Francesca was immediately responsive from the minute we arrived. She went out of her way to assist us in finding parking in the area which was pretty busy due to some kind of special school event all weekend. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the beach. The location was perfect - tons of shopping and restaurants just minutes from the door. The area was walkable and clean and I felt very safe even late. night.

staying in this house was like feeling at home, there was everything you need to enjoy the weekend in relaxation, nothing was missing! The house is surrounded by greenery with some swings for children, and nearby there is a riding school where you can take lessons or go on simple horseback rides. Marco is a perfect host, always available and responsive, and very friendly. Absolutely recommended!

The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

The location of the house couldn't have been better than this, it was perfect! The village is lovely and charming, with lots of hidden corners to explore by foot. The cute village cats were very friendly, they would frequently visit our front door begging to get pets. As for the house itself, there are many room for improvements, but we still had a great time staying there. The host, Josie, is super friendly and is always ready to offer help when you need it. We had a small car accident and Josie helped us lots with that although she wasn't in Italy at that time, which we were so grateful for. Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity, such that we could explore this beautiful village!

We had a very comfortable stay in Federicas apartment. Big rooms and very comfy beds. Good location in Pescara too. Federica was a very helpful and attentive host.

We stayed the whole month of May as the tourist season was just starting. Andrea is genuinely a great guy who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and always answered our questions in a timely manner. Since my ability to speak Italian is quite limited , I would use a translator app to translate my text and then send to Andrea and it worked pretty well. That’s how I would communicate with the local taxi company as well, primarily for rides to the train station and back. Andrea’s Airbnb was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for and more at an affordable rate. We loved the views, the large terrace, the close proximity to public and private beaches, restaurants, gelato stands, live music and bars This location is a 15 minute walk to grocery stores ,coffee shops, fruit and vegetable stands etc. We will miss strolling down the promenade , parallel to the beach at night and hiking up to the nature park tower that overlooks the town and Mediterranean .

Elsa was an amazing host, even coming to help me at 11pm after I’d locked myself out! Friendly and helpful with recommendations for local gyms. 👌🏼

Lorenzo's place was aboth welcoming and peaceful. The view to the famous Monte Cassino Abbey was great. There was lots of space and equipment for FreeTime activities. We'd definitely stay there again.

Amazing views across the hills to the seas in the far distance and very spacious villa. Pool with view, and the extensive outdoor patio spaces, were the highlight for us and where we spent most of our time. Villa had AC and was refreshingly cold in the summer heat. Lenola is walkable up the hill. House is as described - quite spartanly furnished, as many Mediterranean holiday homes are, and kitchen has the essentials. We asked for a kettle and more wine glasses and these were delivered new the next morning. Host Aldo was very friendly and flexible and we communicated fine through Google Translate. Highly recommend Osteria La Sevici in the village for traditional home cooked pasta. Thank you, Aldo!
