Uniquely located 170 meters from the most beautiful and best sandy beach in Aarhus. Perfect combination of holiday with beach and city. The house is stylish and well laid out for a wonderful family holiday where you can listen to the waves on the terrace, play football, jump on the trampoline in the large garden and rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower. The heart of the house is the lovely newly renovated kitchen-living room where you open onto a cozy terrace. Please be aware that you must bring your own bed linen & towels.

Newly built wooden house (128 sqm) in quiet surroundings with access to its own 56 sqm balcony; shared electric heated wilderness bath (by agreement) and garden. There is a fantastic panoramic view of the countryside and a view of the Bay of Aarhus from every room and the balcony. The bedroom with a double bed, 50" TV and plenty of closet space. The kitchen has 4 hot plates, oven, microwave, fridge and kitchen sink. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, tub and 2 sinks. Living room with dining area armchair, sofa and 50" TV.

Large charming villa from 1898 with a lovely private garden and good terraces. 274 sqm divided over 3 floors. The garden is enclosed by old trees and green shrubs, which create a cozy and private atmosphere. Here you can enjoy and cook homemade food on the Weber grill. In the garden, there's a trampoline for the kids. The property is located in the center of Aalborg and only 2,5 km from the historic centre of Aalborg. The lovely waterfront at Limfjorden is in walking distance and can be reached in just 10 minutes.

This brick master villa is lovely, with natural wear and tear after private residence for several years. From this centrally located beautiful, spacious and charming villa, all guests have easy access to everything. The villa is located between the botanical garden, the university park and a 10 minute walk to the city's many eateries and activities. The villa is super cozy and nicely decorated with tasteful furniture and here is plenty of space - both on the flowery terrace, in the garden and in the villa's three different living rooms, large kitchen rooms and four rooms, one of which has a huge sleeping home.

Bring the whole family to this great place to stay, with plenty of room for fun and coziness. It has a large outdoor heated pool, trampoline, swing stand, two large terraces, and garage. The house consists of two children's rooms, a master-bedroom, large living room, kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as home gym and laundry in the basement. A small pet-friendly cat lives in the house, with its own entrance and exit, but would like some food and drinks during your stay.

Enjoy your holiday in this bright and friendly semi-detached house, set back on a small, cul-de-sac road - right next to a small lake and lovely nature in a cozy village just 15 km from Aarhus (the light rail goes directly in there).
