Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Osaka

great location, super quiet. could use more heating in the winter (bathroom & shower cold), but would totally stay again!

Beautiful Japanese cottage, very clean and functional, a little far from the center, but it was perfect like that , because quiet neighborhood and the bus stop is right in front of the entrance, very nice experience

This was our second time staying here. The elevator is great for luggage and there is plenty of space for a large group. Would definitely stay whenever I am in Osaka with a group.

It is a pretty accommodation located in a quiet village near Arashiyama. There is a Landen Line station nearby, and a bus stop that leads to the city. The accommodation was tidy, and the host's quick and friendly response made it a pleasant trip to Kyoto!

Since it is near Tengachaya Station, it is convenient to travel to the airport and downtown areas such as Dotonbori. Although it was next to the train road, the gap between trains was very long, so I could barely feel the noise.

It was really great experience to stay at traditional Japanese home in Kyoto. We really appreciate the hospitality of the host.

I stayed with my parents who came to celebrate my daughter's birthday (one year old). There were friendly fixtures for small children, such as a garbage box for diapers, and I had a comfortable stay. It also has all the furniture, dishes, etc. We had a relaxing stay at home to welcome our family.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Yoshihiro was excellent with communication and very helpful. We received a lovely welcome note and basket of treats. The apartment is spacious with two tables to sit at and a kotatsu which my adult children loved. The kitchen has everything you need although we ate out as there are many restaurants to choose from. There is a nice Nepalese / Indian restaurant close by. There are stairs up to the property and inside, which everywhere in Japan tend to be steeper than the UK. The apartment was clean and tidy and had different towels available, the bedding, (December) was very cosy. The area around is modern with excellent pavements and there are several rail stations close by, JR Shin-Osaka is around a 15 minute walk and we used another closer station about 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again if we came to the Osaka area.

The house with the Japanese style was great. With a very beautiful and relaxing garden. The area is very pleasant and quiet to rest after a long day. The host is very responsive and attentive to requests throughout the stay. If I come back to Kyoto, I plan to take over the same place.

The B&B was beautiful, and Yuki was still very considerate to prepare the fruit bread for us.Perfect for multiple people traveling together (this time we were 11 people).It was a wonderful time.

We just spent 2 weeks staying at this wonderful airbnb as a multigenerational family of 7, with kids aged 1-7. We booked because of all of the previous reviews, and it even exceeded the high expectations that I already had. We had plenty of beds to choose from across the 3 levels and more than enough toilets. The Japanese appliances in the kitchen and wash room were a highlight of our trip as they made it feel like so much more of a cultural experience than staying in just a hotel. The host went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, including having plenty of food, snacks and drinks waiting for us when we arrived late at night. She also helped us find a hospital for our son and checked in on us afterwards. The location was super easy to become familiar with and there were plenty of things to do nearby and a few subway lines to choose from. We would 100% stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. So glad we booked here in the end.

The place is very nice. It's like a renewed machiya (a traditional japanese house) a which is what's advertised by the way and it may look a bit weird or maybe a bit dark for someone not accustomed to them. It was our experience just when we entered the house. But that sense of weirdness went away really fast and we really enjoyed it. It's cozy and even though there was very cold outside, we were very well inside. It's well equipped and we didn't have to worry for anything. It's near a Life supermarket where we got reasonable priced tasty food and Nijo station which made access to Kyoto station and other places looks like a breeze. Nijo castle and the imperial palace are near too. We got beautiful memories from Kyoto, a really beautiful city and Hana's place was part of it. Thank you very much!

Clean and nice space for large groups!

We stayed 10 days at the villa to be able to explore the city and its surrounding areas at our pace (we have 2 kids and a baby). We really enjoyed the space and its amenities (the bath is amazing!). The host is very friendly and responsive, he even got us a coffee machine after we asked (I’m sure other guests will appreciate!) and answered all of our questions promptly. The house is in a quiet residential area with grocery stores and convenience stores within short walking distance. I would just make sure to bring an eye mask because the bedrooms are very luminous in the morning. Don’t hesitate to book!

I stayed with the limited number of people, but every room was very clean and clean, and there was a TV in the bath, which was great! It was so good that I really wanted to make it my own home! They were kind and accommodating, and it was a pleasant memory.Thank you!
