming. Overall, we slept well. The king bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. Parking was a breeze. The coffee pods and creamers were appreciated! The condo is walkable to everything on the square. We had some great meals while we were there. Would definitely visit again!

This condo is in an ideal location, just steps from the Main Street and a block from the courthouse square; easy walking distance to the Grove, football stadium, and Ole Miss campus. It's also very secure and has its own parking space under the building. It is nicely furnished, and one of the two bathrooms has been updated. The kitchen was adequately stocked for short stays and very well stocked with glassware. We did have trouble with the Viking fridge which froze everything we put in the fridge--the temperature adjustment buttons were not responsive. The bedrooms are good for sleeping, as there is only one window in each bedroom which face an interior hallway, so there is not a lot of natural light in those rooms. the main living area is large and very sunny with a bit of a view to the Main Street (Lamar) and a view North to the Courthouse if you crane your neck. We enjoyed our stay here for six days. Good TVs and wifi service. Shelly was very responsive.

Turnberry Condo. Walk to Grove!

We had a wonderful stay in Oxford! We wanted to bring our kids down for a game and to visit. Finding the right place to stay is always really important to us. This condo was perfect! It had everything we needed, was an easy walk to campus for all of us (4 kids ages 10-15), was private and felt very safe. The condo is decorated so adorably, it really got us in the Hotty Toddy spirit! We all hope we get to come back and stay again!

Tracy's place was quiet and easy to find. While it's tucked back in a quiet spot, its super close to everything we needed or wanted to do. We would stay here again.

We stayed on a football weekend. Location is right between downtown and Ole Miss campus, so a lot of traffic and noise until midnight. We were up late, so that didn’t bother us. We walked to both downtown and the Ole Miss campus. You are paying for the location on this condo. However, it was clean, and nicely decorated. Also had a nice goody bag upon arrival. It worked perfect for our party of 5.

Comfortable dog friendly townhouse with easy access to Ole Miss. the place looked exactly like the photos. They stocked toilet paper and paper towels along with some special perks. Would stay here again!

We stayed at Margaret’s for our daughter’s graduation. Margaret’s house is very close to Ole Miss and the Square. She met us upon arrival, showed us to the apartment, and had homemade treats for us. I would recommend her home while in Oxford.
