Coto De Caza is a beautiful, private community that requires checking in at the gate every time you enter. You may be given a pass for the time you’re there to make entering easier. This provides a lot of great security. The dog friendly community is also very clean with lots of nature and walkable paths. The space itself was as advertised. The only negatives I experienced is that you’re able to hear a lot through the walls which made my dog bark a lot. He would stop with instruction, but with this being a new and unfamiliar place, he was on alert and the easily heard voices and noises didn’t help. Also, a neighbor (or someone) smokes and I was able to smell this whenever they smoked. Other than those two things the place was great! It was very clean, Gary was super friendly and helpful, and best of all; very dog friendly! He was super understanding about my dog barking which I was thankful for. I would definitely recommend Gary’s place to someone looking to stay in the area.

Lovely cottage, cute decorating and very clean. The hosts were very prompt responding to any questions. We would highly recommend to others. Only disappointment was the fact that there is not a water view from the unit. Other than that just loved it!

Antony’s space was perfect for our quick stay in Anaheim for our daughter’s National cheerleading competition! We flew in from Australia 🇦🇺 and were able to check in a little early and get settled in. When we were finally ready to sleep, the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to the convention center and other entertainment & food options! We would stay here again. Thanks Antony!

Clean and up to date, our stay was peaceful and all the workers were very friendly and helpful! We couldn’t figure out the bus shuttle to Disney but the hotel is so close my husband was able to drop me and my littles ones off and then uber to Disney for cheap instead of paying for parking!

Short Drive to Disneyland! Unit w/ Full Kitchen!

I am a Disneyland season pass holder and live in the SF Bay Area so needless to say I’ve stayed at many places in the Disneyland area and this might be the best value for the money so far. The room was clean, had a small kitchen and full size fridge and was super convenient to get to the park via lyft or uber. The price for peak holiday travel was unmatched. I have spent nearly twice as much at other “high end” resorts that didn’t feel as clean and comfortable. Will likely book again

These Villas are absolutely beautiful inside and out. The grounds are gorgeous with plenty for the whole family to do. We enjoyed taking the trolly to the beach and hanging by the pool. It’s everything we hoped for! So easy with a family and very high end. Thank you!

Jessica was always responsive and helpful. She sent someone over right away when there were internet issues. The apartment was very spacious and the beds were big and very comfortable. Everything was clean and organized and I felt very safe there. Walkable distance to everything and great views. Thank you Jessica.
