Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Oroklini

We rented this place for a month, and Stavros made us feel very welcome and very well looked after. He provided a baby bed, baby bath and a security gate upon request, and delivered to the property home made cakes and home-grown fruits from the family farm. We were very comfortable staying here, and were sad to leave; we could have happily stayed for a month longer. Thank you again to Stavros for a wonderful stay in Cyprus!

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

Totally enjoyed the place. Planning to return soon.

This is our second time that we have stayed at Zoe's house and have been so happy with the property. It has great location to many restaurants in and around Oroklini not forgetting the lovely beaches. Hoping to return very soon. Thanks again Zoe x.

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Lars. Check out was excellent with Petra meeting us there and explaining everything to us. The air bnb was immaculate, private, homely and the best equipped air Bnb I’ve stayed in. The outlook onto the beach was beautiful and it’s a quiet beach with only locals visiting. We used the kayaks as well, great fun. The garden was the stand out for us on our chill days. You do need a hire car but it’s really close to everything with this. Would 100% recommend this.

It was lovely staying at Mene’s place. The pool is beautiful and it was fantastic spending our time relaxing and swimming. The house is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. There were shops nearby we could drive to, and local spots to go for food etc. Mene was really flexible and let us check out late as our flights were later in the day. Very much recommended!

An excellent stay to spend your time in Larnaca. Large supermarket and bakery about 3 minutes away, restaurant options also. The beach is about 7-8 minutes walk. Well furnished and equally room. What it makes even remarkable is Georgia who is very friendly and easy to reach anytime.

The best host possible

It was a pleasure! Newly built apartment with a view, placed near Mackenzie Beach and a lots of restaurants, cafes etc. 10 minutes of walk to the city centre, where you can find any attraction. The apartment is brand new, super clean, very cozy. There is an elevator in the building. All common areas are clean. I felt there like home. The host is super communicative and responds quickly. I highly recommend this apartment as a perfect place to stay.

Andreas prefers to welcome his guests himself and explains everything that is important in the apartment. The location is fantastic with private beach access and large terrace: if you want you can hear the sea rustling from getting up to falling asleep - a dream! Infrastructure is all right from the front door, from the bus stop to the tavern and shopping. We also immediately fell in love with the cats of the residential complex... We will be happy to come back!

Ideally located accommodation, all amenities on foot, downtown beach restaurants bars etc... Impeccable cleanliness, warm welcome, Savas is very friendly and available, everything was planned for us to have an excellent stay, I highly recommend it!

Awesome stay, even for digital nomads looking to work for the period of their stay. In one month of staying here together with my gf we had everything we needed and we felt like home. The apartment is spacious, economical on resources and displays some of the best sunrises you'll ever witness. We cooked regularly when we weren't tempted to eat & drink our coffee from the nearby Zorba + opposite catering. Internet is blazing fast and electricity stable, plus an accessible dedicated parking lot. You can catch the nearby 419 bus in less than 10 mins from the station and the other frequent 425 down the road towards the shore. This is definitely a comeback for our next adventure in Oroklini and the surroundings.

Loved my stay here and ended up extending by a few extra days. Anthi was great and super responsive if I needed anything. The location is great, especially if you don’t drive, buses to the rest of the island are 3 mins walk away, most tours will pick you up either at the address or the main stop a few mins walk away. The beach is super close and lovely. I preferred to cook at home but there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. I got groceries delivered by Wolt which was super convenient. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit ❤️

We loved our stay at Alex’s apartment; the apartment and the building are new, nicely decorated, and perfectly located 2 to 3 streets off the beach & boardwalk. The unit was sparkling clean with spotless sheets and towels, and the host, Alex, went above and beyond by arranging for transportation to and from the airport and answering our questions instantly. He was also super friendly and kind. We’ll be back😊

We staying in the apartment for a few days away. To be able to relax and walk to local restaurants and the beach. It was perfect for that. This is a residential area with day to day activities going on in and around the building. A very short walk to the beachfront and just a few steps to a small local shop where you can get everything you need. Very helpful recommendations from Vanko and a nice, aesthetically pleasing apartment. We would stay again ☺️

Very nice apartment near airport and lovely beach. It is not far from the center, where you can enjoy fun or history. Host was very nice and helpfull. We really appreciate that we could borrow toys for kids for playing on beach. Thank you that we could stay here a enjoy our first meeting with Larnaca :)

Immaculate apartment. Everything was new. They provided everything you could want and more. They were very polite and helpful. They responded very quickly and answered any questions that we had. The area is close to the airport and Mackenzie beach. Easy to walk into Larnaca.

Great place for a weeks stay, lovely balcony and close to everything!!

This is a peaceful village, very close to Larnaca. It was great with a 10-month-old baby since there was a crib and a high chair. The place is full of art and accessories. The kitchen is fully equipped with details. The bath is great and the water is great. The elevator wasn't working although it was mentioned, rather than that, everything was perfect.

The best place we’ve ever stayed! The apartment was very clean, everything worked perfectly, and it was fully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. Demetris is a very kind and helpful host. We traveled with a small baby, and he provided us with a stroller and gave great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The location is perfect – right in the center, close to Saint Lazarus Church and Larnaca Castle. The apartment looks much better, brighter, and cozier than in the photos. Even though it’s in the center, it’s quiet. There’s no sea view, but the balcony is a great spot to relax under the warm Cyprus sun. Netflix was a big plus for relaxing in the evenings. A huge thank you to Demetris for the snacks, drinks, and water – it was exactly what we needed after arriving late with a baby. We felt so welcomed and cared for.

The true definition of a super-host :)

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.
