A very beautiful and well maintained accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood, this place is just as it is in photos. this accommodation surely provides luxury and comfort as my partner and I felt really at home. The apartment was spotless, tastefully finished bathroom, and a well spacious kitchen to make meals with utensils available. Stayed over for 2 nights and had no issues whatsoever. My partner and 1 enjoyed every bit of it and Will definitely be calling again.

Really enjoyed our stay at David’s apartment. It’s in a quiet cul de sac yet handy for the centre of Lytham which is a short walk away as is the promenade. The apartment was warm and comfortable with spacious rooms and a good kitchen for preparing meals. David was a very helpful host. We would stay here again.

We stayed one night for a LFC game. Comfortable and clean apartment very close to the city center. Can highly recommend

Spacious, great amenities, close to the Wintergarden and beach. clean and quiet. There are steep steps to get inside and the shoer/tub is high. Not a problem for us but would be if you have mobility issues.

Terrific host, very good location in the middle of city centre close to everything. Instructions clear from the beginning, easy to find and always easy communication! Highly recommended!

As a family of 4 this was a perfect find. Backing onto a beautiful lake and park. The property was beautifully set out with everything we needed including games for the kids to enjoy and a selection of books to read. Three bathrooms available one conveniently down stairs. Very spacious lounge, kitchen and dining. Close to supermarkets and a short walk into the main town. Train station a short walk again it was easier to catch train to Blackpool and cheaper than paying for parking. Plenty places to charge if you have an ev car. Hayley was the perfect host ensuring the heating was on for when we arrived and really responsive from start to finish. This is definitely somewhere I would recommend and will keep in my wish list. Great stay at David's house. Very clean and as per the pictures. Good quality furnishings etc so really comfortable. Easy parking with a permit provided. The house is furnished in a fresh and tasteful manner and it was lovely and warm inside for our stay in February. In the summer the outside space would be great for barbecues. David quickly got back to us with any questions we asked and the house is very near to Goodison Park (even nearer to Anfield). All very good !!

Really good, clean, uncluttered house. Had everything we needed. Brilliant heating control. Very secure. Good kitchen. We had family one day and easily cooked lunch for 8 people. Taxis to the front were cheap - about £6. It was perfect for us.

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

An exceptionally spacious house with a large and very well appointed kitchen and a tremendous lounge (with enormous TV) that is ideal for a large family to enjoy company in comfort. The heating is individually controlled by room via thermostatic radiators which worked well. The kitchen had all the appliances you could need for cooking including two air fryers and a slow cooker. In summary, a great house for a large family or group.

This was the absolute perfect place to stay for our trip - I grew up in the area and now live in Canada. We came back for a family reunion over New Year (my parents live very close by). Holly was super helpful and always responded very quickly to any queries. The house was very welcoming, clean, very well furnished and well equipped. Very quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable beds! Check in instructions were very clear and well communicated. Thank you Holly for helping make our trip very special.

My second stay during February but this time i rented upstairs and downstairs as our party was bigger. The upstairs apartment is Even more special, with a beautiful, spacious reception room and lots of light from two big windows. The bedrooms are on an upper level. Everything well appointed and stylish. Very much at home here.

We booked this house as my Son will be starting work with BAE. We could not believe how close it was to BAE. The house was spotless and on a great link to the bus to Preston, just over the road. Morrisons shop, again 3 minutes walk away. There is a Pub next door but unfortunately was going through a refurbishment so we didn’t get to try the food etc. The garden was well kept as well. The only observation I can make is, it could do with bigger bath towels which on the whole was not the end of the world to us. Over all a great little house. We were very pleased with it.

We stayed in this lovely apartment over the Christmas holiday period. It was exactly as we had hoped. The apartment is in a quiet residential neighbourhood close to Sefton Park and Lark Lane. The apartment had a high level of security and we felt comfortable that our car was in a safe place. The photos of the apartment are very accurate. The main bedroom is very spacious and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. We found the bed very comfortable. The second bedroom is smaller and uses the main bathroom. The living area has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dinner and there was plenty of space. Everything was very clean and warm. The apartment is clearly used and loved by the owners, it has many personal touches which makes it feel very homely. The owners had very kindly decorated the apartment with a lovely Christmas tree, which we really enjoyed. They also left us some lovely goodies. They were very helpful and accommodating regarding flexibility of check in and out.

The summer house was up to standards the hosts were very lovely and we just wanted to say thank you very much for letting us stay with you! We enjoyed every day in the air b&b and hope to come back again. Thank you, From Iris and Ashleigh

Clare was a great host. Our visit didn't go to plan due to family illness and she was extremely supportive and helpful. The house is in a lovely spot and we enjoyed some bracing walks on the beach and the beautiful sunsets. Many thanks, Clare.

Natalie is a fantastic host. She was proactive responsive and provided us with a beautiful place to stay. It was modern clean tidy and equipped with anything you may need . Just a walk from the centre of Liverpool and lots of local shops and places to get things nearby. We have stayed with Natalie before, and I would definitely stay again :)
