The house is beautiful and well kept. The view is amazing and it is a very peaceful area that goes through a beautiful valley not far from Hellesylt Many waterfalls and mountains are along the way.

The house is very nicely filled with all the equipment a family might need, such as kitchen utensils, linens and towels. The view was absolutely stunning and the landlords were nice and communicated well with us. They always helped us out when needed✨

Beautiful home in the mountains My family and I stayed in Hornindal for a few nights and the home was cozy and peaceful. It had everything we needed, even for our 1 year old. It was a bit of a drive from the Stryn/Loen area, where we spent most of our time, though the drive had amazing views so we didn’t mind at all! The only downside was that there wasn’t wifi, but we were okay without it :) The house had many rooms, so it was a bit big for the three of us, but definitely great for a bigger family. I recommend!

Great cozy house. An older house but with modern amenities - lovely cute kitchen. A little floor cold, but with three fireplaces in the house and the legs in the sofa, you have a great time here. Some raw in the city center, but earplugs available in the bathroom fix it.

This was our second time visiting Moon Valley Lodge and it was such a pleasure to come back! After we enjoyed ourselves so much last year, it was an easy choice to put this year's team-building gathering here again. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped – perfect for both work and relaxation. Ida, our host, was as accommodating and helpful as last time, and made sure that everything went smoothly. The beautiful location and peaceful surroundings provide a wonderful setting for both creativity and tranquility. Ending the evenings in the warm stomp, looking up to the starry sky, was an experience we can really recommend! We highly recommend Moon Valley Lodge and look forward to returning again!

We had 10 wonderful days at this place. It was pretty huge, very cozy and had everything we could need to live there. We could also start different trips every day to go hiking, fishing, exploring the Dovrefjell or visiting Ålesund for one day. The Northern Lights at the last evening directly in front of and over our garden have been the perfect ending for a great time in this magical area. Even when the weather got a bit more worse we just lightened up the fireplace, started cooking fish soup and had a cozy, calming day at home during the storm. Vilde was very friendly, communicative and always open to get in touch with us for any ideas or questions. Thanks for having us and all the best!

Kari was welcoming and friendly. Her place was lovely with lots of thoughtful touches and amenities that we appreciated. It was an easy drive into downtown Alesund and was a great base for our travels!

We spent a night at Sylvi's apartment and were happy with it. The location is very nice, and the apartment area is quiet. Communication with Sylvy was very good at all times. As for the apartment, it is very spacious and has many kitchen utensils if you want to cook, a large area of these, a practically new and very clean bathroom and a spacious room, enough for two people to sleep.

Beautiful place to stay!! Lena has thought of every amenity to make our stay comfortable. Very accommodating, allowing early check-in as well as providing helpful insight into things to do. Their adorable chocolate lab was so friendly and sweet! Highly recommend.

This was our second stay with Jon Robert & Anna. It is a beautiful place across a small road from the lake with mountain views - including views of waterfalls & the glacier. The apartment is decorated with personal touches, making you feel like you are at home. There are MANY things to do just a drive away. Ålesund is only an hour away. We also drove to Runde (the famous bird island) from here. Jon Robert has a printed guide book with exact routes on driving tours of the area. He is so helpful and friendly. The apartment is very clean, and in very good condition.

We spent three weeks in this beautiful house and felt very comfortable. We really enjoyed the modern and cozy decor with the fantastic views. The pool, the terrace and the absolutely quiet location let you relax immediately. From the house there are many excursion destinations such as Ålesund, the Geirangerfjord, Trollstigen or the Atlantic Road, all easily accessible. We would love to come back again and again. Thank you to Eirik and family for having us as your guests!

The location is stunningly beautiful and we were happy to find some lovely hiking trails on the next street over which connect into the local trail system and run for miles. We had plenty of space with the numerous bedrooms and were happy to see the property had a washer/dryer combo for taking care of laundry mid-trip. This cabin made a wonderful base to explore the area and the only downside was that we didn't have more days to stay here!

A welcoming home in a beautiful location. We felt right at home from the moment we got there. The views out each window are stunning and we were fortunate to have a perfect viewpoint of the northern lights while we were there. The home is immaculate with everything you need for an inviting and peaceful stay. It is in a location which made day trips to Loen and Geiranger easy to get to or you could stay close to home and head to the many hiking trails right outside the front door. Stian was a perfect host….making sure we had everything we needed and left clear, helpful instructions for the home. We would come back to this Airbnb without hesitation.
