Jean Philippe's riad is really well located in the medina of Rabat. The riad is very well equipped but deserves a little refreshment. It doesn't take away from the charm of the place In winter, the nights are cool in Rabat, provide a little wool! Badia who welcomes us and prepares breakfasts on request is great and has an incredible sense of hospitality! Jean Philippe is very responsive and friendly!

An absolutely perfect experience in this beautiful riad in the heart of Rabat! The location is ideal, a short walk from the main historical sites and charming alleys. The accommodation is splendid, tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable, offering a real immersion in Moroccan authenticity. But the real treasure of this riad is undoubtedly the lady of the house. Infinitely kind, she is always attentive, taking care of every detail to make the stay unforgettable. A big thank you for this exceptional stay, we will come back without hesitation!

A beautiful and tastefully restored riad in the heart of the Rabat medina. 10' walk from the kasbah. The staff is very nice and the breakfasts are very good. I would highly recommend staying there if you pass through Rabat. Plan big sweaters if you're staying in winter like us. It is not well heated (including bedrooms). I do not recommend dinner at the riad which is very expensive (×3.5) compared to all restaurants that serve the same thing.

The authentic Moroccan decor, from the colorful celly tiles to carved wood, creates a warm and cozy atmosphere that gives you the feeling of being in a palace. Rooftop we spent unforgettable evenings, with a magical view over the city at sunset. 🌅 There we could relax and enjoy the panoramic view. The house is ideally located, offering access to beautiful beaches (princesses beach and Sid el abed beach) and the living spaces are spacious and well laid out, ideal for holidays. We stayed 3 weeks in this beautiful home. It was a real pleasure to stay in a place that exudes history and memories. Every detail testifies to the refinement and intellectual level of its owners, which has added a unique dimension to our experience. This place steeped in history is much more than just a place to stay; it's an immersion in the world of a great man who dedicated his life to diplomatic relations. The furniture, artwork, books, and memories scattered in each room bear the hallmark of its exceptional journey. Ask for help with anything you need and they will do best to sort it out . Nadia was really helpful. Looking at maybe arranging a retreat their next year as hotel and staff really are amazing 💫

We were pleasantly surprised by the panoramic view of the valley as well as the beauty of the surrounding nature. The house, garden, and pool were impeccably clean and perfectly matched the photos and descriptions provided. We particularly appreciated the presence of relaxation and barbecue close to the pool, which greatly contributed to our comfort. The place is quiet and ideal for a stay with family or friends, looking for a peaceful place to recharge your batteries. The host is very friendly, available and attentive to our needs. In addition, the property is secured thanks to the presence of the caretaker Miloudi, who is not only very kind, but also ensures daily safety, cleanliness of the pool, and the proper functioning of the equipment. We enjoyed our stay so much that we would not hesitate to return, maybe next spring this time!

The airbnb was a great place to stay. Very friendly people who were always eager to help. I have spent my 30th birthday with some friends there. But you should know that you cannot behave the same way like you would in Europe. You have to be careful with alcohol (since it's a muslimic country), loud noises or parties. But Sarah helped us to behave accordingly and showed great patience - also because there was a language barrier. Also you should know that you will not get your own key to enter the airbnb whenever you want to. You have to be there before midnight or tell the owners when you will get home. Same for the restaurant that is inside the Airbnb, you should tell in advance when you want to have breakfast or dinner there. So it's more a bed and breakfast than your "own" airbnb. Either way we had a great time in Rabat and we were so pleased to meet the people working there. Big plus : the house looked very beautiful - typically Morrocan.

100% recommended place. The place is beautiful, clean, tidy and very well decorated. The staff are very responsive and friendly, at all times they made us feel at home.

Unforgettable stay with top notch staff and amazing decor. This was the first time I stayed in a Ryad and it exceeded our expectations. Keep in mind that this is inside a busy Medina, you might get lost so don’t hesitate to contact the host, they will send someone to get you on an easy spot. They received us with an amazing tea and great pastries. The room was very artistic as every corner in this place. I couldn’t stop taking pictures! Of course, the pool… what a dream! We booked a massage, breakfast was included, they serve it on the rooftop and the views are breathtaking. They carried our bags to the car (bunch of blocks away) and even took us to a restaurant late at night when we didn’t know what was open, waited for us to eat and took us back (it’s all a maze in the Medina so this was super appreciated). We left a tip at the end because they really deserved it. My only regret is that I stayed only one night.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The accommodation is located in the part sale where you are directly in the market. In the accommodation you can relax very well and get nothing of the hustle and bustle outside:) We would particularly like to thank Gabriel. I had the pleasure of staying at Nadia's place. Incredibly nice service and people, delicious breakfast, wonderful view from the terrace. Room clean, tidy. A house with a soul, full of history, beautiful looking, and what a beautiful swimming pool. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
