Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Osimo

Ours was a wonderful stay. Stefano's welcome: impeccable. The very modern apartment, with sea views, has all the comforts of home. We found a small welcome expense and a wide selection of breakfast products. Free street parking. In front of the apartment: bars, pastry shops, fruit and vegetable shop and cut pizzeria. Everything was perfect!

We were 2 adults and 2 children, and we went in October. The place is residential and quiet. The apartment is new, with good appliances, kitchenware, beds, bathroom and was very clean. There is a dishwasher, and one can cook quietly. There is free street parking on the street. We had no difficulty parking, although in a few days it was not possible to leave the car in front of the apartment. We use the site to visit San Marino, Grotte di Frasassi, Amandola, Ascoli Piceno and Senigallia. Giovanna was an excellent host. We recommend the site.

Alice was very helpful, efficient and friendly. She sorted a wifi problem quickly.

Had every item imaginable, thats something i haven’t encountered ever. Friendly, responsive host. Everything was perfect. You would think this was too good to be true, but it really was good and true.

Very nice apartment. Welcoming and super responsive host. A very small WiFi problem otherwise the rating would be the highest. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants an enchanting timeless destination that has been able to subjugate us and take us to dazzling medieval festivals.

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

Stephano and Alessandro were super friendly. They always answered right away or tried to help us when we needed something. We were astonished with their sympathy and care for us. Casa del sole is a very beautiful home, for friends, family or even a great stay for a workation. We will definitely come back :)

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

This place is a corner of paradise! Michele's house is cozy, beautiful with all the comforts available. Michele is a kind host, always available, we appreciated the tips on walks in the surroundings, restaurants and in general the stories in the area, which is nothing short of wonderful! Very kind and helpful host, very clean place and with everything you need (really family-friendly). Arianna's attention to detail has made the rainy days more enjoyable for every member of the family (our little girl loved all the books and games made available!!). It was also nice to make friends with the locals in the square!

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The house is really nice: tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. It was a convenient starting point for a few trips. Too bad Cesano doesn't offer much: those who only look for tranquility will be in the ideal place. Returning home, we will miss the balcony overlooking the sea! Andrea and his wife were always very helpful.

It was a special four days in Ancona. Very comfortable apartment, extra clean and fantastically equipped. We found literally everything for a perfect getaway. What an absolutely brilliant place to stay, right in the centre of Grottammare. The apartment looked brand new, it’s very spacious for a couple and has everything you might need from a fully equipped kitchen, a proper espresso machine and even a washer and drier. We were very warmly welcomed and the local wine was a nice touch. It’s perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Grottammare has to offer but despite being central noise is no problem with the windows closed and there’s AC if you need. Would 100% stay again as it was great.

Centrally located Thoughtful decor and very clean when you arrive. Quiet condominium but on a very busy road ( fixtures dampen a lot but not entirely) Simone is the polite and punctual cohost: a real gentleman. Attention to the garage: I don't think it is possible to have comfortable access with large cars or SUVs and in addition the place assigned to the apartment (at the bottom right) must be used on the contrary (guide side attached to the wall) with maneuvers, we had no problems with a small car. Street parking during my ( August) almost impossible to find street parking. Highly rated bikes.
