Waterfront holiday rentals in Orange County

Great stay at this loft apartment in Beacon. We visit the area several times a year and will look to return in the future. Graham is a great host who provided very simple instructions for check-in.

My husband and I stayed in The Fashion Suite with our pup over my birthday weekend and we were so comfortable and content we stayed an extra night! The design is the perfect marriage of form and function, with amazing art, a beautiful and well-equipped kitchen and the whitest and fluffiest towels I've seen anywhere. The entryway looks and feels like a beautiful inn-chic, warm and welcoming. The house is right on the river with beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset, even in February. Margarita was an outstanding host, with quick responses and great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. You'll have to drive to the shops and restaurants in Newburgh and Beacon, but Big Mouth coffee opened an outpost that's less than a 10-minute walk with excellent coffee and pastries (on select days). A note for my fellow high-maintenance groomers- the shower has great pressure but it's tight. There is ample space around the sink and storage underneath. I'll definitely be back!

Location being walkable to both the train station and Beacon Main Street is excellent and what we needed for our trip. The place itself was pleasant and cozy. We had 3 of us and could be comfortable being together or in our own space. We even saw deer in the back yard one evening and twice in the yard across the street.

The loft is exactly as advertised; right on the Hudson with beautiful views, near some great restaurants and fully stocked with anything you could need. It felt like being home. Very cozy. Cari is awesome and makes the check in super easy. She was very helpful with suggestions on where to eat and very proactive in giving local tips and how to get to the loft and even where to get great views! Would definitely recommend and will be back in the future when we’re the area! Enjoy a tea or a coffee on the balcony in the morning as the sun comes up! Thanks Cari!

We love Roberta and Robert’s place!! Home away from home 🩷 this was our second visit and we already can’t wait for the third.

This was 2nd visit (1st time in winter) and we had just the best tome! When the weather looked like it was going to be bad for our planned skiing day we messaged Dana to see if we could move back a day so my husband and kiddos could get their snow activities in and she responded in less than an hour saying yes! That just made our trip - our boys were able to spend the entire day skiing as planned. The house was amazing and so relaxing and enjoyable. My boys LOVE the game room and my husband and I just love relaxing in front of the fireplace (and got to watch the snow falling this time)! We’ve made this ‘our family vacation spot’ and we’re already looking forward to our next visit this summer!!

We had a wonderful winter weekend stay here with our toddler. The hosts left out toys that were perfect for our kiddo and kept her entertained all weekend. The space is comfortable and kitchen well-equipped. We would definitely come back again, winter or summer!

Such a beautiful home, gorgeous space, great surrounding, the home was warm, cozy, bedrooms were organized well, bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Not far from Warwick where there are plenty of great restaurants and breweries

This is by far the best AirBnb I have ever stayed at! Elizabeth is a fabulous host and was unbelievably attentive and accommodating. The house is beautiful on a large plot of land with plenty of nature and breathtaking sites. The house was warm, inviting, and decorated beautifully. If you need a get away from the city, this is your place. I 100% will be coming by again.

Host went above and beyond, the actual home is incredible. The pictures of the views don’t do them justice. Perfect kitchen for cooking to enjoy breakfast with a view. 15 minutes from fun a lively Warwick. 20 minutes from wineries and breweries. We will 100% be back!

Our stay at Garrett’s was wonderful. My whole group raved about how beautiful the home was and the location. Everything was as described/shown in pictures. There is lots to do in the 30 minute radius around the house. It’s also a great home if you’d rather stay in and hang out, which we did quite a bit of! Finally, Garrett himself was very friendly and professional. He displayed excellent hospitality and service. When a bathroom was unexpectedly still a bit under construction by the time we checked in, he proactively informed us and offered to make it right which was very appreciated. It snowed a bit while we were there and his landscaper team even helped us dig our car out. Overall, an awesome stay and my group all mentioned wanting to come back here in the Summer!

Gerry & Arlene were great hosts! They helped us find a location that fit our needs (walkable to the ski slopes). (We thought we originally booked a place right at Mountain Creek, but it ended up being across the street - so definitely a bit of a walk, but still not too bad.) We were celebrating our son's 13th birthday and the condo was perfect. The location allowed us to snowboard all day, come back to have pizza and birthday cake, then go right back on the slopes until closing. (We also left two pairs of our snowboard boots there...and they were extremely helpful in getting these back to us!)

Diana's place is even better than pictured. Very clean, super close to the mountain. The check in and check out couldn't have been smothered. It was plenty big for myself, husband and out 7 yo. We would definitely stay there again!

Asko’s home was a dream to stay in for a week. Spacious living areas, high-quality furnishings and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms made my family and I immediately feel at home from the first moment. Asko was kind and very responsive to a few questions that I had upon arrival. Walking distance to Mountain Creek. Highly recommend and will stay there again! Would give six stars if I could!

We loved our stay. The condo was cozy, quiet and beautiful! Exactly as shown and pristine, we especially enjoyed the serenity of the lake. Michael greeted us and showed us around, very friendly. You will not be disappointed in this stay, it is the perfect getaway.

This is the third time we’ve stayed here and it was great as usual! Joe was responsive and helpful. The room was clean and easily accessible. We will definitely be back at Joe’s place!
