My wife and I have stayed multiple times at the Delaware house in Andes , NY . We have stayed in studios in the Long House and have stayed in the Main Delaware house . All of it is great and comfortable , this weekend we had the main house to ourselves with two cats and had a great weekend , super cozy and clean . Andes is a great middle ground area for us to stay because we enjoy driving around seeing different farms , hiking , restaurants and discovering new towns, although Andes is our quiet town to enjoy some peace. Much to offer .

We were looking for a quiet family getaway while visiting family in the area - this was the perfect place. The surrounding area was gorgeous, surrounded by fall leaves with a nearby lake to take in. Robert was a generous and responsive host - would absolutely recommend!

The space matches the description and photos. Very peaceful and calm, off the beaten path with great views of nature. Would definitely stay here again in any season!

Ian’s place is great for a group getaway weekend! There is a cidery & some breweries not too far, beautiful parks and nature all around. The great room is beautiful with a nice fireplace. Rooms were clean and home was spacious. Great place to stay for a weekend in the Catskills.

Michael was extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. Instructions were clear, the place was easy to find, rooms were clean, and the house is very well laid out. Cozy upstairs suites, beautiful kitchen and living room. Sat by the table and watched deer come by the property every morning over breakfast. The wood stove is easy to get going and Michael left plenty of wood both in and out of the property to get things ready for us. Downstairs is a small tv and coach, along with plenty of games, which we used while staying in and having cozy nights. The space is perfect for 2-4 people to have a weekend retreat and escape the city. We also found it perfectly situated to nearby towns (Woodstock, Phoenicia) and trails (Ashokan Rail) that were very cute and well maintained. Would happily return!

We had a really lovely long weekend at Rebecca's place. It was quiet and peaceful, and quite cozy with the wood stove. The kitchen was pretty well equipped and we enjoyed some nice meals. After a day of snowfall, we were also pleasantly surprised to wake the next morning to find the driveway plowed.

House was as described and how it looks in pictures. 5 minutes from Belleayre Skiing. Stefan was responsive to all questions and was proactive with communication. Would stay here again!

My family and I (total 7 people) visited in Jan over a long weekend. We had a wonderful stay. The house looks even better than the pictures and was so clean. We loved the decor and discovered something new each day. Fouz and Chris are very thoughtful with the amenities and even left supplies for smores and some wine for us upon arrival. They gave helpful recommendations and were very responsive with any questions we had. We didn’t have any issues at all and would like to visit again in warmer months. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect 😊. More than worth it for the price. As a family that visits windham often this was a great deal. The place is perfect, great location and super cozy. Has all amenities you could need and was clean. Host was super easy to get in touch with and everything was so easy. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. Would definitely book again.

Great spot for a group of friends for a weekend! We loved the easy and close proximity to Hunter Mountain for skiing + tubing, we were able to walk right from the Airbnb. The amenities like the sauna and pool were a great addition, too, and it was a large amount of space for hanging out! Would recommend!!

We had a great stay. The house is very big, spacious, well decorated and clean. It felt very cozy. The house rules were clear and the host was reachable at any time.

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

This was a absolute gem of an Airbnb. The location was everything my wife and I imagine for our kids to grow up in one day. The plot of land the home sat on was one from a fairytale. Melody was a great host. We will 100% be back to this location.

We had a lovely family weekend during a beautiful snow fall at Kim & Russell’s cozy place. The whole family had fun sledding down the hill behind the house and relaxing in the jacuzzi after skiing all day. We felt right at home. Russell was very proactive calling and reminding us to download maps as the cell service is poor and was accommodating with check in and check out due to the winter storm. Will cherish the memory of our weekend here.

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing home! The location was lovely, the skiing/hiking/activities were great, restaurants were amazing, and the house was perfect. My kids had a ball and my husband and I soaked up the relaxation!

Nidhi is an amazing host with an amazing place! The house itself is beautiful and the vibe is peaceful! We went in a winter night, sat by the fir pit, enjoyed the sound of the stream. And when we needed comfort the beautiful warm house was right there. Best of both worlds nature and comfort together. And the next morning we were just 15min drive from Woodstocks main street. I highly recommend the stay. It was an amazing experience

The house was great for a quick ski weekend at Hunter. The location is very convenient to the mountain and the house is spacious and worked well for our group of 2 families. The arcade / game room was fun and a huge hit with the kids!

We had such a relaxing stay at this house. The views of the countryside and the mountain were amazing. We even had a flock of turkeys right outside the house! We loved the deck, the outside space and the open concept kitchen/living room/dining room. Great appliances for cooking and a Keurig. The master bath shower was wonderful with the rain shower head. Great location that is close to town and restaurants. Perfect size for large families. Wished we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again.

Ray was a very communicative and helpful host. The home is in great shape, and the location is good - you are not more than 40 minutes away from anything you could want to do in the Catskills. The hot tub was also very clean and was ready for us as soon as we checked in. Overall, I had a great stay with Ray and would look to book if I was back in the area!

The house and amenities were all in great condition and exactly as advertised. Communication times from the host on any questions we had were rapid and also the answers we were hoping for. Our stay was well worth it

We had an amazing stay. Extremely family friendly and cozy. Very quiet street with minimal activity which helped it feel private. It had everything we needed without all of the clutter. Super close to Hunter mountain. We would go back in a heart beat and plan to for our next ski weekend!

Lovely place to stay in a beautiful peaceful quiet farm property . 15 minute drive to Cooperstown/Brewery Ommegang. Emily was extremely friendly and helpful upon check-in with amazing local recommendations. We went to Origins Cafe for dinner and it was incredible. The space looks nicer than the photos and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would return in a heartbeat.
