Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Oxford County

It is a great location, a spotless, fully equipped property, and close to Sugarloaf. David was a great communicator. This place was definitely worth the money. The only thing we noticed was that the heat was set on 67. We noticed the home was very cold when we checked in, and it takes longer to warm up the home. I hope they set the heat on 68-70 for next time.

I’m about to recommend staying here to everyone I know! It was such a beautiful home, with plenty of space for the group of 10 I stayed with. The home has everything you could possibly need, truly feels like you’re staying in someone’s home. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, extra linens, blankets, and even air mattresses, and the hot tub was the cherry on top of a perfect stay. It snowed while we were there, which was beautiful, and even those without AWD or snow tires were able to get in and out. Nadine is super responsive and proactive, I would give her and her home 10 stars if I could!

Scott’s place was cozy and comfortable. An easy drive to Sunday River and within walking distance to restaurants in Bethel. We had a great stay.

This is a perfect place to have a great time with your loved one, very comfortable , spacious and easy to access, the house is clean and and had everything we needed, I recommend for everyone, I loved our stay at the house.

Great spot! Wicked close to Sunday and the space itself is awesome! The hot tub and game room were the best by far. Totally staying here again my next time up there.

Heather was exceptionally accommodating and helpful in every way! The house was lovely. We were still unpacking the car and our teenage kids couldn't say enough great things before we got in the door! (And we all know teenagers are a tough crowd!) Heather helped us shift gears when our plans changed and helped us make the most of our time in the area - priceless!

The family love this home and location. Christy and Joe were very pleasant to deal with and always responded to our concerns no matter how small. The location was very beautiful this time of year, perfect and very quiet. Instructions to the home were straightforward and easy to understand. I really enjoyed my stay here. It’s a very cozy home and conveniently located. I was able to walk to the coffee shop and many other small businesses ie. Bookstore, bakery, restaurants, that are right on Main Street. We also went cross country skiing (a 5 min. drive) Random note: They had a Keurig with lots of coffee choices. I didn’t have to buy coffee. That was a very thoughtful touch., especially considering the extremely cold weather this week. I also didn’t have to do much before leaving. Ex. I ran the dishwasher, but instructions said no need to empty and didn’t have to strip the beds either. The place was pristine and it was very relaxing not to have to do much on check out day. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. If you like small town charm with little shops, great restaurants and outdoor activities this is definitely a great place to stay. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

This cozy apartment in the heart of the ski town was a perfect getaway! The location was unbeatable, just minutes from the slopes and steps from local shops. The apartment was warm, inviting, and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

A beautiful, private, quiet space with great big windows looking out over Sunday River-stunning views!! Easy access and quick communication with host. Would highly recommend this place to relax and enjoy all Maine has to offer.

Our stay at Tim & Joanne’s was great! We’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Anytime we had a question they were quick to help. The place itself is very cozy and we felt very comfy. The only thing we wish is it were a bit closer to Mt. Abram, which is where we were skiing, but that only applies to our situation. Overall it was a great place to stay with great hosts!

Joe's place was clean, cozy, and close to Sugarloaf for skiing. He provided clear instructions on how to find the home. Perfect for a single traveler or couple!

We can't be grateful enough for Carol's place for our ski trip. It is clean, cozy and comfortable inside and the outside surroundings are beautiful. Carol is a wonderful host and our family enjoyed chatting with her. We loved playing many board games Carol placed in the living room during the stormy weather and sitting in the warm apartment and watching the snow falling outside the windows with quiet mountains in the far background remains a sweet memory. We would love to stay in Carol's place again in all seasons!

Roll out of bed onto the lift - most convenient ski access you could ever have. Not the biggest place, but very comfortable and worked great for our family of 4. Ski locker so convenient, too.

Our group had a great time at this condo! We had to find a place last minute due to a storm and Skylar was so helpful and accommodating! The location was great and the space was cozy and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again!

The ski in ski out at Pleasant Mountain is hard to beat for families. The hosts were super responsive and our party of 8 had a great time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and has literally a perfect slopeside location. The unit was comfortable, a bit tight for four of us and definitely on the smaller side, but well worth it for the location. I’d note like the listing mentions that if you have more than one car, you’ll need to leave one about a half mile down the road in a satellite lot, not that big of a deal, but a minor inconvenience. Overall, a great stay! Very clean, great location, and perfect for a ski weekend. I’d definitely stay there again.

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

Beth’s place was cute and cozy. It was ski in/out. Centrally located and quiet. Has everything you need for a great stay.

The place meet all expectations. Great location right by a trail and down to the lifts. Access to the pool, hot tub, and sauna was nice after a long day on the slopes. Stephanie was pleasant to deal with. We would definitely come back.

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.
