The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

Staying in this little house in the middle of the woods was a magical experience. Clelia and her granddaughter Aurora gave us a warm welcome by giving us a beautiful handmade basket with really delicious typical Abruzzo homemade cookies! Time seems to have stopped here: the house is a jewel set in an oasis of peace, the ancient fireplace made us rediscover ancient flavors. We cooked a soup of beans on the fire, played with candlelight cards wrapped in the warmth of the house. It was everything we needed! We walked evocative streets that made us discover Italian times and the wonderful village of Corvara, which I highly recommend visiting. A piece of my heart will stay here, we will be back in all its seasons because this place haunted me! Another point in favor: living for a few days in the house of a technician who lived in Antardide for two months for an expedition made us proud!❤️

A great place to relax in silence and surrounded by olive trees. The house is spacious, clean and very well maintained with beautiful views of the sea and trees. You can relax on the terrace or in the garden with plenty of privacy. You can walk to the beach in five minutes where the beautiful Traboccho stands. The house has everything you need and nothing is missing. Marco is a lovely person and very helpful. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely return. We would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and appreciates peace and quiet.

Carlos, your place was magnificent and we were welcomed by you very kindly. the entire property at the same time exudes elegance and comfort and is wonderfully located. We were particularly pleased that the swimming pool was still operational so late in the year and gave us the feeling of summer again. What particularly touched us was the delicious bottle of red wine for reception in conjunction with the interesting conversations with you. After all, we were also allowed to buy some canisters of olive oil from you, which we are very much looking forward to enjoying. Charming stay! My boyfriend and I stayed at Marika and Federico's for 4 nights at the end of December. The hosts were very kind and immediately made themselves available and available. As for the stay, the temperatures were for those particularly cold days. The house is very well maintained and is really equipped with all the comforts! It's built on multiple floors. For the attic, where the bedrooms are located, you need to lower your head at the entrance and in some parts of the room (we are about 170cm tall). But just know and consider if you have any mobility difficulties. The house overlooks an enchanting glimpse of the Sangro River, which has been magical to admire every morning. Clearly that's why when we arrived the house was very cold, but it was enough to turn on the heat and start living the house for a few hours. The location is very central, free street parking a stone's throw away. Villetta Barrea turned out to be enchanting!

In other words, how to be in the family. Lovely place, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, with the sea just a few minutes by car. Apartment equipped with all comforts; Outside there is a nice relaxation area under a pepper tree. Graziella and Angelo are super hospitable and youthful, available for anything you need. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back next year.
