Holiday rentals with a patio in Ötüken

Apartment was clean and had all of the accessories required to live in it self sufficiently. Direct access to a walkway that took you around the coast. Shops and restaurants only a short walk away.

This place was one of the best places i have ever stayed. A blend of traditional style with modern facilities with exceptional cleanliness overall. A house made from stone that gives you this grounding feeling necessary for a deep rest and recharge. Plus, John really conveys the Cypriot hospitality spirit, and i am truly grateful for his professionalism.

Was a 10/10 little apartment, literally a shop next door, private balcony & even with the apartment next door you couldn’t see a thing into there balcony, it’s 5 minutes from the strip but you wouldn’t even think because it’s still nice & quiet, definitely a place to come if you want a long weekend away & you don’t just want to party. :)

The host was caring and friendly. She was helpful to solve every problem we had. I think those who want to rent should hire it right away:) Thanks for everything

Lovely house for a holiday in Cyprus! 5-15 min drive to the most beautiful beaches on the island, located in a quiet area but still close enough to get any supplies and go out for food. We’d love to come back!

We stayed for 3 nights… the living room, the room was very convenient, and clean. There is no parking problem.. the wifi, TV facilities were amazing.. it was a calm and peaceful place to relax.. thanks to the hosts:)

We were very pleased, it was a nice stay. There was nothing missing. Janna always fulfilled our inquiries and requests and answered them quickly and kindly. There were always problems with the water but this has nothing to do with the apartment, but is a general problem in Northern Cyprus.

Thanks to Mr. Dündar for his interest in us. The location of the apartment is very central and close to many needs. The house is spotlessly clean and very comfortable and stylish. We will stay in this apartment again on our next visit to Cyprus. I recommend

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

It was a very nice stay! Very quiet area, lovely sweets&coffee store on the first floor. The apartment is very cosy and was perfectly clean. I was there for 2 days for work purposes and will definitely come again when needed. Μπράβο, ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ!

Nibel is a great host who always gladly helps and recommends anything. Her house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, we immediately fell in love with it here! Every day we had fresh, huge, and juicy lemons from the garden, as well as other fruits. The surroundings of the house are very quiet and peaceful, with a view directly to the fascinating ghost town - Varosha which is just across the road. Also there are very friendly and kind neighbours! 😊 Definitely recommend this place!

Efi was so helpful for our entire stay. She was a wonderful host with a beautiful, quiet and clean home. My family and I stayed for 5 weeks and felt very comfortable the entire time, and Efi would regularly check in with us that we were okay / if we needed anything. Her sister Yiota was very lovely too, and brought us flowers when we recieved some sad family news. I would highly recommend staying in this home!

The location, of the house is a quiet, neighborhood (with local families), very close to supermarkets and places to eat. it also has good transportation to the city centre and nearby beach. The house is very clean, well furnished and well decorated. it has anything you need. the air-conditioning system is really good (something necessary for the weather of Cyprus). The communication with the host was excellent. Responsive at any time and always willing to help.

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

The house was very close to the beach and the casinos, everything mentioned was available in the room. Room toilet, bathroom, towels, linens were spotless. The room meets all your expectations. Sadik brother is a great person when it comes to this and when he comes to the face. He helped me get into the house very early. Highly recommend

2+1 houses. At least 4 people can stay. There is a sofa in the living room. 1 person can stay there. A total of 5 people can stay. Everything was spotless. Glasses, plates, spoons, etc. were immaculately clean. The beds are nice. I smelled the pillows and towels, especially as soon as I entered the house. The smell of the laundry machine, it's spotless. The toilet bathroom is not very luxurious but it was clean. It is sparkling clean. It's a nice place to stay if you don't expect a lot of luxury. I recommend...

my family and I preferred Ms. Suna's house during the 3-night Cyprus vacation and we were very satisfied. We stayed with 5 people, the number of beds was full, even there were 2 sofa beds in the living room, there was air conditioning in each room, it was very suitable for heating and cooling. Thanks to Ms. Suna, she had prepared a lot of me before we arrived, I can say that we did not need to buy anything for breakfast, etc. If we come back to Cyprus again, we would definitely prefer it again.

This apartment exceeded all our expectations! Everything was absolutely perfect! The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. But the real star of our stay was the host – truly the best we've ever had! Incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel special and turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. Pros: Spacious and nice apartment, large nice balcony. Cons: One bedroom with too much light with no option to make it darker, location is good but there is closer to the beach places.

Rebecca's place was beautiful. It was our second time at Thallassa Resort and we find it such a nice tranquil community that's great for children of all ages. The accommodation was beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your home with us x

Great stay in Paralimni! We had the most wonderful experience renting this beautiful home. The home was spacious, super clean, and very stylishly decorated. The rooms were bright and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Christina, was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to all our questions. She made sure we had everything we needed and completely to the smallest details. The pool area was lovely and relaxing and we almost only had it to ourselves.
