Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Orcas Island

Our time at Carole’s place was one of the best little vacations we had in a while. The views from the cabin are amazing. Every day we enjoyed a beautiful sunset (we had four days of full sunshine). The cabin is very cozy and charming. The kitchen is very clean and well-furnished to prepare meals. The wood stove is perfect to warm the house and gather after walking the beautiful trails of Lopez Island. We enjoyed very much the slow pace of the island, and everyone was so friendly. We would want to come back again.

This cabin was so dreamy! On our drive in, we spotted a beautiful gray fox and a few deer. The forest surrounding the cabin is just beautiful. The cabin had everything we needed. I thought I wouldn’t like to walk to the bath house, but honestly I thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s only a short walk, and it gives you multiple chances to spot wildlife. The bath house is clean and has everything you need. I especially enjoyed the French press coffee and slow mornings reading in the cabin

We loved our stay here! Our kids had a great time at the beach, and loved running around independently in the fenced in yard. We had a great time roasting marshmallows, relaxing, going on forest walks, and walking on the bluffs at Ebey’s Landing! Overall such a lovely experience and really well appointed house. The decor was also so beachy, nautical and cute.

Beautiful Getaway! Our family of 5 (2 adults, 5-year-old, 1-year-old, small dog) spent American Thanksgiving week at Carley's place on Pender Island and had an amazing and relaxing week of family time. The house is even more unique (in the best possible way) than the pictures show, the views are amazing, and the kids spent days just exploring the space. We hiked each day, explored the island, and enjoyed the sunsets and fireplace. The hosts are communicative, and the place has all the amenities you could need. 10/10 would recommend and hope to come back again!

This was the first time I have stayed at an Airbnb. Mathew was very proactive and answered all my questions. When I had to check out earlier than I had planned, he was very kind and made me feel fine about the change.

Louis and Tasha were great at responding and their home was perfect for my partner, dog and I. Very nice couple. Very much recommended this place if you want an easy location within Victoria.

This place is everything you need for a relaxing escape to Pender Island. The space comfortably slept three adults, with a beautiful deck to sit out in the sunshine in the evenings for dinner. The beds were very comfortable, and the place was very clean. The view was picture perfect, and the additional amenities (pool,onsite cafè) were brilliant. As mentioned in the listing, make sure to bring salt, pepper, coffee, oil etc. Thank you Chris for a wonderful time.

It’s a beautiful place with an incredible view . Paul is straightforward and proactive. It’s a good price compared to Poet’s Cover and right next to the ferry terminal. If you come here I hope the following tips help so you can prepare accordingly: 1. There are some flies and ants inside the cabin. 2. There are absolutely no food items here so bring it ALL down to salt and pepper to coffee to cooking oil to shampoo 3. It’s a tight layout I would say it could fit 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. 4. The pool is seasonal- it’s not open all year round 5. The hot water tank is on its way out or it’s small. It didn’t bother us as it was just my husband and I . It would be an issue for those more than 2 who want to take a bath or shower back to back.

Wonderful stay for a small family looking for peace and quiet with easy access to restaurants, shops, and other activities!

We had a wonderful stay. Carlene was easy and quick to communicate such, the cottage had everything we needed, and we loved sitting on the deck enjoying the view. The resort the cottage is part of was helpful since we had our 10-year-old with us. The pool is a big reason we booked here, and the lawn games were an extra bonus we hadn’t expected. We even got to see an otter below the marina dock on our first day - a perfect sighting in Otter Bay!

Jackie’s cottage was charming and reflective of the description. We had everything we needed, and the indoor, private pool was lovely and perfect for a family weekend getaway in a cold, rainy January. Robes in the cottage were available to wear to and from the pool, games and puzzles, and a fire pit with smores (we didn’t partake). Jackie checked in with us by text and mentioned things we might not have noticed. Very helpful and welcoming.

This was a great location to access the ferry. Beautiful sunsets and the occasional seal sighting were experienced from the spacious deck. Pender has lots to see and do.

Budd's place was even better than I expected and I can't wait to return. My friends were also blown away by how stunning it was. It had everything you could possibly need and was such a great escape from the city. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed with Gaye and Len twice now. They’re great hosts. And the place is comfy and spotless. Well appointed and modern throughout, make this a first choice.

West Beach Resort was perfect for our short getaway. My fiancé proposed to me this weekend and he wanted somewhere beautiful to stay. We loved our time here. We even used the hot tub, despite chilly weather. We definitely want to return with our kids.

Very cozy place. The bedrooms were comfortable, dark and quiet for a great nights sleep. I particularly loved the living room and dining room, very spacious and comfortable. The fireplace was easy to use and made for the most cozy winter evenings! The outdoor area was very pretty but the weather was against us so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as I would have liked. We will have to come back in the summer to enjoy the patio more. There’s a pretty creek nearby that you could see and hear, it was very cool. There was also a nice entry area for drying off before going inside. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Thanks so much! We will be back!

Catherine's home was exactly as she described. She was very helpful with directions for getting around the island, gave me some tips around times that things close, where to find nice art. I arrived very late and her place was easy to get into. There was a pretty lighted path to show me the way to the door I needed to use. She is creating a water feature in her yard. It's going to be just gorgeous. The outside space is created for conversation in different settings within the property. If I visit Mayne Island again I will definitely go back.

I had an amazing experience staying here! Everything was exceptional—the space was clean, comfortable, and exceeded all expectations. BOOK KALANI’S CABIN! This place is a dream. The view is otherworldly. The natural beauty is stunning. We were in awe when we arrived - you can’t beat it. The inside of the cabin was so beautifully appointed, it hearkened days of AirBnb past, when it was all about quality - more quaint, cozy and intimate than you could ever find in a hotel. The bedding, furniture, wares and other household items were luxurious, it was clear Kalani puts so much thought into making her guests comfortable. This place stands out as if this is Kalani’s personal use home as well - it doesn’t at all feel like a place filled with Amazon goods on the cheap like most Airbnbs these days. There was coffee, a bottle of wine and a treat for our pup waiting for us, and drawers of snacks and tea, all greatly appreciated! Kalani was proactive and transparent with a few updates to the place and some factors that were helpful to know while traveling with a newborn. 10/10, very memorable stay!

We loved our January stay at Charles & Kristy's place with our two dogs. It was peaceful and beautiful, close enough to drive into Friday Harbor or Roche, but so quiet! The house was cozy and clean. We enjoyed having a fire in the woodburning stove - watching movies, reading, and doing puzzles. Very relaxing spot!
