First of all, a big thank you to Astou and Maty. The stay went very well. The apt is very comfortable and secure, in a quiet building and in a neighborhood with lots of shops nearby (supermarket within a 10-minute walk ) . Maty - my main point of contact on site - was very nice from the arrival and until the departure , always available and pleasant. Would definitely stay again, I felt like "at home" as soon as I arrived. I would recommend this apartment in a very good location and for the warm and professional welcome.

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed at Hedi's apartment. The interior is spacious, airy, full of natural light, and comfortable. It feels like home. We enjoy having two bathrooms. The third-floor terrace presents a lovely welcome space every time we return home. The washing machine makes for easy laundry. The neighborhood is a great find in Dakar, peaceful and friendly, with a real neighborhood feeling. It combines the old and the new, street stalls and tiny stores for food and daily needs. It's walkable to cafes, good restaurants, and a few fine galleries. The vendors remember us from stay to stay. Hedi, Bineta, and Mariama are super responsive and helpful.

We had an exceptional stay at Aminata's place. The location is perfect, in a quiet and well-located area. The place is spacious, tastefully decorated and spotless in terms of cleanliness. The caretaker, available 24/7, is very helpful, and the cleaner is very kind and efficient. As for Aminata, she is an amazing host. His kindness, availability, and concern for making our stay a pleasant one make all the difference. She is always attentive and responsive, which has made our experience even better. We will come back to this place without hesitation. Thanks to Aminata and her team for this exceptional hospitality!

Ndeye was extremely helpful throughout the stay and super quick to respond. The place is spacious and very comfortable. It was the perfect place for our first couple of nights in Dakar. The area is safe with a lot of restaurant and bar options close by. Would definitely visit again.

we stayed at Beatrice's apartment for five nights. we would absolutely return. it's a large floorplan, lovely art throughout, and very comfortable. restaurants/bars on the coast are a 10min walk. a few nice cafes and high end restaurants are within 3-5min walk. the point of Almadies (western most point of Africa) is 20min walk. 24 security guard (never did we feel insecure anywhere, but it's a nice perk) taxis and driver's have a hard time finding the location orienting without gps... but it's in Google Maps. Using Yango (Senegalese Uber) is incredibly easy and inexpensive and you can drop a pin so the problem goes away for the most part. so, basically it's convenient, nicely appointed, and comfortable. a great find.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Indigo House. The property was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood felt safe and house was convenient to a main road, but was far enough away to be quiet.

Amy was very kind to me, welcoming, and helpful during my trip. From the moment I arrived in Senegal and even after I left she was communicative. I also appreciated how flexible she was as my itinerary shifted a few times during my visit. We shared wonderful conversations, some meals together, and other pleasantries. She is a knowledgable person about the area, the country, and a myriad of other subjects. I would recommend her as a host for others traveling to Dakar. Also, her two dogs were an adorable bonus!
