Apartment holiday rentals in Ouder-Amstel

Hans was an outstanding host. He was kind, warm, and respectful, and he was always available via chat if needed. The place is new, clean, well-equipped, cosy, and lovely. It is easy to reach via transportation, and Hans offered private car parking in front of the apartment if we needed it. The neighbourhood is beautiful, quiet, and elegant. Two supermarkets, a pharmacy, and the bus stop are within 5 minutes' walking distance. Buses connect the airport (25 minutes, no change) and the train station (5 minutes), connecting the Amsterdam city centre in 20 minutes by metro or the main tourist cities by train. Several international food restaurants (Italian, Indian, Dutch, French, etc.) are within a 15-minute walk. It is also a safe place for kids to play in nature and offers a lovely walk on the Amstel River.

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Suus was very lovely and welcoming! The place looked just like the photos very cozy!. When we got to Amsterdam it was easy to find the place!

Everything was great, we felt at home. Green area right outside of Amsterdam, easily reachable by public transport. The apartment is sparkling clean! And it has everything one needs for a nice stay. Especially we appreciate high quality pans and pots, as we cooked a lot. The host is very friendly, and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!

It was very nice to spend a weekend in Ciska's beautiful flat. She was really friendly and helpful. The flat was very nicely furnished and everything was very clean and cosy. Ciska gave us bikes to ride into the city centre of Amsterdam in just 30 minutes, to get the full Amsterdam experience. We were really happy and can't wait to come back soon.

Excellent host! Great stay for our Amsterdam Era. We were Enchanted to meet Jonathan and his brother. Although we did get caught in some Midnight Rain, we were able to Shake It Off because the apartment exceeded our Wildest Dreams. This place will never go Out Of Style. 🫶

A lovely apartment with enough space for three people. Super easy check-in and Ilana responded very quickly. The apartment is super cozy and was equipped with the necessities. It takes approximately 30mins with public transport to the center. Thank you for hosting us, we had an awesome stay!

perfect for our few days in Amsterdam - transport to the town centre and airport was super easy and convenient. Isca wasn't available on our check-in day so he arranged a family member to show us in. Top floor, odd smell in the staircase but don't let that put you off, the apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything that we needed, including a page with some information on the area and transport. Quick and friendly communication from Isca, can't say anything bad about our experience of staying in his home!

The appartment is comfortable and the host is very nice and reliable. There is a metro line and a tram 300 meters from the appartment. Very good deal.

Definitely a convenient location being a 5 minute walk from the train station. Bedrooms were nice and the living room was very spacious. Kitchen had a lot of cutlery for when we ordered in food. Bathroom could’ve been a bit better cleaned but it didn’t look bad at all. Overall great experience definitely worth it with an amazing home. likely to return again.

Great place, just outside of Amsterdam

Michele's flat is an incredible value for the location! The flat is just steps away from public transport. There are also lots of great cafes and restraunts that are waling distance. She was a great host! She gave us some great reccomedations and was very accomidating and responsive. I highly reccomend for your stay in Amsterdam!

Just amazed with the place. My wife always wanted to get back to the comfortable home early during our visit. The host gave a clear instruction, very quick response as well as very kind welcome treatment for our delayed honeymoon. We absolutely loved the fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bathtub and rooftop terrace where we had breakfast and dinner every night. 100% recommended.

Manu's house was clean, cozy, and great for a family stay. Manu was also very communicative and responded right away to any questions. We had a wonderful time.

The perfect host and a great place to stay in Amsterdam for a short business trip. A beautiful, spacious apartment where you can watch the sunrise right from the bed, and morning coffee on the balcony is just wonderful. I would gladly return again!

Our stay at Mariana’s apartment was great! The place looks even better than on pictures. Very stylish and bright apartment with terrace, balcony and lots of light, here you have all you may need. The bed was really comfortable and I have the best sleep after whole day walking. Location was also great, you can reach the city center by foot or use a convenient public transport. There are a small square with shops nearby and a really good Italian restaurant with perfect pizza. Communication with Mariana was easy and I totally recommend this host.
