Family-friendly holiday rentals in Orange City

Was a great place for me and my dogs to stay for almost a month. The beds and bathrooms were all clean. Had most of the amenities needed. If you are staying for longer than a few days, you need to bring your own things like toilet paper, paper towel, and garbage bags. The pool at the clubhouse was great to sit out at. There is a nice walkable path around the pond as well. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I wish the fee for the $25 gate pass was refundable if returned, but not the hosts fault just the neighborhoods rules. Thanks again, would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed your lovely home. It was perfect for our needs. Everything was very well-kept and clean. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after long days walking through the Disney and Universal parks! It saved our aching feet. We felt right at home immediately!

This home has such a great layout. Monica was a wonderful and attentive host. This location is close to everything Orlando has to offer. The pool and hot tub were lovely. This home looked even better in person. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back.

Great place. Enjoyed being close to Flagler Ave. Place was clean and well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately, it was rain and 45 degrees for the week so we didnt use the pool, but it looked nice! Carla was quick to respond when an issue with the hot tub heater arose. She took action immediately. Technician came out on a Sunday evening! Certainly would recommend this property and Carla as a host. We will definitely be back.

Location, cleanliness, ease of check in and check out, instructions from the owner were all great. Just one minute south of 192, it was easy to get to the Disney Parks or Universal. It is closer to Disney but we did venture to Universal one day and it was right up I-4. It is just south of Old Town but you couldn't hear anything from there. The place was exactly like the pictures. Two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 full on the upper floor and 1/2 on the main floor. Although we didn't use any of it, the kitchen came complete with silverware, dishes, pots and pans. A shower only in one bathroom and a bath/shower in the other. I only had a couple of questions along the way and they were answered quickly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Emma and Rene’s place was excellent! We have stayed in many Air BnB’s and this one was a fantastic, family friendly and all around excellent rental. The space was comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone, it was very clean and the kids enjoyed the pool and the play area. We didn’t want to leave. The location was perfect to go to the Hideway Club and easy access to the Celebration area. We had a blast just hanging out at the property and we would highly recommend Emma and Rene’s place for your next stay. Photos were as advertised and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We will book this rental next time we return to the area. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great location and a good layout. Easy to park and get all set up in the house. Would recommend if you love the beach! Will definitely we back.

I want to take the time to write what an amazing experience I had at Silvia’s home. The place was immaculate, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the hosts were always readily available for any questions or concerns. Upon checking out, my brother in law had forgot an important document and Silvia’s husband went above and beyond to get it mailed to us. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking and would definitely stay again on our next visit.

We had an excellent stay in this home and would definitely book again. The house was clean and had welcoming decor. The location to the beach and Flagger Avenue was great, we hardly used our car. Diego was excellent with communicating with us when we had small issue.

This house met our needs and suitably accommodated our group. The instructions provided were detailed and accurate, and also not burdensome to fulfill on our end. Jeremy as host was super friendly and quickly responded to all communication (we didn’t need to communicate often but when we did he was available). This host was easy to work with, sensible, and polite.

A friend and I booked for a week of relaxation and reading - and boy was this the perfect spot for it! The weather wasn’t ideal but we stayed cozy inside, spent time enjoying the farm animals, and had a great time. The guest house was clean and private. Hosts were kind, accommodating, and helped make the experience more fun! Thanks so much!

My stay at waterside lakefront was beautiful! I couldn't believe how peaceful and quiet it was at night time. Very spacious home with a beautiful view of the lake.

My family and I were in town for a bike race I had. Chris was friendly, proactive, and responsive. Instructions were clear, beds comfortable, convenient that you’re able to adjust temp as needed too. Spacious comfortable common areas and perfect for what we needed for a weekend getaway. Safe and close to all the fun things in main area of Daytona. Nice to haves we were looking for were laundry, parking, and kitchen, this worked out great! Nice to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. BTW this spot is wonderful if you’re looking to attend the Daytona convention center, it’s right across from it. We just so happened to book the same weekend as the Slammedenuff car show - a little rowdy one night with the cars revving their engines on a Saturday night until around midnight, but it was only 1 day, all the other nights were peaceful! This is by no means anyone’s fault, just a heads up you might want to check what is happening at DCC if you have any to avoid the car show.

Wonderful place to stay!! Neighborhood was quiet, house was just as pictured. Pool heat worked out very well for our stay. Property management team stopped by to make sure the trash made it to the road, had the pleasure of speaking with him for a while he seemed to take real pride in the property all the way around a great home for a wonderful price wouldn’t mind to stay again at all!!

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

It was easy working with Brian. Great communication and clear instructions. Beautiful house with plenty of space. Had a wonderful pool and patio area to hang out around

Spacious home with convenient location close to downtown Clermont. Super clean well appointed kitchen with plenty of utensils, dishes, cups and glasses (separate plastic cups provided for pool area),etc... and a water cooler! Comfortable layout; split plan with master bedroom near kids room and another bedroom on other side of house. Plenty of seating areas in living room, sun porch, fire pit and small back patio and a large dining table that doubles as a ping pong table. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions and written information was clearly available on coffee area. A book of local information is also provided. There is 1 TV in living room, but plenty of games and books provided. Hosts were very considerate to have courtyard lit upon arrival and nightly, providing a welcome atmosphere. Parking was on the street, no driveway available, although it is a pretty quiet neighborhood.

Place was as described. It was very clean and to my very high standards. Intially had trouble getting into the unit but the response time was very quick and it was taken care of in no time. Love that they checked in throughout the stay to make sure all was going well. Would recommend getting pool heated if you're going in winter months. It was well worth it. Also if you plan on cooking or making lots of trash, take trash bags because they start you off with 2 but you need to provide your own after that, and all trash has to be bagged. Overall, would definitely book this place again. Felt like home away from home.

Karen's house was a fantastic stay for my vacation. When i arrived it took me a few moments to work the keylock, and the property management company helped out unprompted via the ring camera. From that moment on i knew i was in good hands. The house was clean and just as described. Publix is an easy 5 minute walk from the home, and Disney parks are within 10 miles. Overall I would definitely book here again.

We met Tommy as our host and left as his friend!! He checked on us to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. The house was pristine and extremely well stocked. We could not have asked for a better host and a better vacation. No hesitation in staying there again!!
