Holiday rentals with a patio in Österlen

We stayed in Johan's apartment for 6 nights with 4 people. The apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. We were able to sleep wonderfully in the beds. The open kitchen/kitchen-living room our main place to stay. Although we didn't have good weather, time hasn't been long for us. We met Johan. He is very nice and took good care of us. Thank you Johan

The cottage was just as we expected - there was everything we needed. Patrik is a great host. Shortly before our arrival my husband suffered a foot injury. Patrik was very supportive and helped us manage this issue. Thank you!

Our stay in Vitaby was amazing. We appreciated Mats hospitality and lodging. I hope you get a chance to meet Mats. He’s great. The place had beautiful peaceful views, the beds were comfortable, and the decor was great. We would stay again.

Very nice and charming accommodation that suited us perfectly for a one night stay. Close to Simrishamn, by car it took about 15 minutes. Quiet and nice around the apartment, nature just outside. The host Lindsey is very nice and gave us all the instructions we needed before arrival. We can warmly recommend it 😊

Had a great weekend at Jonny's place; good accommodation and really nice garden where we got to take fruit and berries. Was very easy to communicate with and was always available for questions. Very satisfied!

Beautiful location, in a quiet village and beautiful rural surroundings. Proximity to Ystad and beach. Definitely recommended.

We rented Petra's nice house 4 nights over new year to get away from the big city's firecrackers and rockets. The house worked great for us (me, my roommate, our nine-month-old baby and our leapid dog). Petra was very friendly and quick in his communication. The house was incredibly cozy and well equipped, and there was plenty of old-world charm while feeling fresh and recently renovated. We mostly stayed at home and indoors due to the weather but appreciated our dog and carriage walks in the area. Great grocery stores are a short drive away and we lacked nothing during our stay. Would love to come back another time!

Easy to find the house, modern contemporary design with spacious open plan kitchen. The house is close to the fishing hamlet and sea (other side of the main road) and near the Automat (self service shop).

We felt very comfortable with Kristin. The house is very nicely furnished and there is everything you need. Great recommendations for restaurants, beaches, etc. Communication was quick, friendly, and proactive. Everything very clean and Kristin is very helpful and very friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Such a nice and cozy house. Located in a beautiful place surrounded by fields and horse pastures. Tidy and really cozy with a large fireplace in the living room. Fine than pictures. Everything was in the kitchen. We bathed in the wood fired hot tub. We also paid extra for breakfast and it was really good with freshly baked rolls and everything we could wish for! We stayed one night, but will be happy to come again and recommend the accommodation.

A gem by the sea. Jörgen's incredibly friendly response and local tips made the stay a really nice experience! Will definitely recommend Jörgen's accommodation to others who want to experience something extra ordinary!

Had a wonderful week at Kicki and Martin's place in Österlen. Absolutely magical home in an incredibly beautiful setting. Will miss the sunsets at the field. Close to beaches and other places of interest. Highly recommend!🥰🌻

I traveled from the US to Kristianstad to visit my grandson. I got a bit turned around and texted Anna for help. Her fast response and clear instructions sure helped after 20 hours travel! The apartment looks like the pictures and is very clean. The bed is comfortable! The location is close to all the restaurants and retail shops. Very walkable The apartment is quiet, safe and well appointed. With some morning coffee and breakfast cooked my mornings were quite relaxing. I’d definitely reach out to Anna on my next visits! The apartment was very nicely equipped, very tasteful. All clean and cozy. Everything there was that you needed. Jane was very helpful and quick to reply Were 2 nights there would also love to come back

We were very comfortable when we arrived. The apartment was sparkling clean and nicely modern. We were able to cook very well because the kitchen was well designed for this. The large bathroom with the shower were also extremely comfortable. We also used the balcony regularly and the view of the water was of course super nice. The sleeping area was great, just an extra blackout would have been great. Great was the free parking and the keyless access to the apartment. We had a lovely time here during our Denmark-Sweden tour.

A central accommodation perfect for 4 people with spacious surfaces and a newly renovated bathroom. Welcoming and nice host couple who welcomed us and helped when we had concerns. Nice to not have to bring towels/sheets. Clear instructions. Recommend!

So we had a lovely week with Anne. The kitchen had everything we needed and the fridge stocked for breakfast on arrival was awesome. The yard is idyllically located and the animals were a highlight even for our three-year-old son. Yes, the yard is located in such a way that you have to go everywhere by car - but that's how we know it from Sweden. And you don't go far for great excursion destinations in all directions.

Super nice place with a great location right on the beach. Daniel is a great host and was very easily accessible and also reached us through excursion destinations himself. The only downside was the not quite darkenable bedroom, which was quite unusual in connection with the spots always turned on at night on the outside of the building. If in doubt, you'd prefer to bring a sleeping mask, then that's fine.

Absolutely fantastic location in well planned apartment. There are both beach, restaurants, exercise trails, camping store, ice cream kiosks close by. Rented a bike at the campsite so you can also bike to restaurants, shop further away. Fresh and new apartment. Clean. Absolutely ok sofa bed in the living room as well! Not always they are ok to sleep in but we slept well two adults in it. The teenagers slept well in the double bed and the 10 year old and daybed. Perfect. Also well equipped kitchen.. Fredrik and Matilda were accommodating and responded quickly.
