We stayed at Marilyn’s home for 3 nights. The location was absolutely amazing and the home was immaculate. The view of Keuka Lake was beautiful and yet so close to town. Marilyn was quick to respond to all questions prior to our visit and provided everything we needed during our stay. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend.

Naomi’s home is lovely, would highly recommend! It’s the perfect location close to many wineries and restaurants and has a beautiful view of the lake. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub as well. We can’t wait to return!

Had a last-minute business trip to Watkins Glen, and all of the decent hotels had limited availability. This place was perfect. We found a restaurant right down the street and ate there both nights. Dunkin Donuts was almost directly across the street, so we didn't even bother with the coffee maker in the morning. Hot tub was a nice bonus on the 2nd night!

We absolutely loved our stay at Joe's guest house. It was private and peaceful. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect to some of our favorite spots along Keuka Lake. Additionally, Joe was an exceptional host. His communication was so clear and helpful, and he made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed at all times. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip down to the lake!

Beautiful home in a peaceful, private location. We were so comfortable and felt right at home! The large open concept kitchen and living room were perfect for family cooking and visiting. Incredibly comfortable reclining couches in the living room. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening, in the screened in gazebo. Perfect Airbnb for a fall get away! An awesome find! We loved visiting and will visit again on another vacation. The place was clean and neat. The beds are very comfortable. The view was stunning and the privacy was exactly what we were looking for. We saw deer, plenty of fish and some turkeys and squirrels hanging around. The place was so peaceful and relaxing. Mandy was an excellent host and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The cupboards were stocked with snacks and plenty of essentials. Pickleball in the driveway was a fun bonus that we had not considered. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the place to be. Looking forward to another visit.

we have stayed at roughcut properties multiple times..what you see is what you get,always clean and comfortable. their customer service is outstanding!!! we travel a good bit with our dogs which can be challenging finding places that meet our requirements for us and them and roughcut has it all..anytime we are in the area we will be staying with them. They go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasurable as you expect it to be.. thanks so much.

We had a fantastic time at Jim and Nancy’s place. There were detailed labels and instructions for all of the lighting, switches, and amenities in the house which made it very easy to get comfortable and familiar as soon as we arrived. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well stocked with everything you could need to feel right at home. We enjoyed relaxing by the gas fireplace and being able to look out the back windows to wildlife enjoying the bird feeders. There were suggestions in the breakfast nook for things to do nearby. We ended up checking out Martin’s pantry which was absolutely delicious. Nancy was thoughtful and quick to respond, and helped make for an overall great relaxing weekend getaway
