Had a great stay at Amber's place. She was very communicative and described the place perfectly. Lots of little touches that enhanced the stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Joanna’s home! It was absolutely beautiful and so clean! We had our wedding reception here and it was perfect. We appreciate her so much for allowing us to have it at her home. There were no problems with check in, she was really easy to reach while we stayed there and check out was just as easy. So happy we decided to stay here!!

This was our second stay at this home. Our family loves all it has to offer. There's plenty of room within the house. This place has something for everyone to enjoy! From the media room to the out building to the private beach on the lake, plenty of fun to be had!! Oh, the slide was once again a BIG hit! If you're looking for some r&r, you can just sit on the back patio and enjoy the view of the lake. Our little fur babies loved running in the fenced area that was just for them! I definitely recommend this place.

This place was amazing, very beautiful and cozy. We absolutely loved the kitchen and the hot tub.

We had a full house of guest for my Mom's 80 birthday. We had 13 guest staying at the house and overall about 25 guest on the day of the event. There is plenty of room and we never worried about comfortable and relaxing areas to move about in. The porch area was all our favorite, we cooked out on the grill and spent most of our time for the party outside. The kitchen easily accommodated all our needs. The host was quick to respond back to us if we had questions and she is friendly and pleasant to work with. Had a great stay!

Definitely worth your money! Paola is welcoming and her space is upgraded. I went for my residency at Lamar University and was so glad to have a place to myself.

The house was spacious, clean, well decorated and the comfiest couch ever. Kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay. Hostess set up beautiful Valentine tree and had a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival.

Bridger made the entire process from checkin to checkout as easy as pie. Very clear instructions and he was proactive about making sure we had the information we needed.

Me and my family absolutely loved our stay here! Supper clean, organized and well furnished. Beds are super comfy and restrooms are really clean! We felt right at home. Parking was great! And just everything about our stay here was incredible I really recommend it even if you are just traveling for a getaway weekend.

Very nice home. We had a minor issue with the Hot water heater but it's no fault of the owner. Heather & Robert did their best to accommodate us.

We stayed here for accommodation of family for attending a show at Lutcher Theater. It was convenient and perfect for our needs.

The Nest was very clean and cozy! We enjoyed our stay here and Ginger was a wonderful host! This place has new appliances, beds are comfortable, and nice added touches like small stuffed animals for the kids to play with while there. Ginger was very helpful after I accidentally left a couple of items after our check out time. If we need to rent a place in Groves again it will be The Nest!

Wonderful and comfortable place to stay. My husband was there working at the refineries. Close to his work location. Very comfortable home and quite. He enjoyed his extended stay and will for sure have this place on his list of returning locations. The owners are wonderful people. Great to visit with, and worked great with us on everything. Melinda was very friendly and allowed us to check in early for my graduation at Lamar University The house was in a great area. It was an older house and the heat didn’t work. She did provide space heaters for us though. The house had cat hair all over the place but it may not have been cleaned thoroughly because of the early check in. The only issue was my daughter is allergic to cats so she had a reaction, but we keep benedryl on us so it avoided any major problems. Overall it was a good experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Joshua's place. It looked exactly like the pictures and we exactly what we needed for our stay. Joshua we fast to respond to any questions we had and will book again for our next stay.

Natasha is a very diligent host. immediate responses to all my questions and pleasant throughout. the place is on the North end of Port Arthur which makes it a little bit further away from the beach where I go most of the time. that's the reason for the less than five five star location I'm sure you will have a wonderful time if you go and meet Natasha and enjoy their property.

I had an amazing stay! Everything was exactly as described, and the space was spotless and comfortable. The host Paula and her husband went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even provided some thoughtful touches that made the experience extra special. Highly recommend this place – I’ll definitely be back!

The house was very clean and looked to be newly renovated. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with the owner was very easy. Quite neighborhood. I would stay in this house again.

Thank you, Martin. The home was beautiful, very clean, and your communication was excellent. A true gem, in a safe pretty established neighborhood. It had multiple sitting areas, beautiful large kitchen, very clean (maids did a good job), comfortable for my siblings, parents, and nieces. A blessing it was available on short notice for our family's unexpected stay. 1970's mini mansion vibes (only note, one of the beds was a twin, but that was okay because it was a large room).
