Great space with lots of sleeping arrangements. Hot tub was perfect, patio area was perfect, had a great (take something leave something) fridge and pantry set up. It was just perfect

Niko is an amazing host. His hospitality and kindness helped us through a tough time, as we needed to evacuate FL for a hurricane. He allowed us to stay with our pets, which was perfect. The area is quiet yet there’s still a lot to do just a few minutes up the road. Great area for bird (and other animal) watching. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool but it was beautiful nonetheless. Plus there’s a Buc-ees less than 15 minutes away! :o highly recommend for a nice relaxing trip, or if you need a place to stay in an emergency like us :) the area felt safe and secure. We would definitely come back!

Our granddaughter goes to UWF & plays softball there. We stayed at Brett's house for two months so we could visit with our granddaughter, watch her softball games & sightsee the area. Brett's house is beautiful & it makes you feel right at home. The bedrooms are spacious, nice clean bathrooms & the kitchen is well stocked with things you would need. The living room is comfortable with a big screen tv and there is a game room attached. Has a nice laundry room with a washer and dryer. Everything is on one floor which makes it very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping & close to almost everything you would need. I would not hesitate to rent this house again when I'm in the area. This was a perfect place for people who want a home feeling at a place you stay at but also don’t want to be inside all day it’s about 15-20 mins from the beach and has a great space for luggage in all rooms. Indika, the host, had great recommendations and if there were any questions I didn’t feel hesitant to ask! We fit 8 people comfortably and enjoyed the stay the whole vacation! I would come back and choose to stay at this house again.

Sweet Magnolia was exactly like the pictures! It was so inviting and well decorated. You could relax for morning coffee on the screened in porch and rock in the chairs on the front porch in the evening. It was perfect for two couples. Regina was available and eager to meet all of our needs. We look forward to staying here again. Also, Jesse’s restaurant never disappoints! The new location of Tin Top was great too!

Terra's condo was exactly what we wanted for a beautiful week in Gulf Shores. Everything was seamless which made our week even better. We highly recommend it!! We'll be back for sure!!

The perfect family spring break house. We had multiple families meet up and we couldn’t have picked a better home. Perfectly clean, friendly and responsive host, so much space, couldn’t get closer to the beach. TWO FRIDGES?!? This place e is perfectly set up for hosting. We have stayed in this area multiple times but staying here, less than a mile east of where we usually stay was the best location we’ve found. No high rises, the beach was practically empty on spring break which is in heard of. The house had everything we needed to have cook at home nights but was still on ten minutes to any restaurant or store we wanted. They provided extra towels and liners which doesn’t always happen at air bnbs. Honestly everything was just perfect.

This unit was very nice, clean, and well taken care of. Close to shopping and only 10 min away from where we were going. Walmart was less than 5 min away. A close Walmart on vacation is always a plus.😁 I will definitely recommend.

One of the best experiences I ever had at a Florida Airbnb! I felt like I was in my own home with a souther charm. Everything was as expected. Great space. Walking distance to everything. It was so relaxing we would book this place again! Will be back again for sure.

When my daughter owned the door, she simply had one word, “Wow”. It is a beautiful place. The master bedroom and bath are spacious to say the least. There is plenty of room in the kitchen. Very clean. My wife, and our girls love to spend time in the hot tub after a day at the beach. The location is highly convenient. Publix and the Walmart grocery are within 2 miles. A couple of ice cream shops within two miles. All that is enough, but you also have a lady, Cynthia, that has the answers to all your questions, and she is local. You can also message Tony, and you will get a response. I do enjoy the view on the 17th floor, and the elevators are quick, so there is no disadvantage to the higher floors. We will certainly stay again if we come to Orange Beach again.

Lisa's place was in a perfect location to explore Pensacola, a shorte walk to historic downtown and the waterfront. It was in a nice historic neighborhood, with easy, on-street parking. The apartment was in the second floor of a historic, Victorian home, with another Airbnb rental across the hall, accessed by a steep, narrow flight of stairs. The space was large, with a really comfortable bed. It's not a true 1-bedroom apartment; the bed is in the same room as the living area. It was quiet and peaceful and stress-free. We enjoyed our stay.
