Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ota City

June was a great host. We were able to leave bags slightly ahead of time which was really helpful and June helped us settle in with local restaurant recommendations considering it was the new year and places may be closed. The apartment felt like a calm oasis in a busy city. It is a little out of town but once we oriented ourselves it is very well positioned. There was ample space for our family of two adults and two teens and the addition of the washing machine was great for the extended stay. The linen and apartment was perfectly fresh and clean, beds comfortable and a good sized TV plus good dining table made our stay very comfortable. Water pressure was great in the shower. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay for our trip to Tokyo for a family.

It was very lucky for me to find such kind of place with my family. I can not find it in ag**a with this price. I will come back when have change to visit Tokyo again. Tsuguhiro san is very kind to allow me put my luggage before check-in time.

We had such a great stay! Chose the apartment for its cozy, well-designed interior and definitely didn’t disappoint. Being right next to the station made it super easy to get around despite being slightly out of the city centre and there were plenty of food options and grocery stores/convenience stores close by. We would love to come back in the future.

The place was very clean and had all the amenities listed. The location has many different restaurants and shopping malls and it's a 5 - 10 minutes walk to ikebukuro station which has alot of lines making it easy to travel to anywhere at tokyo

Perfect place quiet and close to trains to get to activities. Bakery next door is a must visit any time of day. Enjoy

Host was responsive and gave clear sets of instructions for checking-in/out. Location is great with multiple convenience stores nearby, and the train station is just few minutes away. Though, the stairs to the apartment on the third floor are quite narrow and steep, so big & heavy luggages will be a huge inconvenience. Otherwise, overall experience was good!

Very comfortable place with amazing hosts.

We arrived late to the accommodation. The room was beautifully ready for us and the heater had been put on for comfort prior to our arrival. Ushka provided some ramen in the room in case we didn’t feel like heading out which was a godsend. The space was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were the most comfortable I have slept in! It was a perfect place to retire to after being out walking all day. The mid stay bath bombs and the availability of a bath was perfect to soak away the day. The hospitality was much appreciated. The location was perfect for what we had planned. We loved our stay and will definitely be heading back in the future.

Cannot recommend this place enough. A beautiful quiet location a quick walk to supermarkets and convenience stores. Easy access to Shinjuku and surrounds, we would definitely stay here again when we come back to Tokyo

This house was nice and central, clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms spacious. Its spread over 3 levels, so just need to be mindful there are stairs. The kitchen was well appointed if you felt like self-catering. Would definitely recommend if needing accommodation with 3 bedrooms.

I would I cloud stay longer . The place and the host is incredible . We got have an experience traditional tea ceremony . We all very enjoy. The house is big and very comfortable. ❤️

Yukari was more than a host, she is a friend. She is kind, friendly, helpful and very responsive. She picked us up at the station and also dropped us off when we departed. Japan is a great place to visit for its beauty, culture and especially the people. Maison’s place was a great place to spend our trip in Tokyo. Conveniently located, it is only a few short steps from the train station, which is one stop away from Ikebukuro station. The house itself was well kept and clean, and there was even a washing machine, which was helpful since we were there for a week. There was also lots of space, which is very hard to find in Tokyo! The hosts were very hospitable and allowed us to check in early on the day and were also flexible with allowing us to checkout late since we had a later flight. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a convenient location while also being away from the noisier areas of the city!

This place is an absolute gem! It’s just a 2-minute walk from Meguro Station, and there are lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We arrived late, and the staff was already there, ready to help us carry our luggage. They were super friendly and helpful. The only thing we were a bit confused about was using the cooking gadgets and washing machine, but they came to our room to show us how to use them.

This place exceeded our expectations and looks even better than the pictures! The room is very spacious, well-renovated, and well-maintained despite the building itself looking a bit old. It feels homey and exceptionally clean. The kitchen is fantastic, with great ventilation—after cooking sukiyaki, there was hardly any lingering smell, which was impressive. The bathroom is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a separate standing shower and bathtub, making it very convenient. The layout of the space is well-partitioned, providing a sense of privacy and functionality. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and we’d definitely come back!

My stay at Jun’s Shinjuku apartment was fantastic! The condo was comfortable, impeccably clean, and conveniently close to the station, making it the perfect base for exploring Tokyo. Jun is an exceptional host—proactive, attentive, and great at communicating. I truly appreciated his hospitality and can’t wait to stay here again on my next visit!

Great experience, home located near Skytree, great location, spotless room with all five stains

I liked the location of the Airbnb mostly because it was a little more reclusive than the bustle of Shibuya and Shinjuku but it was still easy to access those cities. The place is a little small though and would only really fit two people and only three people if you all felt extremely comfortable with each other because of the bathroom situation.

We loved staying at Jacob & Natsuka’s apartment!! Everything is exactly as described in the listing and the apartment itself is very homely and feels like a relaxing, calm space. The location is amazing surrounded by restaurants, cafes and thrift shops. Also very close to a train station. Jacob & Natsuka sent really great detailed instructions for arrival and our stay which was super handy :) thanks so much and we hope to stay again when we visit Japan!

Great location just outside the busy parts of the city but still close enough to the train station to go where you'd like. We like exploring so we walked all through Shiba park, then to the Tokyo Tower and ended up in Azadubai Hills for shopping and dinner. Great spot to return to recover from jet lag.
