Beachfront holiday rental in Ossipee

My family and I stayed at Johanna’s place for 3 nights and it was perfect! We had so much space and the house was so clean. Located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood perfect for the dogs! We loved our stay!

Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

This was a great get away. Right on the lake with the convenience of using their kayaks, row boat, and peddleboat. Also had an array of life jackets for everyone to be safe. Scenery is beautiful, location is peaceful! We read, kayaked, played pinpong in their basement, sat around the firepit and listened to nature! The house is exactly how you see it in the pics, plus better! The home is spotless and has everything you need! Host Heidi is very responsive! They even have many board games and puzzles to play. Another wonderfully relaxing stay! We really enjoyed the new screened in porch for morning coffee, late afternoon snacks, and evening games. The rainy days were just as lovely as the beautiful ones. We enjoyed the cozy gas stove on the cooler days, and we just couldn't have been more delighted by the welcome note and gift upon our arrival.

This was the perfect place to get away for a few days. Julie was beyond accommodating and very helpful. The house was great and has so many fun things to do to keep everyone entertained! Cooking was easy in the fully stocked kitchen! Can’t wait to come back again :)

A great stay at Karen's place. She was very responsive to any questions and when we asked, she recommended places for us to eat. Great stay! The place is very modern and extremely cozy. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. One thing I was not expecting was that there were no blinds on any of the windows which bothered me a little as I am a very private person.

Wow. Just wow. We were truly enchanted by this cottage and its stunning surroundings. The cottage was clean, comfortable and stocked with so many essentials...and then some! The pond was MAGICAL. MaryBoone provided all the essentials for a perfect stay; kayaks, canoes, outdoor fireplace, grill, plenty of seating and even fishing tackle! Some of our favorite moments included paddling around the pond all day, enjoying Happy Hour in the gazebo and gathering around the fire after dinner. We can't wait to return!

Best getaway for 2 sisters. We each had our own bed in a quiet area away from the street, but still very close to everything. The place was spotless, comfortable and so relaxing. Perfect location for access to the breakfast (across the street), dinner (next door) and Daddy's Homemade Icecream on the other side for dessert. So much to do, we had to get choosy. Neighbors are very welcoming as well. Thank you so much.

Me and my family had an awesome stay. The house was great with lots of space and places to sleep. We were 8 ppl and there was more than enough room. Garage/game room was awesome I just wish it was insulated with some heat we had to wear our coats to be comfortable, of course the weather was 26F so it was expected. The rest of the house was warm and cozy. I would love to rent this same house in the summer it must be amazing with the view of the lake. One more thing is although there are 2 bathrooms its more like 1 because the second bathroom upstairs has a little door that leads to the room with the 4 beds so the other people not staying in that room didn’t use that bathroom to not get walked in on unexpectedly. Overall I still gave this place 5 stars and it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed and the host is very responsive and accommodating.

Stunning property! Amazing location to beach, shops and restaurants. From the clean and beautiful decor, to deck views of the ocean to the plunge pool, everything about our stay was just perfect. We will be back!

This is the second time we have stayed. It is exactly as advertised and works well for us. The kitchen is a real plus as we like to cook for the group. It is very clean and the communication with staff/owners is very easy.

The location was perfect and just as described. Just a 2 min walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and other sites. Charming condo and perfect for 2 people looking for a little time away from it all. Highly recommend this location

I stayed at Mark and Mary's lake house for three days together with my parents, my four kids and some extended family. We had a truly lovely stay. The house was beautiful, the lake peaceful, and Mark and Mary's hospitality was second to none. They were very responsive to every question/request, super helpful and and hospitable. I'd return for another stay without hesitation.

The pictures don't do the home & grounds justice. Great walk-in beach for the kids with lots of toys to play with for our young kids. Relaxing and calm place to unplug.

Our stay was awesome. Being right on the water was great for fishing and playing fetch with the dog. The house was perfect and the views were great.

Beautiful house. Patrick was amazing and quick to respond to my questions. I would definitely rent again and you wouldn’t be disappointed. Nice, quiet weekend to getaway and relax. Close to skiing too, a bonus.

My friends and I loved our stay here! The house is absolutely beautiful and the views are unbelievable. We actually ended up changing our Saturday plans just to be able to spend more time hanging out at the house, enjoying the beautiful deck and views. We loved making s'mores by the outdoor fireplace. The house is cozy, the kitchen is modern, beautiful, and well-stocked, everything was clean, and the beds were plentiful and comfy. Suzette was responsive and check-in/check-out is easy. Parking IS tight, and the road is a little narrow, so maybe leave the Escalade at home and bring your smaller car. ;) The house is close to restaurants (we highly recommend music bingo at Patrick's Pub on Friday nights) and there are a lot of stores in the area in case you forget anything at home. :) Meredith is only a short drive away and has cute little shops, a winery, and a sculpture walk. We're already talking about wanting to go back!
