Holiday rentals with beach access in Općina Preko

Definitely a place worth staying! The apartment was really beautiful and clean. You will find everything you need on a daily basis in the apartment. The location is perfect as well. Very close to the sea and beaches and local shops. Martina was very kind and helpful. For sure coming back in the future!

Very nice home and cozy … unfortunately the weather wasn't the best

We stayed with two adults, a five year old child and a 10 month old baby. We felt very comfortable as Petra was an excellent host. She was accessible at all times and found quick and easy solutions for us. The contact was very pleasant from start to finish and wonderfully unobtrusive. A clear recommendation from our side.

Great stay in Zadar. The home had everything needed for our extended stay and great view. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was perfect for our family holiday with two children. The kitchen is well equipped, also the view from the terrace is fantastic. On the nearby beach we snorkeled a lot, or jumped into the sea from the harbor mole. We also enjoyed the driving with the sup and canoe. The fish grilled by Richard with side dishes was also very tasty. We were surprised by the dolphins swimming through the bay. The hosts Richard and Aleksandra are warm and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back immediately.

We had a Nice stay. It was at the beginning of the season so it was nice and calm. The house is located on the beach. There’s a gym and sauna so that was great to start the day off and go for a swim. House is nice. Everything you need is there and around the house. Market is around the corner. Zadar is +- 20 min drive away. Recommend. 👍🏼

Very nice place with a mega large terrace and sun loungers and table and chairs. The base is quiet. The house is super comfortable equipment complete in the kitchen, comfortable beds I recommend 100%

I traveled alone. Apartment was also super quiet. Everything new and nice and clean. The places Kali and Preko were the main places on the island . I saw a lot in the 4 days, 3 nights. Everything without a car. You have to be active for this, of course everything is by bike or car. Will return.

The house is comfortable with everything you need on your vacation. The owner of the house is really amazing, she helped with everything we asked and was in contact twenty four seven.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with a beautiful view from the large balcony. It is tucked in a quiet corner of the small island village, very private and charming. A divine swimming cove with sweeping views of the mountains is steps from the apartment. Deniza is a gracious and helpful host. We would love to visit again!

We had a very good stay! The host was very friendly and attentive, even complained we were too nice so she didnt have anything to help us with haha. The surroundings were great, two great beaches in walking distance just downhill from us. A good place to bring a dog as well. Zadar was easy to visit and big grocery stores were easy to find. Overall a good stay and we definitely recommend it!

Accommodation was really nice. There were 7 of us and the separate apartments always had your peace and quiet in the evening. The kitchens are super equipped and made cooking for 7 people very nice. Especially the Beach House is great for this. The pool was also always clean and has been a nice extra. :) The place is a 15-20 minute walk from the ferry, which made it easy for us to spend a day in Zadar. We always went shopping at TOMMYS, which is also 15 minutes away but there are also many other shopping opportunities closer. We would definitely recommend the place at Andrea's place! :)

Dali was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. She was there to clean the pool and answer any questions we had about the area. Very friendly and kind. The house was comfortable and well equity with everything we wanted and more! We had a wonderful stay and everyone enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach!

Ante and his mom are great hosts. Our stay in Villa Abbalina was marvelous. The house is located near the beach. To the public beach we had 5 minutes walk. In the house was everything needed to prepare food. We had small issue at the beginning of our stay but Ante reacted immediately and sorted out the problem very quickly. Fully recommend this place and very kind hosts. Thank you!

Nika was very communicating. It was a great short stay.

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

I highly recomand this place. The view from the tarrace is stunning! The kitchen is very well organized, it was a pure pleasure to prepare diner and breakfast here, there is every equipment you need and even more. The beds are comfortable, the whole apartament is very clean. The Island has a lot to offer and a lot of beautiful small beaches are nearby. You don't need to have a car to reach the apartament from a ferry. Altough I recomand to rent bikes and visit far locations. We'll defenitely come back soon :)

We had a great time in Mirjana's apartment! Spacious, cozy apartment in a quiet and relaxed location was just right for us. We felt well taken care of and the communication was also very good.

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Staying at Kristina's apartment in Bibinje was great. A beachfront home. Contact with Kristina is sensational and immediate. My wife and I were there for a week and it was great. Shops nearby, bars and restaurants. The beach is clean. Hassle-free accommodation and check-in. The apartment was very clean. There was everything you needed and more. A great surprise from host Kristina is delicious pralines and tincture that were waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. We'll definitely be back!
