Tiptop accommodation, beautiful common space, clean and cozy. The ski bus described in the listing does not exist, you have to take a bus and change trains - we then took the car. All in all highly recommended!

We were a group of 9 adults, a baby and a dog. Villa has been great for the number of people. We felt right at home and would recommend it. Amenities were great and the whole area was well maintained. The communication was also very good and we always got a quick response.

Very comfortable, spacious cottage. The cottage had everything you needed. Clean everywhere. The neighborhood is very nice. The owner is very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely recommended accommodation: spacious, clean and always enough hot water even if 8 people had to shower! A really pleasant AirBnB experience, even with a view of the mountains. 10/10 Check in absolutely hassle-free, just follow the instructions.

This huge house has been lovingly furnished and has been very suitable for our group with its many rooms. It has lots of spacious common area such as living room and kitchen.

We spent a wonderful week in the house Barbara with our three children. The view is breathtaking. Everything is there - from the grill to the microwave - there are also plenty of dishes. In addition, it is very clean and maintained. The contact with Christina was very nice and warm. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful house in a beautiful area in Austria with lots of opportunity for Outdoor activities in an incredible landscape. Bruno & Sabine were excellent hosts who welcomed us v warmly, were very responsive and made us feel completely at Home. We had a great stay and will not hesitate to return in the future

The 7 of us spent a wonderful week over New Year at the Villa. Firstly I cannot stress enough how wonderful Gunther was a host - even though he was flying out as we drove through Austria, we got very clear and helpful instructions and the manual within the house was just a source of information. The house was beautifully appointed, very clean and with all the mod-cons you could ask for. The Kitchen was exceptionally well equipped for cooking for many people and there was plenty of seating round the dining table. The bedrooms were all comfortable with quality linen and towels - which makes such a difference to a stay. The location in Motz is beautiful and peaceful, and we enjoyed the morning stroll to the bakery and the supermarket for breakfast before exploring all the region has to offer. I would say having a car is a benefit as going to Swarovski world, or up the mountain, or to a medieval town or just into Innsbruck dinner is easier with a car.

Our family holiday started in Rust, Germany and ended in Munich, we enjoyed our holiday in Germany and this was a great location if you’re looking to travel around the City!

Thomas is a wonderful-wonderful host. He shared all kind of info that made our stay ‘like a local’. Also the space was very nice, clean, spacious, with everything you need for an excellent stay. If you’re up to skiing/hiking, then it’s a very cool area, so many ski resorts near.

We had a great weekend in Mietingen. Julia and Tobi were very helpful and very easily accessible - we will be back!
