Farmstay holiday rentals in Orne

We rented Carly and Ewan's cottage for our New Year's Eve stay, 12 people and a big dog for 5 days. Carly and Ewan's home and welcome are extra ordinary and warm. We were surprised to discover a big chocolate cake and sweets upon arrival. The places are clean, spacious, functional, and stylishly decorated with ample, high quality amenities. We rented dozens of airbnb cottages and this is by far the best we've occupied. We would highly recommend it.

We spent only one night , but this lady and very nice , very quiet environment, very clean and holy accommodation, we slept very well I think it's not that the fact that it's in the countryside , the mattress and pillows is super comfortable , nothing to say , we will come back in summer for the setting that we were not able to enjoy 🥰

Domaine de la Renardiere is a great place for peace and privacy. The house is cozy and comfortably furnished. The location makes you feel directly connected to the surrounding overwhelming nature. A great place to relax completely. In the area, all amenities are a few kilometers away, so we didn't miss anything.

The fireplace warmed the atmosphere well because we had a disastrous climatic episode ( rain, ice, wind, cold) The warm atmosphere of this house was a great asset to spend this time with family. Absolutely divine this house as much as nature surrounding it, comfortable, welcoming, fully equipped, beautiful garden in front of a small pond, if you are an early riser, take the opportunity to see deer, foxes, rabbits and libs as well as to hear the last "good night" of the owls (hibous) perched in the huge circle of trees around. I will thank our super welcoming hosts again for their kindness and flexibility. In winter and summer, spending days here, surrounded by nature, is rather healer too ("Lonely Hearts Club Band" - listen up!).

We had a great time. When we arrived the apartment was nice, there was space to park, and the place is really quiet with cows as neighbors. Monique was very friendly, accommodating for check-in and checkout, and very responsive by message. A little bonus that really touched us: a jar of jam and apple juice (which we loved!) in the fridge. Nearby there is a small village with everything you need, in terms of activities there are many nearby (30/40 min) zoo, canoeing, bowling, cinema... I recommend it.

Alan and Heather were very welcoming and helpful, always ready to respond to our needs. The place was easily located and easy to get to. We were lucky to have beautiful weather and enjoyed the pool. In fact, we were even able to enjoy it in rainy weather thanks to a specific shelter installed for this purpose. Regarding the equipment, there is everything you need (kitchen, bathroom...) The cottage also has a large green space, a large area for children with several games and a barbecue.

Such an amazing long weekend! We stayed at the concombre cottage that was picturesque, extremely clean and a haven of peace! Faye was responsive, such a welcoming host both for us and our puppy, and we were all very sad to leave! Will be back as soon as possible!

Beautiful place. Beautifully kept and furnished. All the amenities were amazing too. The house worked really well for 8 adults, the garden areas are fantastic too. Well equipped, cosy, comfortable and clean. We had a great week there with our family

Exotic and relaxing!!! We spent 3 days in this atypical and charming accommodation. The decoration is in very good taste. Comfort is optimal. And the place was spotless. If you want to treat yourself to a quiet break and surrounded by nature and forest, this is the perfect place

We had a great weekend with friends in this beautiful and large house. All the bedrooms are spacious, the seating area is very nice, we could all be comfortably settled. The wood burning stove was really nice too. The hand towel equipment in the bathrooms and kitchen with sponge dish soap etc was a real plus to make it easier for us on a weekend. Thanks again to Janet and Lee for your trust and your basket filled with local products upon arrival delighted us!

We loved this place! We wish we had been able to stay longer! The property conversion is fantastic and the result of some incredible work. The host was very welcoming and even left us with some fresh bread, butter and jam! We loved the location. Very private but with the host nearby in case we needed anything. Our little dog was made to feel very welcome also. The place cosy, we even got to watch some English TV! We will be back and next time we will stay longer!

As a person who has travelled to all six continents and stayed in some wonderful places, I rate La Buslière right up there. The ‘horse box’ is luxurious - the bed is super comfortable, tastefully furnished and the bathroom and kitchen are perfect to ensure a special experience. The location is idyllic and the garden is a stunning Yip and Paul are fantastic hosts. Their passion for their ‘village’ is tangible and translates into a wonderful experience of being invited to share their special place. Can’t wait to get back there

What a beautiful place in beautiful surroundings. We had such a wonderful time staying here. Edward, our host, was very welcoming of us and our four dogs. The gite was perfect, had everything we needed and was clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was powerful, we could cook, BBQ, eat indoors or enjoy eating outdoors. Edward had even provided some wine, cheese, butter, milk, bread, jam, juice, shower gel, shampoo etc. in fact everything to get us started and more. There were plenty of good quality towels to use too and we used the sofa bed in the living area for one night for a family member and the sheets were all provided and it was comfortable. The grounds are amazing and it is so peaceful. The perfect place to relax and unwind. I cannot recommend this place enough and if Edward will host us again then we will be back!

La Christabelle is a beautiful cottage in the middle of beautiful countryside! The house is perfectly equipped, decorated with great taste and remarkable cleanliness! The quality of the bedding and the warmth of the stove make it a very comfortable resting place, and the calm and beauty of the surrounding countryside still add charm to this beautiful place! Finally, Peter is very responsive and warm in his exchanges, we feel the great attention paid to welcoming guests! We can't wait to come back!

Pleasant stay in the calm of the countryside. Beautiful garden, views of fields, and woods. Excellent starting point for all our excursions to discover Le Perche. Luckily the guest room between the owners and us was only rented one night during our week-long stay. Caroline and Bruno are very welcoming and took care of us in a very friendly way. Thank you, we will keep a lovely memory of our vacation by your side and under the sun!

We were looking for a quiet place and it's ideal for recharging The house is comfortable and very well-equipped. The bedding is very good quality! The first shops are a little far away but it allows you to visit the small villages or towns nearby Sabine was a very nice and responsive host We strongly recommend this vacation spot
