Waterfront holiday rentals in Orkland

What an unforgettable experience! The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that exceed expectations. The house is the perfect size, equipped with everything a small family could wish for, and provides all the comforts of home. We stayed over Christmas and New Year’s, arriving to a true winter wonderland. The snowy weather was magical and made our holiday feel even more special. A special thank to Inger-Lise and her family for their incredible hospitality. Their warm welcome and exceptional helpfulness made us feel right at home. It’s rare to feel such a strong connection with a host in such a short time—it was an unexpected highlight of our stay! We wholeheartedly recommend this place for families or couples, whether in winter or summer (we can only imagine how beautiful it must be in warmer months). If conditions are right, you can even see the northern lights directly from the balcony—a truly magical experience.

Very nice location with great views right on the sea. I found the direct access to the big terrace very good. The apartment is comfortably furnished, very well equipped and was super clean. Linda and Børge are very nice.

perfect cabin for a weekend break

We had an amazing stay for a Weekend at the cabin. It is a 1 km Walk from a parking spot to the cabin, which was nice for us. Very nice equipped in a beautiful Valley. Would definitley come again.

We had a wonderful time with lots of snow at Metalhytte! With a fire going and a magical snowscpae outside it was incredibly cozy. Egil was very helpful with every question and communication was easy. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to just spend some time away from everything else. I imiagine it's beautiful in the summer as well :)

just a fantastic place to rent, The location is just one of a kind

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The service was impeccable both before arrival and during the stay – the host was very welcoming, helpful and quick to answer any questions. This made us feel safe and well taken care of the whole time. The apartment was bright, spacious and very well maintained, with a lovely view from the living room and two of the bedrooms that really added the icing on the cake. Waking up to the beautiful view every day was a delight! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, making cooking at home easy and convenient. We really appreciated this, especially when we wanted quiet evenings indoors. All in all, this was an incredibly enjoyable stay and we would highly recommend the apartment to others looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to stay. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area!
